Hotel Della Torre Argentina

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful - gave us a fabulous restaurant recommendation and reserved an early morning cab to airport. Room was roomy, well equipped, and comfortable. Nice, large bathroom compared to others in Italy. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was a hug amount noise coming from other floors toilets, showers and other services. There was also a lot of noise from the corridors and doors being closed by other patrons which frustrated us a lot. The staff were excellent and couldn’t be faulted at all and always had a smile whenever we entered or left.

Staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay wonderful. I enjoyed that the desk was manned 24/7 and everyone seemed to speak English (my primary language) well enough there were zero issue with language barriers. A hiccup caused by one staff member was corrected promptly and efficiently. Location of the hotel was AMAZING and so close to many cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to all the main sights. If you are a light sleeper, the doors seem to be fire doors and close VERY loudly, regardless of how softly you close them. Not a big issue, but it definitely woke me up a few times. Even with that, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Excellent staff and location really make for an amazing trip to such a wonderful city.
