Hotel served its purpose. Limited car parking on site, managed to get the last spot when we arrived. Rooms were big which were good. Didn't get to use too much of the hotels facilities

Clean room, friendly front desk, but cleaning people started bothering too much at 11am even after i said I'm checking out in 5 minutes. Coffee machine wasn't working at the reception. Everything else was good IMO.

Free parking, clean, good location, next to bus stop, and within 10 mins to ZRH airport.

Massage chair in the lobby after a 20 hour flight was a godsend. The coffee machine is top tier. The staff are very helpful - got me into a room early so I could wind down. The rooms are fine - nothing special but this isn't the Ritz Carlton. The bed was good, the TV worked and the bathroom was good. Happy with my decision to stay at Belair. Also, for cost conscious people the Denner is down the road and super cheap for food and beers. For going to Hallenstadion it's super easy on the Tram and the ariport is a one tram ride. Really happy with the place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hard to park if you come in the early evening since there is a nice restaurant that is attached to the hotel that gets busy. The two key system is very efficient.

Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet und hat ein helles und sauberes Bad. Ausschlaggebend für uns war die sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es braucht 5 Minuten Fussweg und etwa 15 Minuten mit der Bahn um in das Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Zudem hat man kostenlosen Parkplatz - was in Zürich offenbar nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Verschimmelte Fliesen und Duschvorhänge. Die Fliesen wurden bereits gestrichen aufgrund ihres schlechten Zustands, diese Farbe plättert nun bereits wieder ab. Schlechte Lage da direkt an einer Hauptstraße und in der Nähe eines Bahnhofs, dadurch hat man eine laute Grundgesamtlautstärke. Frühstücksbuffett um 9 Uhr leer und wird auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt obwohl Frühstück bis 10:30 möglich ist. Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit.

I found mold in the shower tiles as well as the shower curtain. The tower holder was broken.

Rooms are small. Bed is not comfortable. It's like sleeping on the floor. Bathroom/Shower is really narrow. Found fingernail or toenail clippings on the night stand between beds. Not the best of stays.

Loved this hotel for our one night stay. Super clean, spacious, nice staff and good restaurant for supper.

Large clean rooms

Don’t let the exterior facade put you off. Inside is modern, close to Mal Maison in style. Our family room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were really helpful and we received a warm welcome. It is a 5 min walk to the station which takes you 2 stops to Zurich HB in centre. First class fabulous. Highly recommended.

Room was located at the corner of a very busy intersection. Very very noisy. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full and the staff did not bother to try to move me the next night knowing how noisy this room was. Accommodations were very basic. Room was tiny but clean. There was no air conditioning. It was mid July and very hot outside. The room just had a fan with a very short extension cord. This hotel should really invest in air conditioning. It was not pleasant . Hotel is located at a 5-10 walk to the train station and food shopping which was convenient for us. I would not step there again

Nice hotel, small, quiet, short walk to shops and train station into Zurich. Hotel parking onsite, short distance to drive from the airport, although on the flight path so can be noisy with aircraft taking off.

Excellent location 10 minutes train outside Zurich. Fast check-in, spacious room, very comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed for 3 nights in July and they had very good A/C in the room. Highly recommend.

Good location and peaceful stay, but room comfort could do with some improvements. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location of Hotel Belair—easy access to Zurich by train and good local restaurants and cafes / shops as well as a calm setting made it a pleasant base. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. There was no air conditioning, just a portable fan, and oddly, the room felt hotter than the corridor. The bathroom also felt dated and could use a refresh. If you're visiting in cooler months or don’t mind minimal cooling, it’s a decent option.

The room was so hot I wasnt able to sleep. Was given one small fan that didnt work. Out of the way from downtown area.

No air conditioning which is usually no problem in Switzerland as it cools off at night if the windows open but these wouldn’t open enough and it warm all night.

Switzerland is very hot at present, and our room, despite having something on the wall resembling an air conditioning control, was like an oven, the "air conditioning" just spewing out warm air irrespective of the settings on the wall, to the point it was better to switch it off. Opening the windows however just let the mosquitoes in and the traffic noise (and loud shouty locals at midnight) into the room. And at around 5am the aircraft taking off from Zurich airport start going and the hotel is at the end of the flight path, so a nice wake up call, assuming of course we could sleep through the heat and mosquitoes! Needless to say we've had better hotel experiences......

Kleine kamer, goed bed en schoon! Helaas geen airconditioning, er stond wel een ventilator op de kamer. Voor mij te warm s‘nachts. De badkamer is zeer gedateerd, maar schoon. Overall prima voor de kamerprijs.

No aircon and full sun in the room, so i had to choose between sleeping in a oven or with the noisy traffic with the window open. Impossible to rest as the hotel is right on a crossroad and pretty busy road.

This hotel is listed as a 4 star property, however even two stars is a stretch. We arrived around 11, too early to check in and were eager to drop off our luggage and explore Zürich. There was nobody at reception and nobody came to tend it for an hour despite us calling the number provided. The lady that eventually helped us did not even offer a smile and was quite cold, not the best first impression. Later on in the evening numerous keys were left at reception for guests to check themselves in which felt weird, anyone could have walked in and made themself at home. Our room was very outdated, very bland and felt unclean. The bathroom was not put together very well at all. No kettle was provided and the small coffee machine downstairs was not usable during our stay. I was not able to connect to the WiFi at all. The is no air conditioning in the rooms (wasn’t a big deal for us since we went in September, but I can imagine this being a big issue come the summer). The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and right next to a main road so we found it hard to rest at times because of the noise. However there are good public transport stations within 8 minutes walk so it does have that going for it. Did not have breakfast but one guest told me it was not worth it at all. All in all I would not recommend staying here, this hotel needs to make major improvements to call itself a 4 star hotel. We were eager to move on from Zürich because of this experience.

Overall, nice property. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Only con was I stood at the reception desk to check out for >15 minutes before anyone came by.

I wouldn’t rate this property high et all. First of all the check in experience was pretty frustrating. We reached 30 mins before and the reception said it will take a bit. She mentioned after 20 mins that we can check in but then went on to phone for next 30 mins. We had to really go atleast 2-3 times that we are there with kids. Hotel have a very difficult process of coming after 09:00 pm. I had to leave a train and lots of hassle. At the end no one was on reception to check us out. Since I already paid I had to leave the key and left a note. Overall very unpleasant experience during our overall trip. The place is going through a renovation so felt like more hotel and workers then guests.

We arrived at midnight. There were no staff there. No phine number to reach anyone. One of the two beds in our room was not made up. Impossible to sleep with no bedding. Had to go to another hotel.

* In a quite area - small town of Wallisellen. It is just 5-7 Km from ZRH and 35-40 Francs for the taxi. Great location. Location. Location. * 8-10 minutes walking distance from Wallisellen train station, that has regular fast trains to Zurich HB. Also, it is on Bus route 759 (to ZRH) and Tram route No. 12 - these are pretty much at hotel door stop. * Nearby Zentrum Wallisellen has a Coop for groceries, Bakery; plus Migros store nearby. * Hotel staff were very helpful - gave us hot water kettles on request. Hotel has a restaurant below - good pasta and pizza (for vegetarians especially). * Overall, a pleasant stay and nice hotel.

Nice stay for a short business trip. Location of the hotel is very good between city and airport. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Zurich, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the train station and in 8 minutes you can reach the center of beautiful Zurich. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The person at the front desk was very friendly and answered all our questions.

En el hotel todo muy bien. En el desayuno nos fue muy mal. Pagamos 20 euros por huevo duro y pan. Deberían de decir que es muy limitado el servicio.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff were really helpful and our bed and room were so comfortable. Only small point is we would have liked to be told in advance that the restaurant was under renovation but other than that very happy and only a short distance from Zurich

Hotel tem estacionamento, quartos grandes, tinha frigobar, também tinha uma cadeira para fazer massagem muito boa, tem mercado próximo, café da manhã fraco e foi cobrado 20 francos por pessoa, pensei que estava incluso na minha reserva e não estava, tive que pagar 160 francos, recomendo ficar atendo e confirmar na recepção, pois o café da manhã não tinha muitas opções. Tinha um ponto de ônibus bem na frente do hotel, fomos de carro.
