Nice hotel. Parking a problem. No possibilty to stopover at checkin. Personell at breakfast horrible. We and others were treated as children when we didn’t understand how to order a omelette. No one explained or showed us a table. Plates were missing. NO don’t stay here if you think service comes with 4,5 stars. I will never stay here again.

The Japanese style toilet was everything. The hotel gave me access to the local gym across the street which is better that most hotel gym when it comes to equipment. I really enjoyed how centrally located the hotel is. 9/10 across the board for this hotel.

Very good morning breakfast….scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, fruit, yogurt, cheese, bread for toast and various beverages. Staff at front lobby very courteous and helpful.Kitchen staff very attentive to guests. Studio room perfect for one person. Comfortable bed with duvet. Kettle, iron, ironing board and lit makeup mirror all useful.

All staff were so helpful and kind, from those on the phone pre-check-in, at breakfast, and those at reception. Although parking was offsite it was easy to pull up at the hotel and unload. The location is excellent.

Hotel Seidenhof is well located close to shopping and restaurants. A state of the art gym is located across the street if needing to get a workout in before a long haul flight. Breakfast is really delicious/ full service. the rooms are quiet and very comfortable complete with a patio.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Seidenhof. Check in was easy, the room and bathroom were amazing, the bed was comfortable (with an option to select from a menu of pillows!!), and the little touches such as fresh fruit in the room, sparkling water, small notes really took it to the next level. The restaurant (Enja) was fantastic, with great vegetarian options. The bar was also very nice, with a good selection of drinks (also had late night dessert there!). Location was great within easy reach to Parade de Platz. Would recommend!

Hotel perfeito para Zurique! Localização perfeita a uma quadra da Bahnhofstrasse, próxima do ponto do bonde e próximo de tudo, incluindo mercados, farmácias, etc. hotel limpo, acolhedor, eficiente, staff cortês. Bom serviço de quarto vindo do restaurante do hotel. Já tínhamos ficado no Sorell St Peter (o Seidenhof é da rede Sorell) e o padrão é bem parecido, mas com o preço um pouco melhor.

This hotel is small, but central to all areas needed. Breakfast was good, but manager running show not very smiley. Room was clean and comfortable though the colors were dreary (green). All in all, no real complaints and compared to other hotels a decent deal.

Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable, spacious ans quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location next to the old town. There is construction across tbe street, but it was quiet. We had breakfast included, which was decent. There is not A/C (air conditioner), its juat a fan blowing cooler.air, a bit loud.

I'm a regular with this hotel, having stayed many times over the years. This time though is was about 30c outside, and the AC in the room was terrible - I had a hot uncomfortable night. I think I will stay away from here in the summer time from now on

We stayed in this hotel our first three nights in Zurich. We left for Milan and stayed there one more night. We had two different rooms. The rooms were very hot. We asked the receptionist to adjust our air conditioner. During our first three nights, they somewhat adjusted it but the last night was hot like hell. We had to open windows to get some air but because of the noise outside it was hard to sleep. We were told that because of local regulations, they have to keep air conditioned at 73F. It felt like 80F in the room. The fan was making noise. The staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness were good but because it was so hot in the room, we really could not stand it. I will not return there and I will not recommend anyone to stay there during warm weather.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum von Zürich, so dass man alles zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet, allerdings waren die Fenster sehr hellhörig, so dass man nicht ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen konnte. Diese lagen schon im Schrank bereit. Wir haben am ersten Tag reklamiert, dass man den Duschkopf nicht fixieren kann. Dieser war bis zum letzten Tag nicht repariert. Guter Service sieht anders aus.

It’s a boutique hotel feeling. Positioned next to the shopping mecca of Zurich and 5 min walk to the old city. It’s also only 5-10 min walk to all the major tram and train stations. The pictures of the rooms on the website don’t give it justice. The rooms scream luxury and excellence. And that’s not even the best part. The staff is fantastic. So accommodating, going out of their way. We travel a lot and don’t think I have ever seen a better service. If you have the option to get the breakfast included, take it. It’s not some usual hotel breakfast. A chef is making omelettes the way you want it, the rest of the breakfast buffet is filled with swiss quality foods.

Room was clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. However: 1) room check-in was delayed for about 1.5hours! Imagine being tired from the flight and room wasn’t ready at check-in time. 2) wasn’t able to cast your netflix on TV even though the TV had a QR code with instructions. Was told by reception it doesn’t work. 3) called on Saturday to pick up laundry, they said laundry service is only available on weekdays so they will pick up first and return on Monday. Didn’t pick up and I had to call them again on Monday. Overall, room is good but service can be better

Hôtel correct mais un peu surcôté. Pas de mauvaise surprise mais service minimum. Très coûteux pour un service standard. Chambre petite mais confortable et propre. Plus de 300€ en période normale ne fait pas un rapport qualité prix spécialement avantageux. Petit déjeuner ne manque de rien, pas au niveau prétendu de l’hôtel justement.
