A very nice 5-Star hotel for business and personal vacation travelers visiting China from around the world. Excellent breakfast with rich selections of western and Chinese food and drinks. The hotel staff, including the Assistant Manager, the Reception team, Restaurant personnel, and the Concierge are all very much friendly and helpful to guests and visitors. New Century Hotel Beijing also provides great services for business meetings and commercial activities with well equipped conference halls and meeting rooms.

The gym is old . And the room door design should improve , every guests are slamming the door , i was awoke by the noises at night

Nice location with the beautiful bamboo park and the zoo just across the road. The 40 sqm room felt spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was nicely cleaned. The hotel is named New Century but really it feels like stepping into the previous century, it's time to refurbish the rooms. The lobby looks nice though. From time to time there was smell of smoking in the room, not terrible but not very pleasent either. Unsure where it came from. Like many other places in Beijing not all members of the staff speak English. We did not try the breakfast or restaurants at the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the next building with decent sandwiches which is where we had breakfast instead.
