Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Free coffee a good bonus. While not in a busy area, has very good transport links. Decent rooms and larger size then other hotels in rome Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

c-hotels Fiume gets an “A” for comfort, cleanliness, and charm. The room and bathroom were fairly large and both very clean. My room also had a nice balcony with table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful - checking in/out was easy and they arranged a car to the airport for us. We quite enjoyed the happy-hour drink and snack! TIP: have it on the 5th-floor terrace for added ambience. Definitely recommend and would stay again on my next visit to Rome.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and located in a quiet area, but still has great transport connections to the city center. There are several supermarkets, pizzerias, and little restaurants just around the corner. The rooftop terrace with tables is a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. The staff are very kind and always ready to help. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds), a safe, and extra blankets. It’s also wonderfully quiet — no street noise at all, so you can sleep really well. The air conditioning in the room isn’t super strong, but it’s manageable. A couple of small downsides: • If you need ice, you have to ask at reception. • Housekeeping doesn’t restock the in-room coffee, sugar, creamer, or tea once they’re used.

Séjour agréable grâce à la localisation de l hôtel. Très confortable, très calme ! Restaurants juste à côté, café à deux pas ! Le Vatican est à 45 minutes de marche en parcourant la via 20 septembre où il y a beaucoup de magasins pour shopping. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Pour le parking il y a la possibilité de Parker dans un parking sécurisé pour 18 €/jour ou parking public ligne bleue de 8h à 23h pour 15€.

Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt und es war alles sauber. Das einzige Manko, was aber keinen Abzug rechtfertigt, ist, dass das Toilettenpapier an einem Tag nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Entgegen der Beschreibung von Expedia befindet sich kein zum Hotel gehörender Parkplatz. Es gibt eine Parkgarage und Plätze direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Straße

The description indicated VIP Access which I emailed the hotel to ask about TWICE but they never responded. We did arrive early in the day and were able to get into our room so that was nice. I had selected to pay the hotel upon arrival but a week before our trip a $245 charge appeared on my credit card to an account in Italy that didn't indicate C-hotels or Fiume so I had to email the hotel to ask if it was them. Also the price was supposed to include all charges and fees but i was hit with an additional $7.50 per room per day fee upon check-in so that should be taken into consideration. Carlos told me and my son that breakfast was NOT included but the minibar was. That was a lie as we were charged for the minibar upon checkout. And when I asked for a receipt upon checkout, I was told to ask Hotels.com for it - even though I paid the hotel directly, not Hotels.com. So as another reviewer indicated, they will hit you up for a lot of additional charges. The room itself was beautiful - and clean. Great job by their housekeeping staff. However, the hotel itself is in need of repairs - everything looks worn. At one point the elevator was out of service during our stay AND the wallpaper they were patching fell down and was laying on the stairs. Also you have to walk up a landing to the elevator bank so people with a handicap should take that into consideration. All in all, I'd give it a 3 - definitely not the "4 star hotel" rating that they claim it is.

got upgraded to the rooftop room, enjoyed the small patio and the the view, pity that i only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, transportation. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. Had to take stairs with luggage. Patio wasn’t maintained, ants. We were down stairs below kitchen. Compressor noise. Air conditioning vent needed repair.

This is a lovely older hotel that has received many updates, especially with regard to room renovation. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. We stayed for a week, and I would gladly repeat the experience. The breakfast buffet is very nice, and there's a pleasant little terrace on the 5th floor. The surrounding neighborhood is probably among the nicer areas to stay in Rome. Although it's outside the Aurelian Walls, it's easy enough to walk to the main attractions. There is a real sense of community here, and some really great spots for eating or drinking (and beautiful architecture). Not so many tourists around, either, which is a plus in Rome.

Staff were extremely helpful, courteous. Hotel is very dated and needs to be renovated. Hallway carpets were not clean, and many other areas as well. Shower are not practical, shower wall glass too small and water splashing everywhere outside the shower. Breakfast was good.

Staff were very polite, friendly and professinal. However, our stay was scarred by 1 issue - toilets. Their toilets don't seem to work well. Our toilet water tank, in particular, would not fill on its own, it had to be played around with each time, and it was not flushing well either. We didn't care on day 1 as we were out most of the day anyway. Our 3rd and final night there the toilet would not flush, so I had to call the front desk, who said he'd send someone in the morning (morning of our departure). The plumber came and left to get parts to fix it, however, because it was taking long and we had to use the toilet and needed to get ready to check-out we asked for another room/bathroom. I do have to say the staff were very accommadating and got us another room immediately. However, sad to say when we came to use the new bathroom we discovered someone else's stool in the toilet, which i tried to flush multiple times but it would not flush away (again, weak flush). The staff came and apologized for it though and got it cleaned. We finally used the bathroom, got ready and checked out. Overall, pleasant and accomadating staff and good location, but ALL the toilets need to be changed and they need to double check on their cleaning staff to ensure toilets are cleaned well.

He estado unos días este hotel. Todo estupendo, habitación muy limpia y con un bombón de bienvenida por ser San Valentín. El desayuno estupendo tanto en variedad como calidad así como el personal que es encantador. El personal de recepción muy amable y Carlos nos dio muy buenos consejos , además habla perfectamente el español. En resumen, una estancia muy buena , lo recomiendo.

The rooms were extremely clean. I enjoyed that we weren’t right in the centre but it was still walkable to all attractions. There are many good restaurants around the hotel. The staff are excellent! I celebrated my birthday at this hotel and they brought a sweet treat up to my room. I would recommend this hotel time and time again.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Par contre à mon humble avis, ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais maximum 2 étoiles. Le confort de la chambre état basique , il y avait de la rouille dans la salle de bain et il y avait des trace dans les toilettes. Il y a clairement tromperie sur la marchandise. Le personnel a été au top et le petit déjeuner est varié.

Hotel is located at a very good area, walkable to metro and bus. The Hotel itself is very outdated. My room had several issues like a floor tile missing and no fan in the bathroom.

This place is awesome, its tucked away in a neighborhood in the main part if Rome and as long as you are ok with 20-40 minutes walks (2 km - 5 km)… you can pretty much walk to any place within an hour. If you are not a walker, you can easily access the metro train or the bus. The AC isn’t as good as I would have wanted, but honestly that is just me being used to American AC, I have been all over Europe and for what they are used to when it comes to ACs - it is totally fine. The staff are also all very kind and helpful with any questions you may have or anything you might need.

Café da manhã muito bom, variedade e qualidade. Quarto pequeno mas okay, standard. Não gostamos da cama, era duas camas de solteiro juntos. Não gostei do banheiro, a área do Box para tomar banho era muito pequena. A localização é boa, longe do burburinho, mas de fácil acesso a linhas de ônibus para ir à qualquer lugar, andar a pé também é muito bom, seguro, tem tudo perto, farmácia, restaurantes. O recepcionista Carlos foi muito simpático.

The hotel looked very tired and run down, not as good as the photos. I can’t quite tell if it’s just a bad renovation job or it’s just in need of updating. The bed was ok, but the pillows were lumpy and frankly a bit gross, they need to be replaced. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated? For us the stay was fine, it was only one night but I don’t think I would have been very happy with longer than one night. We did not get the breakfast at the hotel because 18 euros for each person was not gonna be worth it in my opinion. There are two places to get breakfast within 2 blocks that were nice and way cheaper. The neighborhood was fine and it was easy enough to catch a bus to get places. Maybe pick up a public transport card at the main train station though if you plan on traveling by public. Oh yeah, last thing, it was really warm in the room. It’s like the heat wouldn’t turn off so we had to crack a window.

This was a safe area still close enough to nearby attractions and sites but away enough to almost feel like a local with less a Hussle and bussel of tourist central.. the hotel itself was ok, I mean your going to Rome and your hotel is for sleeping. Walls are extremely thin, breakfast was decent, room was clean except the bidit did have blood on it, which we just didn't use. Pillows were horrible but unless your spending $400 a night in a US Equivalent 3-4 star hotel. This will certainly do the job. Overall it wasn't a bad stay

The hotel is located 20' waling distance from the Termini and another 25' walking to the monuments (Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi). You will find dinner options around the hotel. The day we arrived Carlos was at the front desk and he was very welcoming, he offered an upgrade to the room we had booked and gave very useful recommendations. It was very nice to meet him! We loved the hotel after that warm reception. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom updated and clean and we had even a balcony. The whole experience was very good and we would repeat without hesitation.

The staff was fabulous!!!

El personal del hotel ha sido espléndido. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades y cumplieron con todos nuestros requerimientos. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Repetiremos pronto en el mismo hotel!

Amazing Staff! Highly recommended.

The hotel itself was basic but nice, a bit away from the centre of rome but walkable - had to get a taxi back at night so bare in mind when booking. I am disappointed however that i had not been informed they would be doing maintenance/construction work in the hotel - I was assured it would be completed on the first day I stayed, as it was happening right next to my room, yet they carried on for another day, and I did not feel they listened to my complaint. There were also basic amenities I would expect that they didn't provide, e.g. only gave us one shower towel for a 2 person room. Good hotel and the staff were welcoming, but wouldnt rush back unfortunately. Love Rome though!

Staying at this property was great, from the get go we had extremely friendly staff greet us and help with any issues. I have to give a big shoutout to Carlos who was the receptionist while we were there. Not only did he help with any issues we had, he provided it with such care and expertise that really made our stay feel welcoming. The room itself was spacious and comfy and that was all we needed. I would travel again back to this hotel if I do decide to come back to Rome.

Happy with our choice! Nice size bed, comfy beds and good AC. Centrally located, within walking distance to lots of restaurants, 4 min walk to city buses and 20min walk to Termini Station. Friendly staff and we liked their terraza

My son and I loved the location of this hotel. We were able to easily get to the main touristic attractions via bis and metro. The neighborhood gives you a trie experience of how life could be in such a beautiful city. We will surely stay here again.

Nice hotel on a quiet street. However Fiume area had nothing much around it, had to go to termini or main attractions by bus, not walkable.

A little far away from sights on foot but the bus system is great and easy to use that it is not an issue. Great for the price and the personnel was helpful and kind.
