Ruhig gelegenes Hotel am Rigiplatz. Sehr gut vom Hauptbahnhof aus mit dem Tram erreichbar. Ich habe ein upgrade in ein neu renoviertes Zimmer bekommen. Mit der Zeit werden anscheinend alle Zimmer in dem Style renoviert. Sehr grosses Zimmer, grosse Terrasse, bequemes Bett, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schönes Bad mit einer tollen Dusche. Ebenso hat es ein Restaurant mit Bar. Kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Guess Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Leider gab es nur 5 Parkplätze und diese waren alle belegt bzw es standen schon 7 Autos darauf. Musste daher an der Straße parken, wo die Parkzeit auf 2 Stunden begrenzt ist.

Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt etwas abgewohnt, etwas veraltet. Der Balkon war leider sehr staubig, aber ich habe mich dennoch über den Balkon gefreut. Sollte aber definitiv modernisiert werden. Leider war mein Stadtblick aus dem 1. Stock recht dürftig. Für eine Nacht OK. Das Bad ist eng. Bett war bequem. Personal freundlich. Die, Umgebung ist ruhig, Universitätsspital, Tramhaltestelle vor der Tür, Supermarkt nebenan.

Room was extremely stuffy with no air circulation or air conditioning. Opening a window did not help, but it did let the loud noise in from outside. Zero soundproofing between rooms. Bed felt like a slab of concrete. No flat sheet on bed. Needed something lighter than a down comforter given the hot weather. Due to a combination of above, getting any sleep was extremely challenging! Lobby was dirty.

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station, just a 2 min walk (which takes you the central areas). The hotel had a fridge in the room, no a/c but luckily we came when it was cool outside at night (September), they do provide a fan. They had lifts/elevators. The room was cleaned everyday and there was plenty of space to put our bags. It was nice that they had a stocked fridge and offered a few complimentary drinks. Breakfast is not included but can be added for a few. There is a small grocery store (coop) right next door that sells the basics and a few liquor and wine options. There is also a bakery and a few restaurants nearby. Lastly, there is a dominoes just a 3 min tram ride or 15 min walk.

I am usually not picky about hotels, but I didn't love this one. It is very uphill to get to the hotel from the main attractions around (about 20 minutes of uphill) -- so if you are a walker, this is not great unless you enjoy being a sweaty disaster at all times. In terms of sleeping, the duvet only covered 3/4 of the bed, which was not ideal if you enjoy covers while sleeping. Also, it was SUPER loud. The hotel is located beside a very busy street and we heard people until wee hours of the night. (There is no AC, so it was necessary to keep the window cranked at least a little bit). When we checked in the attendant could not find out paperwork so he asked me to sign a blank form that he would fill out later -- this seemed a bit sketchy. On the day we checked out the house keepers kept coming to our room and knocking on the door despite our checkout not being for another 2 hours. On the upside, there were complementary drinks in the mini-bar and a grocery store and bakery very close by, but those were the only upsides for us.

Newly renovated, top floor corner unit was an amazing room with a cute view of the lovely buildings across the street. Wrap around balcony was very convenient for taking photos. Proximity to the train is wonderful and allowed us to do some very quick exploring of the city and Christmas markets.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ganz in der Nähe der ETH und der Universität. Drei Supermärkte in der Nähe, Strassenbahn in die Innenstadt und zum Flughafen. Nette Leute am Empfang.

So it was awful! A hotel with pretty nice ratings, near the city center and at the end such an awful experience!!!! The stuff was so excited that the could "UPGRADE" our rooms... and at the end this is what we got! I am afraid to imagine what would we get without an upgrade!!!! Now i understand that the stuff just make us a joke!!! The " GREAT BREAKFAST" is the poorest and cheapest i had! No problem with that but don't charge such a ridiculous price for that! Never ever will come back! Visiting Zurich 3-4 times a year! Do not recommend !

Tough walk from the train station, but beautiful high on the hill. Good dining options and convenient groceries. Breakfast definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfortable enough. Free drinks were very nice and lovely balcony. The bathroom is bizarre. The sink was very small, the shower was hot, cold then no pressure then high pressure. Awful

Sejour agréable, hôtel un peu retiré du centre ville mais plusieurs lignes de tram passent devant. Acces rapide pour se rendre a la gare, sur les quais du lac ou a l aéroport . Personnel attentionné et aimable. Minibar offert= concept Génial ! Chambre confortable mais salle de bain avec cabine de douche étroite. Petit déjeuner convenable, il manque quelques produits locaux pour faire un véritable hotel boutique. Peignoir fournis et générosité concernant les produits d'accueil. Bon rapport qualité prix Attention toutefois aux mini ampoules dans la salle de bain a changer, qui ne comporte pas d'isolants :-(
