the build was old, and elevator very small and old, but the place was good

This hotel was on the 4th floor of a building that appeared to have a different "hotel" on each floor. It is slightly more Hostile style, but you do have your own bathroom. The room was decent size and appeared clean. It was very basic, no frills. It worked for what we needed- just a night's sleep before walking to Roma Termini early AM. It is about 2-3 blocks from the train station, easy walk.

Hôtel tout proche de la gare termini mais attention car l'accueil est situé au 4eme étage de l'immeuble. Tout petit ascenseur. Ma chambre était totalement rénovée et récente bien que l'immeuble fait plutôt ancien dans les parties communes Salle de bain parfaite.

Hotel bom, fica no 4º andar de um prédio com várias opções de hoteis. Possui um elevador porém é pequeno. O quarto era bom, com banheiro espaçoso. As camas eram um pouco duras, mas pra uma noite não foi um problema. Chegamos antes do horário do check in mas nosso quarto já estava disponível e pudemos deixar a bagagem no quarto. Como saímos antes do horário do café da manhã não tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar. Localização do hotel é boa, próxima a estação Termini. É necessário pagar uma taxa de turismo de 6 euros por pessoa diretamente ao hotel, somente em dinheiro, não aceitam cartões.

The hotel is at 4F of the building but the elevator can only hold three persons at a time or two persons with luggage. The room itself is clean, but the bathroom has a bad smell, even the ventilation fan is constantly on. Free breakfast is pretty good and the host are nice people.

Bien, solo que deberían avisar el hotel está en una propiedad compartida de varios hoteles. Pero la estadía muy bien.

Enkel standard men helt ok: rent, tyst och trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Mycket bra läge nära Termini. Hotellet ligger på fjärde våningen och hissen är gammal och långsam, glad att den inte var sönder. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen om jag behöver en kort övernattning i Rom.

O quarto em boas condições...mas tenho algumas ressalvas. 1) Ao chegar o Sr. que nos atendeu só queria receber em dinheiro a taxas municipal. Depois de negociarmos ele aceitou parte no Cartão; 2) Pouquissimas opções no Café da Manhã; 3) O elevador deu defeito e tivemos que subir 5 andares de escada.

We were stuck in the elevator and had to yell for help. The building was difficult to find and the signage wasn’t clear that the hotel was inside the building. The hotel itself was old but other than that it was relatively clean and had decent staff.

Hotel clean and convenient didn't realise it was on 4th floor and very small lift. Room was comfortable staff very friendly and helpful apart from 4th floor would stay there again.

Todo muy correcto y sobretodo la ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación Termini. El trato amable y los espacios muy limpios.

Great location - walking distance from the main train station. The property is based on the 4th floor of a very old building. The room was a little run down, but the main issue was the extremely strong smell of perfume in the room - which appeared to be covering up the sewage smell. There had obviously been issues in the past as there was a sign on the wall to not put any toilet paper down the toilet. We expect this when we travelled in not so developed countries, but not Italy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was only a small range, but it was included in the room fee.

Hotel muito bem localizado a 5 minutos à pé de Termini, com muitas opções de transporte no entorno, restaurantes, farmácias e lojas de todo tipo. O quarto estava sempre limpo, a equipe trocava as toalhas diariamente. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem, o chuveiro quente e o secador de cabelo também. Sinal de Wi-Fi bom também. Café da manhã com pão, Iogurte, bolo, suco e uma máquina para servir café, leite, chocolate ou chá. Equipe educada e prestativa, recepção funcionava a qualquer hora da noite ou do dia.

Hotel is walking distance to Termini accessible to most public transportation, plenty of restaurants around the area. Staff were very nice and helpful. We’ve stayed on the 4th floor place was always very clean neat and tidy. I would say this hotel is highly recommended.

三人で泊まりました。 ロンドン二ヶ所、パリ、フィレンチェにて、同じくらいの価格のホテルに泊まりましたが、ここだけ冷蔵庫とエレベーターがありました。そしてバスルームも部屋もここが最も広く清潔でした。 テルミニ駅からも徒歩５分以内で立地がよいこと、フロントが親切なことから、次回もぜひこちらを利用したいと思います。

The property is located close to the train station which was important. The overall rating is based on its a 3 star at best so its not a horrible hotel but just best to know. The biggest downfall is the how uncomfortable the bed was, meaning it was rock hard. We only stayed one night as we needed to catch the train early. More than one night and the bed would be a big issue. didn't have the breakfast as we decided to just head early to the train station so before breakfast started.

他の口コミでは悪いレビューが多くみられて不安な面もありましたが、実際に訪れてみるとフロントや清掃のスタッフも皆さん愛想がよく親しみやすく、部屋も奇麗でとても良かったです。朝食は無料ですが品数が少なめな点、建物の古さからかシャワーのお湯が出てくるまで少し時間がかかるのと、シャワーの水圧が低いことが気になりましたが宿泊費の安さを考えると十分許容範囲内です。近隣にレストランも多く、テルミニ駅からも近くて満足。また利用したいと思います。

A few minutes walk to termini central station. Reception staff is very friendly. Simple breakfast is not bad. But shower flow is very low.

Hotel location was excellent.Quick walk from the train station and all attractions. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. A/C in room was minimal. Staff is friendly. Excellent value.

Överlag var rummen fina och bra. Det var bra renlighet och personalen var väldigt trevliga. Läget på hotellet är kanon👍 Sängen var dock väldigt hård, och frukosten kanske inte den bästa. Vilket tyvärr drar ner betyget en aning. Men vi är ändå nöjda med våran vistelse på Hotell Argentina😊

Breakfast was just croissants, coffee or cereal with bread ham and cheese. No toaster. For room price the breakfast wasn’t worth it. Fron desk man was rude on arrival checkin

Nice and close to Roma Termini and the Colosseo, has a lift and comfy beds. We wanted to make a cup of tea and the guy at reception was kind enough to give us a kettle for our room.

It is very conveniently located, lots of restaurants nearby, close to Rome's central transportation hub for buses, metro, trains. The rooms are ok, clean with basic amenities. Breakfast is also basic, no hot meals, bread, pastries, yoghurt, coffee.

L'unica cosa buona di questo "hotel" è la posizione. Arrivo alle ore 11, mi dicono che la camera sarà pronta alle 14 (come da sito) e che posso lasciare le valige da loro. Al mio ritorno le ritrovo non in una stanza chiusa ma nel corridoio "a disposizione" di eventuali clienti male intenzionati (successo lo stesso al checkout). Check in imbarazzante visto che la persona al desk non ha aperto bocca, nemmeno per chiedere come è andato il viaggio o altro. Mi viene data una stanza che non si trova nella struttura principale ma ha un altro accesso sul pianerottolo ma attenzione... Solo loro possono aprirvi tale porta, quindi ogni volta dovrete chiedere che venga aperta. Camera discreta ma insonorizzazione ZERO! Già dalle prime ore del mattino verrete svegliati dagli altri ospiti che passeranno accanto alla vostra stanza. Per avere l'acqua calda bisogna attendere almeno 15 minuti. Colazione al limite della decenza, brioches indecenti e caffè che assomigliava più ad un brodo. Chicca finale... La persona che ha eseguito il check-in era solito fumare nel pianerottolo del palazzo. Arrivederci a mai più!!!

Really great location, Termini is 2 blocks away

Goed hotel vlak bij station Termini. Makkelijk bereikbaar. Alleen aanduiding (bord of duidelijk huisnummer) was wenselijk. Maar alleen om het te herkennen. Je loopt er zo voorbij. Maar eenmaal gevonden kan je het niet meer missen.

It was fine for what it was. It's an old and basic place but that's what I paid for so it's fine. Location was good. Breakfast was very basic.

Very nice staff and convenient location, unfortunately there are not enough seats/tables for breakfast and I had to stand while drinking my coffee...

L'hôtel et la chambre était très propre. Dans la chambre on n'avait pas beaucoup accès à la lumière de dehors à cause des fenêtres. Le matelas était ferme, mais on a bien dormit. La télévision n'avait presque pas de chaines. Le déjeuner c'était tous les jours les mêmes pâtisseries froides achetées au magasin avec du café et 1 sorte de céréale.
