Sometimes a hotel exceeds expectation. I was staying one night as part of a business trip. To find the hotel in a wood was a pleasant surprise. The Staff are great, Te Rooms very comfortable and the restaurant offers excellent meals at good value. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel and its grounds. Next time

Ruime schone kamer en sanitair. Goed ontbijt. Wij verbleven er ivm de Nacht van de militaire muziek, waarbij het plan was om de dag van vertrek nog een fikse wandeling te maken in de prachtige omgeving. Dat laatste kwam er niet van ivm het weer: we zullen daarom nog een keer terug moeten komen ...

Ik vond de kamer wel leuk alleen ik miste een mini koelkast in en een ketel en de bedden waren 2 keer 1 persoon bed dus dat was minder fijn als je met partner gaat je kan niet knuffelen of bij elkaar slapen. Verder was het wel oke ontbijt was supper schoon.

Kwaliteit van het Diner, origineel en heerlijk! De hotel kamer is eenvoudig en gedateerd, de badkamer is nog kleiner en onhandiger dan van een Ikea opstelling (vierkante meter met daarin douche, toilet, wastafel en alle benodigdheden).

It was very quiet which was nice although more isolated than expected and seemed to cater more for business groups etc than holiday makers, perfect for a couple of nights. Lounge staff in particular very friendly. Breakfast was great. The single rooms were oddly shaped and difficult to relax in despite looking very nice.

Excellent place to stay in the hotel residing at a large estate. You can start walking in the wood directly when you leave the hotel. Very good breakfast and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. It was unfortunate that the room was a bit dark and the heating did not work well. But nevertheless we would go back in the future.

Most disappointing hotel stay of the year. The pictures show a nice, light and spacious hotel room while the ACTUAL room looked like a basic dorm room. Small, dark and very basic. The bathroom has paint peeling of the cabinets. When addressed at the front desk, a simple shrug of the shoulders was the response. No apology, no change of rooms, no compensation. Simply weird experience

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with easy parking. The AC in the room is awesome. The staff is very friendly. That is where the positives end. The negatives are numerous. There is very little water pressure in the shower. The walls and ceiling are very thin and we could here people walking and banging around until very late at night, not to mention early in the morning. We were in the front of the hotel and could hear every car, suitcase rolling and people talking outside starting quite early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I have ever seen. It was very limited and the prepared food was not edible. I would avoid a stay at this hotel, if at all possible.

De kamer was erg ruim, de badkamer iets minder. Het restaurant was prima, geen grote kaart maar voor ieder wat wils. Mooi opgemaakte borden. Dame bij het uitchecken had niet veel zin in haar werk. Overige personeel heel erg vriendelijk.

Op de foto’s ziet de superior kamer er groter uit en er zou een balkon zijn, maar bij ons waren dat alleen openslaande deuren. Verder staat er Rituals op de foto’s, maar dat was niet aanwezig. Er hing een fles zeep en douchegel in de badkamer. De kamer was gerenoveerd, maar bad zag er oud uit en was nogal smal om in te douchen.

Erg langzame incheck. De ene medewerker bij de receptive moet in haar uppie de incheck maar ook de telefoon beantwoorden. Heb ongeveer 15-20 minute staan wachten voordat in ingecheckt was. Van de TV op de kamer deden veel zenders het niet; jammer.

Stevige bedden. Hotel best gehorig, maar hoorde niks meer op gang etc na 22 uur. Om 7.30 ook nog heerlijk stil. Beleefde mensen bij receptie, kon snel inchecken.

Excellent place to stay in the hotel residing at a large estate. You can start walking in the wood directly when you leave the hotel. Very good breakfast and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. It was unfortunate that the room was a bit dark and the heating did not work well. But nevertheless we would go back in the future.

Kwaliteit van het Diner, origineel en heerlijk! De hotel kamer is eenvoudig en gedateerd, de badkamer is nog kleiner en onhandiger dan van een Ikea opstelling (vierkante meter met daarin douche, toilet, wastafel en alle benodigdheden).

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with easy parking. The AC in the room is awesome. The staff is very friendly. That is where the positives end. The negatives are numerous. There is very little water pressure in the shower. The walls and ceiling are very thin and we could here people walking and banging around until very late at night, not to mention early in the morning. We were in the front of the hotel and could hear every car, suitcase rolling and people talking outside starting quite early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I have ever seen. It was very limited and the prepared food was not edible. I would avoid a stay at this hotel, if at all possible.

Verwarring of er bij de boeking nu wel of niet een ontbijt inbegrepen zat. Beperkte dineropties en een beetje flauw dat er meteen bijbetaald moet worden voor wat frietjes. Ontbijt was dramatisch slecht, oud brood, uitgedroogd, volledig gecremeerde spekstukjes en ik was vergeten hoe vies de Roerei van Woudschoten is, Daar is volgens mij geen ei in te bekennen.

Sometimes a hotel exceeds expectation. I was staying one night as part of a business trip. To find the hotel in a wood was a pleasant surprise. The Staff are great, Te Rooms very comfortable and the restaurant offers excellent meals at good value. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel and its grounds. Next time
