This is nice hotel, very centrally located, across from train station. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean. The staff is courteous. The busses & trams run right next to the hotel. The restaurant is gorgeous; loved the breakfast. Easy to walk all over the historic quarter. It can be a bit noisy if you open the windows because there is a lot of movement around the train station. Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed. We celebrated New Year's Eve at Jacks Brasserie & it was lovely.

The hotel was in a great location and quite. Staff was helpful they valet our car. They scratched the car but accepted responsibility immediately. The short red hair at front desk, (did not catch her name ) was a bit unpleasant and sarcastic but others were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here one night. The hotel was excellent. We had the family room on the second floor, which had a wrap around patio along the length of the room with seating. The room itself was very large with two TVs, a large bathroom and very comfortable beds (power beds). The breakfast in the morning was very good. The location of the hotel was near the center of city and easily walkable to key sites. The hotel has onsite valet parking, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed the hotel and location, and would definitely stay here again.

I would love to be able to give a five star review. This hotel was clean, perfect location, lovely staff, and a beautiful garden courtyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and especially the breakfast. Unfortunately, our visit was soured when we noticed after we left that our rental car was badly scratched by the valet parking. We had come directly from the airport so there is no other explanation for the deep scratches.

Lovely and comfortable hotel with wonderful and helpful staff in the walking area of Zürich. We stayed several nights and had a delicious breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the restaurant at the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with a number of questions and needs as we traveled. In addition, the room was serviced twice a day. Highly recommend.

Loved location and staff. The cleaning staff did not leave shampoo the first night and staff left a handwritten note apologizing and said they were sorry they couldn’t upgrade my room plus offered free drinks at the casino. However I didn’t have a valid drivers license (it had expired two days earlier and I had renewed it but had not yet received it.) It turns out the casino would not have offered my beverage of choice anyhow. I told the staff about my reaction and told them they had a very nice bar on site that could have been offered. Basically we thought the hotel was great and would choose it again.

Schöner Wochenendaufenthalt. Der Service war sehr gut, sogar einen kostenlosen Valet Parking Service haben sie. Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auf Wunsch wurde ein härteres Kissen bereitgestellt. Leider hatten wir zwei Einzelbetten (gebucht) und als Paar ist das ein bisschen ungünstig. War aber unser Fehler.

We spent two nights here and we really loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to the Altstadt and Zürich HB station. There are lots of dining options nearby, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s also got a beautiful courtyard with the original design dating back to 1911.

Very centrally located amd walkable to all destinations! A little worn out but extremely clean with upgraded bathrooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious as well. Even though the room was a little small (I thought I booked a bigger one for myself and my husband as my daughter was supposed to get smaller one) but very very bright what we were very happy about. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is well situated near to the main train station and well connected to the bus and tram lines. The hotel was very clean and the family room was very comfortable offering two single beds for our two children (aged 16 and 11). Breakfast was delicious which we enjoyed in the summer terrace. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite with great recommendations for restaurants.

good hotel in the very center of Zurich, 5 min easy walk to Banhofstrasse and the old city and 10 min to the Lake Zurich. the staff is very friendly and helpful, most speaking good English. The room and the bathroom were well furnished, spacy. Complimentary tea and coffee machine. But they have not air conditioner only ventillation so in the room was a little warm, we tried to open the window- is was noisy because it opened to the street and an opposite building was in construction The hotel provided a parking for additional 39 francs for a day. The hotel is a little pricy (as a everything in Swiss)

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Not appropriate that the bathroom in a family room was fully visible, frosted glass would have made us all feel much more comfortable. Didnt get our free drinks, which was part of the VIP reward. Breakfast was nice. But it was just by chance that we discovered they made eggs to order. Not sure why it wasn't offered or advertised.

見かけは立派なホテルですが、サービスと設備の維持管理に深刻な問題がありました。今後の利用者のために、詳細な状況を共有します。 1. 初日の設備不良と不適切な対応チェックイン後、部屋の暖房・冷房設備が一切作動しておらず、極端な寒さでした。・初期対応: フロントに連絡し、ベルボーイが派遣されました。ヒーターのコントローラーが外れているのを発見するやいなや、「触ったのか？」と利用客側に責任があるかのような確認がありました。・不作動の確認: ベルボーイは機器を確認後、「触らないように」と指示を残して退室しましたが、問題は解決しませんでした。・その他の問題: カーテンがレールから外れているなど、部屋のメンテナンスも不十分でした。 2. 夜間の凍えるような寒さと緊急対応夜間も室温が上がらず、凍えるほどの寒さで睡眠が困難でした。・深夜の再要請: 深夜に再度フロントを訪れ、状況を伝えたところ、担当者が部屋に来てヒーターの故障とエアコンの不稼働を確認しました。・代替措置: 急遽、代替のオイルヒーターと予備の毛布を設置してもらいましたが、チェックイン時に解決すべき問題だと感じます。 3. 継続的な設備故障翌日、メンテナンスチームが派遣された後も、いくつかの設備が使用不能でした。・ネスプレッソマシン: 初めから水漏れ・故障しており、使用できませんでした。・洗面台: 2つある洗面台のうち、右側の水栓のレバーが壊れており、排水の蓋が上がらず水がたまってしまう。 4. 最も衝撃的なプライバシー侵害滞在中、最も緊張した体験は、シャワー中にホテルスタッフが予告なく部屋に入室してきたことです。・状況: シャワー中にもかかわらず、ドアを開けてスタッフが入ってきまし。・動揺: 大声で退室を促しましたが、初めての経験で非常に動揺しました。総合評価ホテルの基本的な機能（暖房、清潔な設備、プライバシー）が欠如しており、非常に不満の残る滞在でした。特にプライバシー侵害は、ホテルを選ぶ上での信頼を大きく損なう重大な問題です。これらの点が改善されない限り、安心して宿泊を推奨することはできません。

The breakfast was very good. Room was in very good condition. The staff were wonderful. The only thing that was strange is that the bathroom had clear glass separating it from the bedroom, so you can visbly see whats happening in there and if you have to use it inthe middle of the night and turn the lights on, it will disrupt the other person's sleep. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant and wonderful stay. It was very close to shopping areas and the main squares were all walkable. I would stay here again.

First off, i arrived at property in a rental car and all the check in spaces were occupied by taxis and other people, so i drove around for an hour in circles trying to catch a space open with no success. I googled parking for the hotel and it took me to the valet lot behind a gate. The gate opened, so i drove back and parked. The valet workers, who were very nice, walked me to the front to get checked in. Instead of being apologetic for everything i needed to do to just get checked in, a very rude, dark featured guy at the front desk guy demanded i let him know how i got into the parking area. This hotel is overly priced for subpar standards, and you would think they would make up for it by having friendly front desk attendants who didnt ooze with a feeling of some misplaced superiority( the other attendant, a blonde female, seemed friendly and not upset that we parked where we did). Overall, after check-in, the rest of the stay was decent with a lot of beautiful architecture to view as you walk around the city. Glad i went, now i can check off list, and probably wont return.

Upon checkin I was very excited for my room, the location, and our planned stay. After unpacking for our 5 night stay, I took a well needed shower. First the shower head was leaking out the side, so I thought I’ll finish this shower and then notify maintenance. It progressively got worst and eventually lead to the shower head blasting off into my head. Leaving me with a bruise and headache while covered in soap. The shower hose went everywhere leading to a bathroom covered in water. After hosing myself off, I went to the lobby where they proceeded to change my rooms but not really being apologetic to the situation. I had expected the manager to followup with me which they did not. They moved us to a bigger room but one without the balcony that I loved the most. Later on in my stay I had maintenance come by without requesting anything and had them open the door unannounced and without knocking. The location is what really made this special. I would stay here again for the location and just have very low expectations of the staff and maintenance.

Property was very nice. You could tell property was dated but still was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Honestly expected the breakfast to be better. Most jams and such were packaged and not fresh. Overall very convenient if you need easy access to Zurich HB about a 8 minute walk. Most food in the area is extremely expensive. Overall still a great place.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast, variety of hot (scrambled eggs and bacon), and cold foods like juices, croissants, yogurt, granola and cold cuts/cheese. One block away from the main shopping street, the hotel location was excellent. Early evening visit by staff to offer coffee, tea, chocolate treat and change of towels. Happy we booked there.

We experienced outmost courtesy in reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc. Our sheets were changed every day, refils were done very smoothly. A calm and friendly place to stay just some steps away from shopping and tourist attractions. We enjoyed breakfast, with one exception - the bread buns were not fresh any of the days we stayed. Unclear why 1-2 day old buns would need to spoil otherwise good breakfast experience. The adjoining dinner restaurants offered tasty experiences and the staff was wonderful.
