Rooms at their second location don't match the photos when you book. It is comfortbale but not quite what you expect. Helpful to have an elevator on the premises, though it was quite small so we needed to make several trips. Staff were helpful and very responsive. Location is great!

The rooftop bar is nice addition. The only concern I had is the poor quality of pillows. The maid service didn’t come until 3;40 by that time we were back and didn’t get it cleaned as we had been out all day! Excellent location and room was large and modern

Just returning from an amazing stay in Rome - would thoroughly recommend this hotel - easy self check-in apt in great location for eating and shopping - walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain (literally round the corner) hotel feels really safe and secure - easy access and bar in main building on rooftop cute for a drink - room cleaned daily and shower hot - staff amazing (thank you to Victor who seemed to always be there when needed) answering requests on WhatsApp quickly and extremely helpful / they will Organise transport to and from airport and take care of your baggage Clean rooms bed comfortable and great location- 5 star from me

Our reservation was not for the main building but rather for the building two blocks down from the lobby. Though there was elevator access, we didn’t use it much since it’s so small and tight. We stayed on the 2nd floor (really 3rd in European floors) and it was fine. The room size was average but was able to accommodate my husband, my 10 year old son and myself comfortably. AC worked great. Only complaint was the noise from the party goers below. You can hear every noise, conversation and truck that goes by. After the first night, we found an ocean sound video (with dark screen) on YouTube and drowned out the noise. The location is central and close to thousands of shops and restaurants. I would consider staying here again but would prefer staying in the main building since it’s a quieter street.

Pas de bureau de réception sur place. Tu dois te rendre à un autre hôtel sur Mario des fiori pour le Check-in. Vraiment pas pratique. Pas de service de valet pour prendre les valises. Les taxis n’ont pas accès à la rue Del Corso. L’hôtel en soi est bien mais avec tous ces inconvénients, c’est un pensez-y bien.

Superb for a short getaway. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor with a balcony on 2-sides of the room - what a treat! The staff is great, rooms are clean and work well if you're ok without a dresser, and breakfast around the corner makes it easy - I loved the way this place works. The rooftop on our building, across the street from the main hotel is lovely, and the location worked really well for us as we enjoyed our 20K of steps daily from this location. I would steer away if you have kids or are looking for gym/salon/spa-type amenities.

We finished our Italy trip with 6 nights in Rome. I booked this place for the convenience location,safety etc. Beautiful hotel ,but we stayed in the one across the road. Breakfast was included and lovely. They state they have a laundry which was not the case. So they suggested somewhere else,walked there was closed. Then spoke with staff & the gentleman was not very warming with his response. As we are tourists i am not aware of summer holidays for Italians . So we found one about 15 mins away. Bedsides that everything else was good. Please state you don’t have a laundry available .

Hotel a 200mt da Piazza di Spagna, ottima posizione. Reception molto carina con personale disponibile. Ci è stata assegnata Camera 210 situata vicino all’edificio principale, dicendoci che sarebbe stato un upgrade, ma così non è stato. Camera poco spaziosa, bagno molto piccolo. Doccia intasata dopo 1min di doccia, asciugacapelli non funzionante. Telefono sostituito perché non funzionante. Temperatura in stanza sempre troppo fredda, anche con condizionatore spento.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Our room was facing a rooftop bar just about 10 meters away, with music blasting loudly until the middle of the night, sleeping was absolutely impossible. On top of that, the room itself smelled terrible, like damp and mold, making it even worse. We called the reception twice to ask for help, but both times they hung up on us, saying there’s nothing they can do. No apology, no room change, no basic respect for guests. It’s shocking that a place like this can still operate as a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Hotel room ad a really bad smell and the carpet inside was so dirty and sticky im sure the smell came from there rooms are small all over Europe so not much could be said about that and the shower water pressure was a real turn off but the hotel staff are very friendly and the location is in the heart of rome shopping and walkable to major attractions. Personally i would not stay again due to the room smell

Close to Spanish Step and walkable to many attractions. Taxi are available too. The hotel room and elevator are small, this may be common in room. The internet signals are weak and landline broken in our room. Talked to front desk, but no help. This is a big disappointment.

Great location and helpful staff, but REALLY small rooms…especially for price paid. Online it is rated a four star hotel, but that must depend on what building your room is in. Be sure to pay attention to the different locations (some rooms are blocks away, but Bellhop will help with bags). Of all the hotels we stayed on our trip, this was by far the smallest despite being expensive. (If you book only a day or so in advance, I noticed rooms were a third the price I paid in advance…just fyi if you can gamble on availability!)

Great location, very walkable to a lot of places. However we were placed at a building 500m away from main lobby, this should’ve been made clear during the booking. Staff helped us with our luggages but heads up luggage wheels don’t do well with uneven cobblestone roads. Felt like staff service was below average, refused to help us call a taxi.

We stayed at the Candiotti hotel in early November. The staff was fantastic and very helpful about how to get around Rome, especially Daniele and Linda. We have stayed there before this visit and have always been pleased with the service. The hotel is very clean, and the room staff does an excellent job of organizing everything. The location was perfect for us. We will stay there the next time we are in Rome.

The Condotti Boutique Hotel provided us with SUPERIOR service from check in and throughout our stay, helping with restaurant and activity suggestions, directions and reservations. The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat! Upon our 10am departure, after realizing the streets of Rome were closing down for the Race for a Cure Marathon and taxi service to catch a train at termini station would not get to us, the kind and thoughtful staff formed a plan to get myself and my husband with mobility issues to the subway. Daniele escorted us through the streets, to the subway ticket counter and down the escalators and stairs to the furthest point which was allowed and so kindly directed us to the train not far away. What an amazing, kind man and group of colleagues. We are so thankful for all of them. Thank you Condotti Hotel for a perfect stay.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Spanish steps are so close. Gelato outside the hotel. Shopping is all around the hotel. Beds are super comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and very pretty. Definitely the most bougie hotel in our 3.5 week stay in Italy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
