Property was fine and located by the train station. Hence, suited my need. Not sure it was clear if I could access to hot tub noted in the advert. Seemed like there may be an extra cost. The a/c leaked in my room overnight. I noticed it when I woke up. Almost slipped. I made a note to the staff. They apologized and sent someone to check. I was checking out that morning hence no real issue but would have been nice if the front desk attendant could have been more sincere in his apology. Maybe offer a coffee. Something small but meaningful.

Front desk mgr Anthony and reception staff wr fabulous. The bar mgr was a bit rude on 2 different occassions. Huge offerings for breakfast, but i didnt care for most of what i tried, but truly a lot to chose from. Over all excellent, just the bar personel issue.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and loved the outdoor area. Unfortunately the outdoor area brought ants which were all in our room. Otherwise everything was great.

They didn’t upgrade our room . I had to upgrade and pay for . They gave to us very small room . This wasn’t first time here . We stayed at this hotel Genova since 2015 and we love because every very close . I expect they update my room for better than they have to us , but instead they offered to us upgrade to nice suite , and of course we had to pay for . But we love the place , the staff are amazing , specially Vinicius . They apologized for the room and sent to us a bottle wine . Was nice . Our room have outdoor terrace . Great to relax and have glass Prosecco . Thank you .

We stayed a night with their luxury suite room. It was amazing! They have us a free bottle that we got to enjoy while using the jacuzzi. Perfect way to end our trip in Rome.

For the price I paid, this is worse than 2 star hotels: - WiFi had no signal at all, and it’s imperative for me to have wifi for my work - Leaky shower that you can’t control the temperature of, one second it’s freezing cold the other it’s boiling hot. Very dangerous - Freezing AC: could not control it or turn it off, freezing in the rooms - No breakfast provided for those checking out before 7am - Rude stuff And overall terrible experience.

Sengen var steinhard uten overmadrass, skittent i dusjen og der med ikke ser ved første øyekast. Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av, her møter du også på et personal som er morgengretten og har stått opp på feil fot. Super beliggenhet, men vi kommer nok ikke tilbake.

Bed was hard as a rock. Air conditioner did not work and they had to bring us a fan. The shower temperature went from cold to boiling every few seconds making it dangerous to jump out of the way of the scalding hot water. Mold in the bathroom. Will not stay here again. Very hard to sleep in that hot room.

First, the staff was the best we've encountered in all the hotels we've stayed at in Europe and the Middle East. We were treated like VIPs, with exceptional kindness. The welcome we received at the reception was so sweet and friendly. Communication was excellent and very informative. The entire staff was very interested in making us feel so comfortable and welcome. The hotel is very beautiful and super clean. We've visited Rome four times, and I assure you that on our next visit, we'll book with Hotel Genova through Expedia. To anyone looking for a hotel of the highest quality, look no further. I highly recommend the Hotel Genova, which deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Bravo!

The room was spacious but not very clean, the closet and some furniture had a lot of dust. The temperature control was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient since it is just a couple of minutes walking from the train station. It was somewhat noisy at night.

We stayed here for three nights in March. What we liked: Comfy large bed Friendly and helpful staff Convenient location to train station Good restaurants nearby Within walking range of main attractions The hotel is on a busy road and is noisy however with the shutters closed and with earplugs it limits a lot of the sound. We enjoyed the breakfast mostly continental options some scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages although these were never very warm during our stay. Be aware of paying the tourist tax which is 8euros per person per night. Overall a nice hotel which we would recommend.

This hotel is a great choice if you need to be near Termini Train Station, but if you do stay here, don't let them stick you on the 5th floor. For one thing, the internet works really poorly and sometimes not at all. For another, the walls are paper thin: I could hear the family next door all night. For a supposedly 4 star hotel, that's not great. Service was okay. Best part was the room, which was up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. About 5 mins from Roma Termini, a 15 minute walk from the colosseum & there’s several food options nearby. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly, many spoke several languages & catered to guests of different nationalities. The room was a good size & the bathroom was wonderful. The only downside to the room was the air conditioning, it wasn’t the standard plug-in window unit that most hotels have but it was central air conditioning. The vent was fairly small so turning the air conditioning did not make much of a difference when it was warm outside.

The hotel staff and location was great. Breakfast was okay. The ac was off during the season and it was very hot and uncomfortable in the room . They brought us a fan after the first night and we sleep better with the window open. The WiFi was an unreliable.

Great place to stay. Less than a 10 minute walk from Rome Termini. I arrived at 11 am and my luggage was tagged and put into a storage area. I felt my luggage was safely secured. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotels’ location is central to many Rome highlights. Easy to walk from there. The junior studio suite with terrace was a spacious bright clean room with a rooftop terrace with a nice view. Room is very quiet..free breakfast was a nice touch too. Fantastic restaurants close by too, pharmacy nearby also. Great spot

This property is close to bus and train lines and many restaurants and shops. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with great hot water. The breakfast had many items including eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, a pancake machine, breads and many cakes. What made our trip the best was the hotel front desk staff. Edna, Claudio and Valerio were always cheerful and willing to help us find bus routes and restaurants. Edna was very knowledgeable and helpful on our first night checking in and every time we saw her she was smiling. On our last night we found that the Leonardo Express was not running the next morning due to it being a holiday. Claudio was very quick to arrange a taxi for us on short notice and for the same price as the train ticket would have been. His friendliness and decisive action turned a bad situation into a good one. I really can't thank him enough! I would recommend staying in this hotel.

On our last night we found that the Leonardo Express was not running the next morning due to it being a holiday. Claudio was very quick to arrange a taxi for us on short notice and for the same price as the train ticket would have been. His friendliness and decisive action turned a bad situation into a good one. I really can't thank him enough! I would recommend staying in this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. About 5 mins from Roma Termini, a 15 minute walk from the colosseum & there’s several food options nearby. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly, many spoke several languages & catered to guests of different nationalities. The room was a good size & the bathroom was wonderful. The only downside to the room was the air conditioning, it wasn’t the standard plug-in window unit that most hotels have but it was central air conditioning. The vent was fairly small so turning the air conditioning did not make much of a difference when it was warm outside.

Had the hotel arrange for airport pickup. Worked very well. Requested early arrival time to get our room. It was not available-too many people staying and checking out later. Stored our luggage and we went out for a walk and lunch. Everything worked out well. Good location. Close to the train station and many restaurants and souvenir shops.

First, the staff was the best we've encountered in all the hotels we've stayed at in Europe and the Middle East. We were treated like VIPs, with exceptional kindness. The welcome we received at the reception was so sweet and friendly. Communication was excellent and very informative. Staff extremely rude and unwilling to provide excellent customer service. Our Junior Suite had no air conditioning. First they tried to convince me it was working. I had to be rude back and tell them it is not. Their solution was not to change rooms but to bring us a fan with 5 ice cubes in the fan. No discount was provided or even an apology. Extremely disappointing. The entire staff needs a major training in customer service and with a realization tourism is paying for their employment. The worst experience we had on our entire 12 day European Vacation. To be treated like you are stupid is completely disrespectful.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo tres cuadras de la estación de trenes y metro Roma Termini, que es la parada del tren directo desde el aeropuerto, por que está genial, dese hotel te puedes ir caminando al coliseo y otras atracciones. El hotel es un edificio de niveles con varios elevadores, el desayuno para algunos está incluido y es muy bueno estilo Bufete por lo que te puedes alimentar muy bien.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as being "right beside/in the train station" and it is not. It is a few blocks away from the train station and you have to walk through a sketchy area to get to it. The hotel itself is fine, a very average hotel that is fairly clean with nice sized rooms and bathrooms. It has a breakfast included but I didn\'t have it because they don\'t have vegan options. Would maybe stay here again for the decent price and proximity to the train station, but wouldn\'t stay here for a longer period in Rome.

For the price I paid, this is worse than 2 star hotels: - WiFi had no signal at all, and it’s imperative for me to have wifi for my work - Leaky shower that you can’t control the temperature of, one second it’s freezing cold the other it’s boiling hot. Very dangerous - Freezing AC: could not control it or turn it off, freezing in the rooms - No breakfast provided for those checking out before 7am - Rude stuff And overall terrible experience.

Great location, helpful staff, big choice of food at breakfast. Could do with hooks in bathroom, room was a bit claustrophobic as it had dark shutters to hide the awful view but we’d asked for a quiet room and it was definitely that. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a few minutes from Termini for trains and buses.
