Overall, the hotel was a dissapointment since it didn’t correspond to the pictures taken. During our visit there was a ongoing worksite outside which means that there wasn’t a quiet moment for us in the room, day nor night. A big reason that we chose to stay at jinglai was because it says that there was a pool area, we thought that this would be great for our child but very dissapointed that there was none available since it was ”under maintenance”, doubtfull if there even was one in the building. Though the room was clean and fresh, things could have been worse. Restaurants close by for breakfast and late snacking, subway close by. Gym was small but great to have access so laundry.

Great location with a subway station very close. Staff were lovely and we were lucky enough to be given an upgrade. The room was very spacious. I just wish we had been able to spend longer in Shanghai!

The room was really nice and the hotel was in a very convenient location. I did leave a set of rings in my room and am unsure how to contact the hotel was the only issue I had.
