We enjoyed our stay at the NH hotel. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was really good. We had a rental car and there's a parking garage below the hotel which is very convenient for Rome. Highly recommend this hotel

location was good with some very good nearby restaurants. bottle of proseco was a nice touch. rooms were large and quiet. only downside was had to take 2 elevators to get to room and couldnt avoid steps with luggage in and out of hotel

Hotel soweit gut….sehr nettes Personal… Baraufenthalt Weltklasse…. Sehr gute Cocktails - Snacks und Häppchen kostenlos…. Zimmer schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem ein sehr nettes Hotel. Lage perfekt…. 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum (Spanische Treppe) Trevibrunnen auch gleich nen Stück weiter… U-Bahn eine Minute entfernt….Straße sehr laut, wenn Fenster auf, ansonsten hört man nichts…. Tiefgarage für 40€ am Tag gleich am Hotel

Stay was awesome room was amazing hallways were a little noisy as there wasn’t really much carpet to damped the cleaners every mornings in the hallways. It was a bit of a weird up and down hike to get to our room. But besides that the room was nice and clean well appointed and comfy bed!

In general, my room was two elevators away and almost 1 km from the reception, it was quite a walk to get to my room and leave, horrible, the rest was acceptable, it is still more expensive than it really is, the staff in the restaurant are somewhat clueless I waited 30 minutes to be served, there was no one, there are better options in Rome

Navigating the hotel from front desk to room can be a maze between old hotel and new. Hallways are painted dark Front desk has modern statuary in mirrored alcoves. Servizio parcheggio comodissimo e sicuro annesso alla struttura. Colazione spettacolare, di un livello superiore, ampia scelta sia nel dolce che nel salato. Personale della Sala molto cortese e disponibile, ringraziamo in particolare Mattia e Maria Luigia. Il cartello "Non disturbare" appeso alla maniglia della camera è stato rispettato. Consigliato.

Proximity to the main attractions was good. However, the room was really dusty due to their ventilation system, the bathrooms need deeper cleaning and staff/customers noisy in the corridor as we could always hear doors movement and people talking.

The staff was great especially Elise. However the rooms are filled with dust, especially under the bed. I spend 2 nights out of the 3 without being able to sleep coughing and chest tightness due to a huge amount of dust pilled up under the bed and the bed sheets being dusty as well.

Our room faced a beautiful view of Villa Borghese park. It was an ideal location to walk our dogs every morning and evening. Unfortunately we had a problem of ants in our room for the entire stay. We reported this to front desk twice but no one dealt with it.

The hotel is conveniently located to many of the attractions and good restaurants. Our room was very small. I believe they called it an Executive Room, I hate to imagine what a worker bee room looks like. Our shower gel dispenser was out of soap when we arrived, I reported that to the front desk, but to no avail. Luckily we had some soap bars with us so we were able to take a shower. They had plenty of time to fill the soap dispenser they just never did it.

This is a lovely, well cared for and well serviced hotel in the Borgese neighborhood. The staff made a tremendous effort to arrange early room access for my family since we had young children, and the room for four worked beautifully and included two bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, and the staff all friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will certainly book here in the future.

The location was the best! Easy to get a taxi within 5 minutes. They have great breakfast options on property. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rome was very hot and the air conditioning in our room was not working. It took 3 phone calls and a visit to the front desk to get the room changed. Poor overall communication and the second room was not a comparable room in size or view.

Comfy and stylish room, lovely view of the park, bed was exceptionally comfortable, shower excellent and fantastic staff and service. Friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for the Borghese Park, Vatican and many other places. The only drawback was the hotel is flanked by two busy roads so can be a bit noisy, but closing the window solved that minor issue.

Very modern hotel. We had a large room with a separate living area. It is very clean, the ac worked very well. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. There is a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus a few minutes away. Great hotel for the price. Quick ride from the termi station.

We had a great stay. Rooms are pretty small but we were able to get adjoining. (All rooms in Roma are small). Our only issue is the room service is terrible! The dishes are not good (we tried many things due to late check in with young kids). Dishes were served cold and were just not good regardless of temperature. Cleaning staff did a great job and stocked the ‘bar’ well. The location is fantastic for families being just across from the park and not as ‘busy’ while still being walkable to the center

We had a family room for 3 people for 8 nights in late August. Overall great stay. Thanks! - Hotel: looks new, very clean. great service from front desk for the whole eight days, super responsive clean/maintenance staff, good location (still within 20 minutes walking distance to many hot spots but in a very quiet and safe area). lots of good restaurants around, along with a decent in-house restaurant. - Family room: great room size, solid two beds in different rooms (one queen bed and one full size sofa bed), big shower head with great water pressure which is really nice after a long hot day. - Minor suggestions: bigger toilet paper roll, more English TV channels, one or two tables in family room lobby and big bathroom to fully utilize the spacious space. (And expand shower space size if possible)

Paola with Guest Relations went above and beyond to check in with our family and whatever needs we had…including investigating a missing piece of luggage left at the hotel. She also during our stay entertained our 5 year old daughter to ease her into our arrival. One of the best in the service, I’ll say! Thanks for all that you do, Paola!! Be well.

I regret not being able to provide a higher rating on service & staff due to one person at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 AM. The bell service guys were very helpful. They handled our luggage efficiently, tagged and stored them while we waited for our rooms to be ready. When I approached the first available front desk staff to inquire if any rooms were be available before check-in time, the lady did not even let me speak and rudely indicated that I go to her next available colleague as she appeared to be busy taking doing other things. She did not have a sign indicating her unavailability. She appeared very annoyed that I even approached her. We were not expecting a room to be available in the morning before the formal check-in time. Later in the afternoon, when we returned to complete our check-in, all other front desk positions were unavailable as they were taking care of other guests, but this lady appeared to be available. When I approached her, she once again rudely blew me off. I could not get her name because her hair was covering her name tag on her left shoulder. The next available front desk staff was very kind. She was unaware of my past interaction with her colleague. She appeared to be a trainee staff, as this was indicated in her badge. She was very sweet and checked us in efficiently without problems. Basic customer care is to always be kind to guests, as long as they are also respectful.

The property is centrally located in Rome making walks to shopping absolutely lovely. Their location relative to the Borghese Gallery and Park is fantastic. The reception and vibe during our check in should have been a clue to cancel and find alternative lodging ASAP, unhelpful and surly is best to describe the anti-welcome we experienced.It was as though our very presence was offensive, I believe his name is Emmanuel? That said, the fellows out front to hail cabs and assist with recommendations for restaurants, assist w/bags are fantastic. The layout of the hotel is odd and cumbersome. I don't recommend too many other options in Rome.

Perfect location for exploring Rome! Quiet area right by Villa Borghese. Our room was on the 6th floor and we had a huge terrace overlooking the park. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Beliggenheden er perfekt hvis man har børn med, da hotellet ligger lige ved siden af Borghese-parken. Området har mange rigtig gode restauranter og er stille og roligt. Selve hotellet og værelset var mere slidt end vi lige havde regnet med. Alle ansatte var dog super søde og hjælpsomme.

Very modern hotel. We had a large room with a separate living area. It is very clean, the ac worked very well. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps.
