The AC in the room didn’t work well. We were sweating whole night and our stay was during heatwave.

Very nice and affordable hotel. Unfortunately, the parking is not free. Also my given room’s bathroom sink doesn’t work, it was clogged up for some reason. Had to brush my teeth in the shower. Overall, I highly recommend it 💯

The hotel was very convenient, secure parking, right by a tram stop and the staff were very friendly.

Hot!!! Really hot in the summer. The AC is not working, we asked the front desk about it and told us to wait it will cool down, etc but we never felt the AC in that room. We have to open the window & turn off the AC which is sooo much better but then the noise from the train is too much! Oh well, glad we stayed 2 nights only!

Sehr sauber, alles neu, geräumig und grosser Schrank vorhanden. Ein Plus ist Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer. Ein Minus ist der teure Parkplatz, 25.- in Garage.

Struttura pulita, ordinata; stanza ben arredata e confortevole; apprezzabile trovare bollitore (con tazze) e macchina Nespresso per caffè oltre ad una piccolissima ma funzionale cucina. Non posso giudicare la colazione (non l'ho fatta) comunque forse un po' cara (€23 a persona). Unica grande pecca: manca il parcheggio e quello davanti all'hotel lo paghi anche di notte!!

One of the biggest problems with this property was the lack of air conditioning. There was air coming out of the air condition and we said at least four times to the front desk that the air conditioner wasn’t working all they kept saying was close all the windows so sensors don’t trip and Configure it to 19°C. I told them hundred times that this has already been done and the temperature wouldn’t move below 27°C as per my own little temperature gauge that I carry. Otherwise the hotel is a very convenient location right across the train station in about 25 minutes from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It’s also three minutes away by the same tram in the other direction from a very big mall with a lot of food options. This was a very bad experience in 35° heat outside and no air conditioning inside.

We really enjoyed staying at Harry's Home Hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful (Thomas and Asllan). Tbe lobby and rooms are super clean and comfortable. The studio room has a kitchen. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor with washer and dryer which was a big plus. The tram stops right by the hotel, so very easy to get to the city center. We would stay there again.

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht geputzt. Überall waren Haare. Auf dem Boden, im Regal, Schreibtisch. Das macht den Aufenthalt zum Alptraum. Die Managerin war sehr nett und zugewandt Positiv: das Frühstück war sehr gut. Viel Auswahl und vor allem viele Bioprodukte aus der Umgebung! Warum schlägt Hotels.com 100 Euro für 4 Nächte Gebühren auf? Ich werde nicht mehr über Hotels com buchen.

No shower soap, no soap at sink, toilet paper out. Went to the desk and got a attitude that we needed these things.

The poeple are nice, but the room could be cleaner, we had a full ashtray on the balcony as we arrived.

It was a really clean and wonderful stay. They had lots of accommodations. Only thing I wish is breakfast was less expensive. It looked great!

Pros: Close to the airport (less than 5 miles) Close to Bahnhofstrasse street Ubers are plentiful in the area Cons: The air conditioning did NOT work. The room was extremely hot. I had to sleep with the patio door open which provided some relief. Even with the blinds closed, the room would not cool. The room was clean; however there was long strands of black hair everywhere (tucked into the clean towels, on the bed, on the desk, in the shower) The doors do not have prep holes. Not many food places near.

Not clean at all. I saw a hair on the unused towel as I just stepped in the washroom. My room has smoking smell. Air conditioning does not work. Don’t choose this hotel if you are coming in summer.

The room was very good, spacious and clean. Very quiet although close to the tram tracks I heard nothing. The reception was well managed and there is an amazing restaurant across the way, food was excellent especially the beef. Would definitely use it again as the transport infrastructure is good to get back into the city

Room was very nice and well equipped. We had a double room that had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It was great.

Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt an dem Hotel vorbei. Die Fenster könnten besser Isoliert sein.

Everything was good about the room, hotel is in great condition and they provided a lot of plates and utensils for the kitchen, there was an Aldi right across the hotel. Breakfast was too expensive to add wish that was included in the room which was not cheap. There is no ac in the room we left the window open.

Practical place, good service and amenities, close to airport. Beds too hard for me and AC perfumed. Didn’t sleep too well.

If you’re looking for a place in Zurich and traveling with family this is the best place to stay. Their apartment style rooms are perfect. The team going to the train station is a big help when touring the city center. Best customer service we had from a hotel.

Ottima posizione fermata tram a vista dall’ingresso. Camera insonorizzata pulitissima e ben arredata .minima attrezzatura per cucina veloce in camera. Centro Dübendorf raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercati e discount vicinissimi. Insomma Zurigo a costi sostenibili.

Hotel is near the public transportation(50 mtrs away). Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have a decent size compare to other hotels in europe. Overall our stay here was great!

Location is great, tram stop is 1 minute away, only 18 minutes to airport or 20 minutes to the town. Very clean hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. As the tourist and no private car, if the hotel locates near the public transportation that will is such a great thing to have, the prices are reasonable. I can’t believe how clean this hotel is , will return and stay longer, definitely will recommend to my friends and feeling very safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Thank you.

We arrived early from our flight but the receptionist Ramon allowed us to check in early and also a bit later on our checkout. He was also very helpful with a number of other requests and queries. Excellent customer service.

Air conditioning didn’t work and the management was unapologetic. They blamed the hot weather instead of admitting that they had an issue. The director was not friendly and didn’t try to work with us. Would not recommend to anyone.

The young man at the desk was polite, friendly and helpful. There was a medical emergency with another couple and we went to the desk to call an ambulance. He was very prompt and called for help and managed the situation. Unfortunately the man died of a heart attack in his room. The tall woman at the desk was unfriendly with a smile. If not for her I would have given the service 4 stars. There was a basket of candy and a cake with a knife at the counter and NO sign saying there was a charge. So we had a candy bar and and one slice of cake and through video surveillance, she told us the next day we had to pay for those items. On our departure then next morning, we were changed for a cup of coffee. In America those are always complimentary! I do not recommend Harry's Home. This place is no where near the uptown area of Zurich and you must use an expensive taxi or the tram that does stop in front of the hotel. We took the tram and had to switch to a train to get to uptown. Very confusing not knowing what platform to be on to get back so we relied on others to help use navigate.

Most helpful staff.

The hotel is NOT air conditioned and this was the sole reason we booked it. The manager admitted that the owner lied in the ad - the system is air recirculation only. It does not get colder nor get rid of humidity. Our room was hotter than the outside temperature during a heat wave of 35 degree weather. The manager was unsympathetic, very rude and would cut you off mid sentence to try swinging the conversation to a tangent. Cannot fathom how he is still employed with the rude comments about other guests. All of the dishes and cutlery were dirty upon arrival. Cleaning staff advised we are responsible for washing dishes and buying our own dish soap and sponges despite other guests saying it was provided in their room. The hotel also tried very hard to double charge us. They were adamant that we didn't pre-pay despite showing them the Expedia emails, receipts and credit card bills. It took over 30 minutes of arguing that we paid before they "checked the Expedia system" to confirm our payment. The room itself is great, don't get me wrong. Cute, small, modern and as pictured. Great location with a tram stop right outside the hotel. It would have been a 5 star review. But the hotel staff, management and blatant lying in the ad brings it down to a 0 star.

The staff were exceptional. We found this property after our flight was cancelled on Friday (worldwide IT issue). To see their smiling faces and how helpful they were was amazing. We were so grateful that they made our stay so easy.

It was an okay value for Zürich but far from the centre. It's trapped between an elevated railway and a highway. Make sure you are clear about a double bed or a twin room as not to encounter las minute extra costs.

As others have noted and they themselves acknowledge in Google Review replies, the AC currently does NOT work. Given that it's fall, normally just opening the window would not be a problem, but the hotel is right next to the train station. The trains run every 30 minutes and until 01:40 in the morning, so good luck sleeping. Cleanliness was good. Not a whole lot around the hotel and not a lot to do. Need to take a tram and then transfer at a train station to get into Zurich. Only real benefit is having the tram that's right next to the hotel to direclty to the airport.

Hotel bien situé aux pieds du tramway ligne 12 (directe pour l’aéroport), et à environ 30min en tramway du centre ville de Zurich. Hotel récent, propre, proche de nombreuses commodités (transport, grandes surfaces, restaurants). Personnel aimable, professionnel et à l’écoute. Consigne à bagage pour l’avant ou l’après séjour dans l’hôtel. Studio confortable, bien équipé, propre. Literie confortable. Wifi fonctionnel. Secteur calme. L’unique bémol est le petit déjeuner que je trouve un peu cher (23 francs suisses). Il est cependant trés bien garni (sucré/salé). Très bon rapport qualité/prix! Je re-séjournerais sans hésitation dans cet établissement
