Would not recommend, outlets that didn’t work, had to sleep with hall lights on or no ability to have fan on or charge phone, missing light bulbs, poorly draining sinks. It took 2 room changes before we finally got a room where everything worked. There is no air circulation so rooms heat up fast! Breakfast was good however…..

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and accidentally left my running shoes in my room when I checked out. I contacted the hotel on the very same day, but I was told that the shoes could not be found. I honestly find this very difficult to understand. How could a pair of shoes simply disappear from a hotel room? I would really like to know what happened and how they could not have been found. I was extremely disappointed and upset with the way this situation was handled. I expected much more professionalism and honesty from the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my impression of the place, and I would not recommend staying here.

We had a top floor roof room. The blind didn’t work on one of the windows, it was boiling hot although a fan was provided and we kept the window open as there was no blind. The bedding, specifically the pillow was terrible, flatter than a piece of paper. There was mold (likely from condensation around the window alcoves). There were stains on the carpet. Check in was ok but the lady said it was booked only for 2 when the booking clearly showers 3 but didn’t create too much of an issue but and reception didn’t seem interested when told about the blind. Breakfast wasn’t great. I don’t know if we were put in an older room or if the whole hotel was like it but I would absolutely not stay here again. It was close to the train station which was the only real positive to be honest.

The staff at reception and breakfast were friendly, and the breakfast was expected after the standard and prize, although the buffet area felt a bit cramped. The bed linen and towels were clean. However, the room itself was disappointing. There was no air conditioning, making it very warm, and it was quite dusty. There was also a loose floorboard, and the shower curtain next to the toilet was very dirty, which felt quite unhygienic. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for one night, but the room could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness. Would not choose this Hotel again.
