The room was very clean, spacious, and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Hotel offers on site parking for $30/ day. Getting in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a hassle, because every time you leave you must stop by the front desk for a lift door opener, then circle the block to return the opener to the front desk before leaving the property. Also the lift itself is a very tight squeeze! But overall, we were very, very happy with our stay!

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. They did offer parking in their garage underground. Can park temporarily in front of the entrance but requires a key and/or a remote to access the garage anytime you leave or come back. Some of the staff was helpful, providing extra waters when asked. However we did have a few issues. It was not recorded correctly which room we were in. So, another guest was given the key to our room and entered at 11:30pm. Reception then called up and offered no apologies and was acting irritated as if it was our fault we were in the wrong room. Then the following day we were accidentally checked out, and our keys were deactivated even though we were still booked for another day.

DO NOT STAY at this hotel if you have a rent a car. The garage has an elevator for the cars, the remote controls for it don’t work all the time and the elevator broke the day we were leaving. We had to leave the car in there and took a taxi to the airport. It’s very inconvenient.

Staff was very nice. You do have to take a couple of stairs to get to the elevator, so it's not truly accessible but the rooms are very nice. It's a great location, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and breakfast was good.

There is no shuttle service. DO NOT ADVERTISE IT AS IT DOES! Bathroom could use some kind of door. Church bell tolls at all times during the night!!! During the day the tolling keeps going for 2-3 minutes!! .

The hotel room was very dirty. They clearly did not clean the room nor change the sheets as there was hair everywhere. When we told the hotel they laughed at us and said it was outsourced. The rooms are a lot smaller than the photos. Stay somewhere else

When we checked in the bedsheet had dirty spots on it and had to be replaced. Overall the bedsheets and pillows were old and warned out and looked yellowish

I have never seen this type of cleaning anywhere. The bathroom was dirty and when we asked for cleaning the lady cleaned the bathroom with a swab which was soaked with toilet water. It was unbelievable. They changed and upgraded our room but it wasn't a good experience for us.

The hotel was unbearably warm and there was no thermostat control in the room. The front desk controls the air conditioning in each room and it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep in. The corners of the room had lots of buildup of dust a grime. We also noticed at the end of our stay that there were bed bugs in the bedding and found one on an article of clothing we slept in. The only reason this rating has any stars at all is due to location as it was in the middle of old town and could walk around comfortably.

Wonderfully friendly, accommodating staff and a fantastically spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean room, with hassle-free wifi and the coffee I so appreciate being able to make for myself in the morning. I couldn't have asked for more - thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this property, but I could not. They gave us a room quickly, which we thought was amazing but only to enter into the room for it to be dirty, we were then able to switch rooms, and this room was better, but still not super clean. There was also no AC and although it was chilly outside, the room was humid and hot. Our first room had two invisible sliding doors for the bathroom so you could see directly in, and that was a bit strange. I would say the best thing about this property was its location and convenience since it was walkable to all major areas.

The property in great location. However, my room probably wasn’t used for a while. Dust everywhere. The coffee machine and kettle both had dust on and inside. Bathroom and floors were dusty too However, full size hairdryer and complimentary water throughout my stay - plus points! Most hotels in EU have travel size hairdryer and no complimentary water unless it’s a 5 star.

Pros: Nice hotel( clean, staff responsive, quiet, updated), great location for walking. Cons: rooms are small, bathrooms don’t offer much privacy ( basically a glass box in the room). Breakfast ok.

It was a comfortable hotel in a great location. The room setup was a bit strange with the bathroom in the middle of the room and not a lot of privacy. There is no traditional air conditioning so it was a bit warm. There was a fan provided but no plug available to power the fan in the sleeping area.

The room was so small, towels were rough, no upgrade nor amenities. The bathroom was in the room with a glass partition and smelled. I would not recommend. The breakfast staff were rude. I threw my washcloth on the floor and it was placed back partially wet on my sink.

Great location. The room was a good size ,but the beds were just a box with nothing better than a mattress pillow top. They were not running the A/C because the temperature outside was just under 20 degrees so we had to open the windows in the room and we got all the noise from the street and neighbors plus the church bells rang every fifteen minutes

The staff was very patient and helpful with us Americans. The hotel is updated and has a great location for the price. It’s close to the water, tons of shops and restaurants and was perfect for a short trip to Zurich. The rooms are bigger than others we’ve stayed in around Europe. Beds were comfortable and they provide multiple pillow options. There’s no A/C (I understand that’s hit and miss over there), but the fan provided wasn’t great, which was tough in August. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We had almost no connectivity throughout our 3-day stay, though it was fine in the lobby. We’d go to connect and the Wi-Fi either didn’t show up 75% of the time or it would and would disconnect just a few minutes into use. This was on a few devices so I know it wasn’t just our phones. Other than the internet, I’d recommend the hotel, as I can recognize AC is just different over there.

Nice location, but super tiny room, can hardly make a turn. The staff at front desk was not very helpful. I waited like 15 minutes to have someone came out. I don't understand why there is no people at reception. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear everything on the hallway and your neighbors from all direction. Super expensive hotel with poor condition.

If you enjoy housekeeping opening your door without knocking when you don't have pants on then this is the place for you. The also room has no ac (which I figured since it is want listed) but there's no bathroom fan so the bathroom gets humid, They give you a broken fan, and a yoga mat bed. The bathroom shower floods because the shower pan isn't level and it seeps out of the pan. The double room from the bed you can see the silhouette of your significant other on the toilet. I told my problems to the front desk and they interrupted me with "do you want to talk or do you want to listen?"

I had a wonderful stay here. Ahmed and the rest of the team were nice and helpful during my stay in Zurich. I’m so glad that I picked this hotel among three hotels that I was initially considering based on its good reviews. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is also good as it is walkable to the attractions, shopping and food.

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this property, but I could not. They gave us a room quickly, which we thought was amazing but only to enter into the room for it to be dirty, we were then able to switch rooms, and this room was better, but still not super clean. There was also no AC and although it was chilly outside, the room was humid and hot. Our first room had two invisible sliding doors for the bathroom so you could see directly in, and that was a bit strange. I would say the best thing about this property was its location and convenience since it was walkable to all major areas.

The staff were very helpful every time we made a request; for a taxi, where to eat, fixing a drink in the bar, everything. It was easy to walk from the hotel to places of interest and many restaurants. We would stay there again in the future.

Wow! Was blown away. The staff here was so kind and accommodating. Top notch service. As an American, they welcomed me with a smile and kindness, which goes a long way. No AC in the room but there was a nice breeze from the window. Room was comfortable. In a great location walking distance to any attraction

Hotel Scheuble is in a great location within the Old Town area of Zurich. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were phenomenal, especially the young lady who prepared the eggs and breakfast in the morning. We would have rated it a 5, but the room was a bit warm. We asked to lower the temperature, but they indicated the climate control was somehow related to the outside temperature. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a 8 minute easy walk from Zurich HB or 4 minutes by tram #4 or 15. Excellent location with immense choices of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores (COOP, MIGROS) in all price ranges. Bahnhofstrasse the mail shopping for high end boutiques is a7 minute walk. The hotel staff is helpful and extreme friendly. The room I had was comfortable and had all the basic amenities such as shampoo, soap and lotion. Overall, this is one of the best choices to stay in Zürich. The tram lines are a two minute walk which can take you anywhere in the city

Great hotel with a delicious breakfast included. The location was perfect and close to everything in Zurich. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Hotel was very clean. The only thing I would change is make the bathroom more private, the air conditioning doesn’t make the room that cool and the window was blocked so we couldn’t see if it was day or night which was disorienting for us.

Very convenient location! Walkable to so many sights in Zurich! Also within walking distance are a ton of dining options. Only criticism is the size of the rooms - extremely small. Two adults with a large and small suitcase and we were tripping over ourselves and our luggage. But if you want convenience this is a great choice for a hotel.

This hotel is fine. The rooms are a bit old and worn, and the breakfast had limited options. I was expecting something nicer for the price. Also very noisy outside with construction work. I was woken up at 5:30am due to outside noise. On the positive side, it is a very convenient location. Staff were helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. The location was very close to train station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only con was the room was very warm, no AC. They did provide a fan.
