Overall good experience and met our needs. Beds comfortable. Clean cabin. Nice quiet area and front porch. Bathroom is very small so bigger guests be mindful. The washer and dryer units are in the single bed room making it a bit tight. We didn’t actually use any of the kitchen appliances while there so can’t speak to that. But overall was a good experience.

Everything was great-beds, location, price, near sites, amenities, etc. Would absolutely stay again. The fridge ice maker was the best I’ve ever seen. Decorated beautifully without excess. Saw deer several times a day in the front and in the back!

It was everything we were looking for, quiet, clean, great location and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning enjoying our coffee. Great trail system just a walk up the road. My son wants me to add he appreciated the xbox.

The cabin was fine for two of us, but could use some extra cleaning, bathroom hooks, reading lights in bedrooms. Kitchen area could be updated but living area was spacious. We liked the front porch and quiet neighborhood, along with Cantina restaurant down the block.

We have now stayed here 2 times! Bathroom sink is still VERY SMALL! (be careful not to hit your head on shelf when brushing teeth :-) Great to now have a microwave! Beds were comfortable! Fun to watch deer and other wild life from front porch.

This compact property was very clean and has a great location. The air conditioning was a blessing, but the smallest bedroom, the one with the bunkbeds does not cool down like the rest of the rooms and stayed slightly uncomfortably warm, there was a fan in the closet of this room which helped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked sitting in the rockers on the front porch and watching the neighborhood wildlife in the morning.

The cabin is very small which the description states. Enough room in the living area but the beds up against walls seem pretty cramped. The outside area is in need of some maintenance. Overall, the location was good and it was pet friendly.

Very clean and tidy. Cozy. Walkable neighborhood and quiet. Close to everything. Bath sink was miniature and it would be nice to have some sort of markings there’s a step up to the back bedroom. Great porch for morning coffee. Overall a great stay! Recommend.

We had a great visit to Manitou, this is a great spot to stay if you’re wanting something out of the busy tourist areas, but close enough to still get to some of those. We wanted a place that we felt comfortable leaving our dog in his crate for a few hours at a time while we went hiking, ate at restaurants and visited with friends…and this was perfect for that! The only notes I’ll make is that there is a bit of mold in the shower area, likely due to the lingering steam after a shower mixed with the cold air coming from the A/C vent right above the shower. Also, I’d probably recommend re-enforcing the barn door hardware with a header board because it seems to be potentially hazardous. We did have a black bear visit Tuesday night and roll the trash can down into the yard, thank goodness for the bear lock trash can! Glad we didn’t leave anything in the car :) Overall really happy with the experience, we just wanted a cozy place to land after a long day of activities! This was it! Would recommend and will likely be back.

It was on a nice, quiet road. The price can’t be beat. It’s better for traveling with children. As two adults wanting a two bedroom, the bunk bed room really wasn’t comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very worn down. Pillows flat and yellowing. Everything else was fine. Please oil the hinges on the front door and bathroom door.

This was a great place for our small group of three to stay. The bathroom is tiny, but we weren’t concerned by that because we’re all fairly short people. We were charmed being surrounded by wildlife in this location. We saw lots of deer and wild turkey.

The size, location, and amenities were nearly perfect. We really cannot complain except it would be nice if the stove/oven had proper labels. Other than that, this place was perfect for our adult family. Two to three nights is the perfect length of stay for us at a place like this. Thank you for allowing us to check in early! We planned a quick extended weekend trip to the mountains from Florida and our stay at this cabin was exactly what we needed. My children range from 2:00 to 7 years old and it was the perfect size base for all of us to violin relax and launch from. It's adorably decorated and is nestled in a lovely Community next to some amazing food, and the deer happened to be very fond of our location so we had the honor of watching them roam around ours and the neighbors property. Highly recommended, super simple check-in process and Incredibly easy to tidy on our way out. Shockingly close to all of the activities that the Springs have to offer. We can't wait to visit again.

Located just up the hill from downtown Manitou Springs and a short drive from Garden of the Gods, this spot was perfect for the quiet I needed to work on a personal project, as well as close enough for a few excursions. The cantina a few houses down is a must for anyone visiting; great staff and really good food. The cottage was easy to get to and had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable.

This place has a great location. Super close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline, and historic Manitou Springs downtown. We also hiked at Red Rocks Open Space which we love and that was super close as well. Very short drives anywhere.

This cottage was perfect for a family of four - it is small but has everything we could have needed. Our stay was short but we loved the convenient location - we walked to the Cantina for dinner our first night, which was awesome! We loved exploring Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, and of course Pike's Peak. We went out to Woodland Park one afternoon and Garden of the Gods as well as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings - everything was super easy to get to from this house. We loved the quiet, residential community setting. Definitely recommend.

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in Manitou Springs. It was fun to watch the hummingbirds around the house, and deer coming by. The location was great, close enough to reach the bus so that we were not dependent on driving to the Manitou Incline for instance where there was no parking. The Garden of Gods are also not far away.
