A beautiful hotel which is very clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel offers car parking but you have to be quick because it’s first come first served. We missed the parking but were directed to a car park across the road which, incidentally, was cheaper than the price for parking suited at the hotel.

All was wonderful- only improvement- there was not a clear explanation of parking fees assessed daily. It was not pointed out that parking is not included in the price and they dropped the price on me upon check out stating that it was in the fine print of the form they give you upon check in asking only for your plate number and dates. Everything else was just perfect this would be the only area that could clearly be improved.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Stoller. A medium sized family owned hotel in the heart of Zurich. 5 stars in every department. In particular the staff really stood out as being extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Hotel restaurant was a massive surprise. Extremely high end dining at a very reasonable price especially for Switzerland. Thoroughly recommended.

The main essentials were excellent. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable ; the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside of our stay was the washroom. Stepping into the shower required a high step over the edge of the tub; the sink area was also awkwardly designed—we frequently bumped our heads on the counter above it while washing our faces or brushing our teeth. Additionally, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Would still recommend to others.

Check in was nice and appreciated the mini bar being complementary. Bed would have been better as one rather than two pushed together. If you slept too close to the centre they'd slip apart. You get two pillows but they're different shapes which is quite uncomfortable as it means the slightest movement and your head is rolling off the side. They need to be same shape for proper support.

We stayed one night here before our trip back home. Overall, the value was there and the nightly rate was cheapest in the area for a sub-4 star hotel close to downtown. Amenities such as water, drinks, coffee, and ice were nice but had to be obtained through the adjoining restaurant which has its own operating hours - outside those hours, you are on your own. My biggest complaint comes from the air conditioning (AC) which was on standby mode for the entire day and night. The hotel advertises AC however they centrally control it where it does not run. This made our stay uncomfortable during the summer day/night where we opted to be outside our room as much as possible instead of being inside the hotel room. Front desk didn't do much to help and told us to open the door and window. Overall its a nice hotel but advertising air conditioning that was non-operational really drew my ire.

Lovely hotel and nice staff. Clean and nice rooms with everything that you need and expect to have in a hotel room. Quiet and in a good location 3 mins away from tue stadium. Pillows are a bit hard but I wouldn’t fault a hotel otherwise.

I arrived in Zurich during a heat wave and my only search criteria for a room was air conditioning. The Stoller had best AC I’ve found in Switzerland so far. I even had to raise temperature a little. The room itself was excellent. It was clean and well laid out. The room included complementary access to the mini bar - something you don’t see too often.

Although Hotel Stoller is not in the heart of Old Town, there is the Tram #3 that takes you directly to the Central Train Station, where you can access everything from shopping, museums, and restaurants. The Asian restaurant located next door is fabulous!

Joli hôtel, très bien placé avec des prix assez raisonnables pour Zurich. Chambres propres et assez grands, fenêtres très bien isolés contre le bruit (tramway). Le petit dèj est un peu spécial, pas de buffet, mais on commande librement comment ce qu'on veut. C'est un peu plus compliqué et surtout un peu plus lents, mais il y a beaucoup moins de gâchis.

The hotel provide free water and soda. Face towels are provided besides hand towelsand bath towels. Besides these, no other toiletries and vanities are provided. Only 4 hangers on the rack. The bed is not comfortable. The air conditioning is barely minimum. The environment around the hotel is shabby. The food in the hotel restaurant is below average and the price is about twice of the popular restaurants in Zurich old town.

Beim Frühstück viele kleine Portionen für Brotbelag. Man muss bei größerem Hunger gleich 2-3 Portionen Käse/Aufschnitt bestellen. Omelettes sind genial und individuell gestaltbar. Auch das Bircher Müsli ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!!!!
