Mercure Hotel Zwolle

Vriendelijke medewerkers, prima kamers, uitstekend ontbijt. Rookzones zouden beter wat verder van de ingang en het hotel zijn.

Prima hotel. Parkeren voor de deur tegen een klein tarief. Kamer vielen qua grootte wel tegen. Verder zag de kamer zeer schoon uit.

I had a two night stay at the Mercure City Zwolle Hotel in August 2025. The surrounding exterior of the hotel is quite stunning, with green fields and gorgeous views. Inside, the hotel lobby is a bit dated, and the standard rooms are significantly smaller than a traditional size hotel room. The bathroom in my unit appeared to have been recently remodeled, but was quite small, and the shower head was not functioning properly due to a broken hand shower slide rail. An small interesting surprise was the pull chain light fixture in the bathroom straight out of the 1920's. Strange. My second night was difficult as the hotel had lost all water service, so there were no showers, toilets, or sinks available, and no coffee in the restaurant - as a result had to attend a business meeting without showering before I had to check out of the hotel. Hotel management said the water issue was out of their control, as the city had a water line break outside the property. Staff were very nice and attentive throughout my stay, with a positive attitude. I did visit the hotel restaurant for breakfast twice during my stay, and the food was basic and serviceable, with your basic English breakfast items on the self serve menu. Overall, it you are visiting Zwolle, the Mercure Hotel is one of those places that you stay at basically just for sleeping - it is not a resort style property when you can be comfortable hanging out, due to lack of amenities and very small rooms.

For 20 euro the breakfast was appalling no bar open at night just not what we was use to at the mercure

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel unweit von Zwolle, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Toll war der Verleih von E-Bikes!

Clean, modern, quiet.

helaas was mijn rookvrije kamer kennelijk eerder gebruikt door een roker, verder was alles perfect.

Hotel smelt of smoke so badly you couldn’t breathe, so we had to check out and find alternative accommodation a few days before Christmas. The previous guests had even gone as far as covering the smoke alarm with a shower cap to ensure our smoking experience was ensured. Hotel were completely in denial, must be the only nose less room cleaner in Holland.

Hotel was over het algemeen helemaal prima! Goede service alleen de kitrand van het bad zat wat ingetrokken schimmel. Verder alles echt super

Hotel en de accommodatie is wat gedateerd. Kamer was wat aan de kleine kant. Kamer was netjes schoongemaakt.

Simple hotel needs some redecoration very plain and old.stone walls in the room make it feel real poor and definiately not a nice hotelro. Bathroom has a douche cabine which is in poor state, lots of mold there.

Good price. Clean room. Tiny room though. I guess thats the norm in Europe. Good breakfast. Not really close to town but quick cab or bike ride.

Vergane glorie. Wij hadden een superior, gedateerd, verschrikkelijke bedden. Stekkerbox kapot, 1 bedlamp hing los, de andere werkte niet. Van de stalamp was de stekker kapot en de pin ervan zat nog in het stopcontact waardoor ook dat stopcontact onbruikbaar was. De omgeving ook niets. Kamer was wel schoon en personeel erg vriendelijk maar het was de 135 euro absoluut niet waard. Ik voel me flink bekocht, zeker voor een 4 sterren Mercure

Room mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all .they should be replaced Connecting two single beds to make them one bed is not comfortable. Location of this hotel is only good for someone who has a car.

Good location and value. Staff were not as friendly as expected. "Queen" bed was actually 2 single mattresses put together which made for tough sleeping

Grote kamer. Mooie badkamer. Weinig verlichting in kamer. Geen stopcontact langs bed. Mooi uitzicht. Goed restaurant. Vriendelijke bediening

The hotel was just outside of the city. It is too far to walk so you will have to take the car to go into the centre. Rooms are not big.

Het zou fijn zijn als een tweepersoonsbed ook een tweepersoonsmatras heeft ipv 2 losse matrassen

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Relativ weit entfernt vom Stadtkern. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

personeel !!!, zelden meegemaakt dat personeel zo zorgzaam was., kamer iets minder, dit vanwege mijn handicap. komen vast en zeker terug. Evert en Martje Keur.

Het gebouw zag er erg oud uit. Er zat een groeoje jongeren bij aankomst. Reden hard op fietsen. Ik had het niet verwacht bij een hotel. Een receptioniste bij het uitchecken was aardig. Zij liep ook bij het inchecken maar hielp ons niet . De receptioniste bij het inchecken was niet aardig ook niet zo naar haar collega. Ook naar ond beetje betweter. We zijn bijna niet in het hotel geweest alleen voor de nacht. Niet om te rten ook niet voor ontbijt. Het zag er oud uit. Niet uitnodigend. Denk niet dat het echt vies was maar door dat het er ongezellig uitzag kon ok dat niet los zien. Prijs vind ik duur. Hotel ligy ook ver van het centrum lopend was dat te ver dus extra taxikosten gemaakt. Jammer was de eerste keer in Zwolle andere hotels waren vol maar van een hotelketen had ik meer verwacht

Er is vriendelijk personeel aanwezig en we hebben een leuk verblijf gehad.

This hotel is out of the centre of Zwolle, but a short 2km away. The property is along side a beautiful meadow, quiet. The staff are very accommodating and offered great breakfast.Would stay again.

it's a nice hotel, but in a very remote place. I enjoyed it, but it's something to consider if you're not coming with a car.

De kamer was schoon ,goede bedden en ruime douche. De kamer was erg verouderd... bureau waar de randen van waren beschadigd en kapotte gordijnen. Het hotel ligt op een te grote afstand van het centrum. Er is geen busverbinding. Of met de fiets, eigen auto of taxi ( € 17) Het restaurant was netjes, goed ontbijtbuffet ( €20) . De dinerkaart was beperkt, maar het eten goed

Das Mercure ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, mit dem Fahrrad aber bestens zu erreichen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren.

Ontbijt tot 10 uur wij waren 10 min voor 10 daar toen ik 2e koffie pakken wilde mocht het niet meer omdat het na 10 uur was je betaald 20 euro per persoon en mag dan geen 2e kopje koffie pakken dit hotel zeker geen 4 sterren uit geleeft
