部屋はきれいで素敵な感じです。部屋にずっと滞在する分にはゆっくりできるホテルだと思います。外灘にも近いので旅行者にはよいホテルです。残念だったのはジムとスイミング・プール。カウンターの人はけっこうな冷たさで、かつ、あんまり導線もよくないし、きれいでもなかったです。そこにいかなければその他のスタッフは皆さん親切で素敵なホテルでした。
