Great location, easy to walk everywhere and next to the lovely Villa Borghese Park. Bathroom rather tired looking and mattress was not very comfortable but it did the job for us being out and about all day. Breakfast was OK and the breakfast room had lovely views.

Beautiful and well kept hotel. Location was the best, we were able to walk to most of the touristic areas and restautants. Breakfast was great, with variety of food, at the 6th floor with a wonderful view. We would book it again without a doubt. Griselda y Daniel from NY.

Hotel ottimo, personale cortese. Colazione super, fatta in terrazza all’ultimo piano con vista sulla città.

il zito expedia lo dichiara con parcheggio in realtà non ne ha in una zona molto trafficata di roma in cui è difficile posteggiare

Hotel lindo mas falta manutenção está mau cuidado, recepcionista péssimo mau humorados não atende bem, grosseiros, não informam nada não ajudam com a porta nem com as malas, não sabiam indicar onde era o estacionamento particular pois o hotel não possui, só fiquei neste hotel porque dizia possuir estacionamento “mentira” paguei 20 euros por dia de estacionamento distância 4 quadras do hotel, localização é ótima bairro muito agradável , o quarto apertado, banheiro complicado alagava sempre após o banho. Café da manhã gostei da vista linda da sala mas o café é bem fraco.

This is an older traditional hotel. Being close to the Borghese gardens means that it has the best of both worlds. City and country. The breakfast room is on the top floor and has a spectacular view.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit einem grandiosen Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Location is great! Near everything you would like to get to in Rome. Room we got is dusty. They don't clean floors under the tables & chairs. I can only imagine under the bed. Our shower don't drain well, & there's a gap between the door shower, so the flooring gets wet when you use the shower. Staff are accommodating. When we asked for plugs, they lent us, including electric fan. The view up the breakfast floor is excellent. Food is great. I didn't mind the flaws, it comes with the age of the hotel. But a few changes will be better.

Está muy bien ubicado el hotel. Es muy lindo, sobre todo la terraza donde se toma el desayuno, que tiene una vista maravillosa. Hay un metro al lado también. Todo es muy caminable.

Ottima location, comoda al parcheggio a pagamento di Villa Borghese. Staff gentile, educato e disponibile. Diverse persone alla colazione, la signora che ci ha preparato il caffè è stata molto gentile malgrado fosse da sola.

This is a beautiful old hotel, full of classic Roman charm. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful and there is a deep sense of pride in their service. That said, my room, although beautifully lit and spacious, smelled heavily of dust and it was hard to breathe without having the windows thrown wide open on a very cold night. There was an issue with a clogged shower drain the first night I was there, and that was addressed immediately.

It was quiet apart from the last night when a residence came in drunk and was screaming for 30 minutes at 3 am. The staff was very polite in general, helpful The room was not very clean and found a few ants in the bed, just after checking in(which was a first)

It was the worst property I stayed at. There was bugs, Filth everywhere like it was never cleaned and it smelt like horrible. Do not stay here…

Very close to the Spanish Steps. Breakfast was OK in the morning, servers were quick. All sconces and vents were very dusty in the rooms.

Bin in room had not been emptied or had garabage. Per description of Hotel amenities the rooms were air conditioned that was not the case. One specific gentleman at reception was rude and did not allow my friend to come up with me to my room. Free breakfast no where to be seen either. Overall a bad experience would not stay there again. And would recommended to anyone.

Hotel en condicion de una estrella y no de 4 estrellas. Los aires no funcionan baños sucios intalaciones deplorables Desayuno es bueno y la persona que nos atendio en el check muy agradable . Solo me quede una noche y me cambie de hotel imposible una noche mas ahi

I loved the hotel staffs. They are very friendly and accommodating. It was very old fashioned. My AC barely worked. My fridge had mold inside.

Esperienza negativa. Hotel vecchio che può avere anche il suo da uno se non fosse per la totale mancanza di manutenzione e assenza di pulizia in camera ( avevo la polvere anche sotto alla cornetta del telefono di servizio ) Chiedo una coperta diversa dalla coperta da rifugio di montagna marrone in dotazione e si presenta un ragazzo con una coperta di pile che avrà visto l’acqua in altre annate Materasso sfondato e non ho voluto approfondire con analisi pulizia Davvero un posto lasciato a se stesso Peccato per la zona colazione perché con vista mozzafiato al sesto piano … qualità della colazione comunque accettabile In tutto questo il prezzo non era basso … a quel prezzo ci sono B&B lusso

We are a family of 4. We had adjoining rooms with queen beds. Hotel was clean and we loved the traditional decor. The location is right by the Borghese gardens. 20 min walk to Pantheon. 30 min walk to Colosseum. 40 mins walk to Vatican. If you like to get to know a city by walking, this place is great. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is very convenient and the view from the 6th floor is beautiful. 6th floor is the breakfast area tho and only accessible during breakfast hour 7-10. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars worth. Looked very outdated and old. They didn’t even have showergel and conditioner. And the available shampoo was of very cheap quality. The room was very noisy. I could hear guests in the next room flushing the toilet and taking shower. And most annoying part: every time you leave you should give key (yes actual key) to the reception. And they don’t allow visitors!! I don’t recommend it !

Tiny - claustrophobic Air conditioning did not work - impossible to sleep Mattress - torture Mini fridge did not work Noise level high due to traffic with all windows closed. We had to open the windows at night to cool down a bit and then close due to a lot of noise. Got hot quickly. Open windows and so on. The room was run down overall. The bathroom was ok. The only highlight was the breakfast-good selection and fresh.

Hotel del renacimiento, pero en todo, Las habitaciones necesitan no una remodelacion, si no echarlas abajo y volverlas a hacer. Si quieres alojarte en un 2* a precio de 4, es este tu hotel El personal por contra muy, muy agradable y al servicio del cliente

Schrecklich, unglaublich, seit Jahren habe ich so etwas grauenhaftes nicht erlebt. Wer vergibt solchen Hotels die Sterne ? Und dann noch zu einem solchen unverschämten Preis ? Ich weiss nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Im Zimmer, fass sehr ringhörig war, roch es ständig, von der Toilette her nach Fäkalien. Die Einrichtung war älter, als alt. Das Personal insbesondere am Empfang, mehr als unfreundlich, als wir sie nach dem Gestank hinwiesen zuckten sie lediglich die Schultern und verwiesen uns per mail an das Management, die Reklamation zu richten. Das Frühstück und das Angebot waren mehr als Mangelhaft, zu wenig Auswahl, alte Haferflocken, die nach abgestandenem Mehl riechten. Die Rühreier hatten einen Geschmack, dass wie Watte war .... Wie gesagt, seit Jahren, hatte ich ein solch schlechtes Hotel, nicht besucht und ich komme wirklich um die Welt (!). Sogar ein Stern ist zwei zu viel ! Ein solches Hotel verdient den Namen Hotel nicht und gehört längst, abgerissen zu werden. Die Würlizzerbox ist das einzige sehenswerte.

The front desk staff are very friendly and professional, I was very happy with their friendliness, the lady in the dining room,for breakfast,awesome lady!!.. I have no complains and if I was to come back, I' d stay at this hotel.

Hotel com pessimas camas, banheiros velhos, toalhas velhas, cafe da manha pessimo, atendimento horrivel, grosseiros. Elevador pra 3 pessoas sem malas. Tudo eh um contratempo nesse hotel. Nao tem servico de quarto. É extremamente caro pro q oferece.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento da Recepção. Funcionário/atendente não foi amável e sem cordialidade, pelo menos conosco.

I liked having the Villa Borghese Gardens just a 5 min walk away! So beautiful. Hotel is in a safe area, and you can walk to pretty well all the main attractions within 30 mins.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend, kaum Auswahl , trockenes Brot, kein Obst oder Gemüse. Das einzig gute war die schöne Aussicht über Rom im Frühstücksraum.
