This hotel is located near the train station and bus depot which is very convenient. Rooms are large and comfortable as is the bathroom. The heated towel rack is an added feature. Room safe and fridge along with a large open closet area is helpful. Very quiet at night at this no smoking hotel. Ample breakfast offered each morning. No gym or pool here. Desk staff is multi lingual and very helpful. I recommend this property for access to restaurants nearby.

Beautiful clean room. Located very close to Termini station but still very quiet. Air conditioned, elevator, wifi included. Absolutely amazing buffet breakfast on the roof top included. Friendly breakfast service service. Concierge very helpful and spoke English.

It’s very close to train station. We got in early and the staff stored our luggage, it was waiting in our room when we returned. The room was cool, with adjustable temp. Remodeled, and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very very nice. Would stay here again for sure.

Location was very convenient to the train station. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and seemed clean. The view was not good looking out to a small courtyard with garbage, scooters, and laundry. We basically just slept here so it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but nothing great and exactly the same each morning. Coffee was nice. Very disappointing thing was that you aren’t allowed to sit outside on the rooftop patio in the evening. This is one of the reasons we booked here so that we could enjoy a glass of wine and look at the city. It’s only open for the breakfast buffet. Our room was located next to the housekeeping closet so every morning the door was slammed shut repeatedly- waking us up. And we’d paid to upgrade when we booked. Overall, the location made this hotel worthwhile but don’t expect anything beyond a room to sleep and shower in, and a so - so breakfast to start your day with.

Very fresh hotel close to Termini Station and most sights such as Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Stairs. Service minded and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and included most alternatives. Unfortunately the shower leaked extremely. Also, it was very responsive. You could clearly hear people talking outside the room several times. Otherwise this would have been a five star hotel. Best regards

The hotel is clean and modern with good facilities in the room. All staff were helpful and the only thing missing was a bar. The hotel does have a rooftop terrace but this is only open at breakfast time. The description of the hotel gives the impression that it has a terrace bar so a little misleading.

This hotel is very conveniently located at the ROMA main Train Station, few minutes walk. we arrived early and the hotel offered to keep the luggage while we went out and spend some time in roma. We stayed only one night the breakfast was great on a roof top with a view of the city. Most of the sites are in a short walking distance. Centrally located with lots of restaurants close by.

I arrived at the property early, and they told me I had to wait until at least 12:00 p.m. to check in because the room needed to be cleaned. I waited for hours, but when I finally entered, the room was unbelievably dirty—unlike anything I have ever seen before. The place was absolutely not worth the price. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was acceptable and actually better than in most places.

The place is conveniently located pretty much across the road from Termini. Room is fairly spacious we can comfortably open up three medium luggages and still have room to walk around, but the carpet may need some cleaning as it looks dirty with stains marks. Shower screen does not prevent water splash and water leaks over the floor which soaks up the entire bath mat. Breakfast staff chats a lot loudly among themselves not much service received .

The room was mostly clean and comfortable, but very small. The bathroom shower leaked onto the floor even with the door shut tight, and had obviously leaked into the bedroom as the carpet was very stained. The staff were very nice and breakfast was excellent.

Nous avons eu une première chambre qui était humide : la moquette était mouillée, la salle de bain avait de la moisissure et l’odeur était horrible. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui n’a été possible que le lendemain. Celle-ci était propre et saine. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. Le quartier est bien situé, proche des principaux monuments, à une vingtaine de minutes à pied. La gare de Termini est bien desservie par de nombreux bus, le métro et le train qui va à l’aéroport. Cependant, le soir, nous pouvons ressentir un léger manque de sécurité en raison des personnes restant près de la gare. Pour un court séjour à Rome, je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel est top, toujours souriant.

Good location close to Roma Termini train station, great staff, very helpful. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. The free breakfast had a variety to eat. Our room was away from the street, which was very nice, didn’t hear any street noise and Rome is very busy.

I really enjoyed the stay however, if you try to take a shower at eight in the morning, there really was no hot water earlier around 6:30 and in the afternoon or evening there is I’m sure it’s because there’s a lot of people taking a shower but cold showers are not my thing in the morning

We were unable to adjust the temperature of the room and it was boiling hot. I had to keep the window open at night in order to sleep. My daughter's room faced the street so they were unable to keep the window open and were very hot. There should be better control. But great location if coming in by train and easy to get around from that location.

It was in a convenient location, however, some of the surrounding area wasnt that great. Lots of restaurants near by. The only issue was the A/C. Although you have your own thermostat you can't control it. They did it by computer from the front desk.

Reception were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a good size. But there’s no sound proofing whatsoever. Entrance to the rooms has a buzzer when you swipe the card, so you hear the whole floor entering their room. Lot of running water noises and general mechanical noises. Not a peaceful night sleep at all.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, we had a noise reduction n the hallway when you walk into our room that sounds like water leaking but couldn’t see any water damage. It was just loud. There was a lot of outside street noise as well so we had to use a sound machine.

Room was big, modern and comfortable. Location was fantastic a 2 min walk from Roma Termini Station. Hop on and off bus at Roma Termini. Restaurants and shops in abundance. Breakfast was more Continental, basic but nice. Only downside was my room had a water pipe or similar above it so when someone used shower or toilet it was like a waterfall in my room. All hours. Would definitely stay again.

An okay stay. Extremely uncomfortable pillows though. But most import there is absolute zero soundproofing to the outside. Meaning sleeping is basically impossible. You hear everything. It is like sleeping in the streets

my arrival date July 30. I’m writing to express my grand disappointment with the experience I’ve had in this hotel. Our first night our lights in the room would not turn on, your maintenance staff needed to access the breaker in the room and had difficulty for over 10 minutes. Our second day, the trash in our room had not been taken out, we called the front desk about it but no one came. At that same time, our lights would not turn on AGAIN. the Same maintenance worker came and figured out it was a faulty key, he took the key but we were then left with just 1. Later that evening, we realized that the lights would not turn OFF! Unless removing the key entirely , but that also meant we would not have bathroom light or air conditioning. We called front desk and were met with much hostility, I was told no one could help me and I was going to just have to sleep with the electricity off in the room. Your front desk staff told me he could not leave the front because it was against “Italian law” and there was no one to help. He offered to move us to a room on the 3rd floor, but I have a 7 month old daughter and no assistance- this was not feasible. As you know, I demanded to speak with a manager because it was unprecedented and ridiculous to hear that there was nothing any one could do about the faulty electricity in my room and not have ANY ASSISTANCE! I was finally then given a key to room 504, and at midnight I had to move all of my belongings alone, with my infant daughter.

My partner and I booked a 4 night stay for my cousin's wedding. One room for two people. When we checked in we were given one room key to share. No problem. Coming home late from the rehearsal dinner, wearing suits, we were stopped coming into the hotel and asked to prove we were guests. No problem. I showed my room key. That was not acceptable. So I showed my ID which matched the room card. Not good enough. The clerk pointed at my partner and said "what about him" So I offerred his ID, as he was also a registered guest. Not good enough. We were told to show his room key as well. Now angry, I explained that we were only given one room key. An arguement ensued, until fed up we simply went to the room without permission. My partner and I booked a 4 night stay for my cousin's wedding. One room for two people. When we checked in we were given one room key to share. No problem. Coming home late from the rehearsal dinner, wearing suits, we were stopped coming into the hotel and asked to prove we were guests. No problem. I showed my room key. That was not acceptable. So I showed my ID which matched the room card. Not good enough. The clerk pointed at my partner and said "what about him" So I offerred his ID, as he was also a registered guest. Not good enough. We were told to show his room key as well. Now angry, I explained that we were only given one room key. An arguement ensued, until fed up we simply went to the room without permission. This hotel treated us with a level of disrespect I’ve rarely experienced in years of travel. We were told upon arrival that our room was unavailable due to a so-called “water issue.” When we asked to see the room or even get a proper explanation, we were simply told “No.” That’s it. Even worse, the staff clearly understood English when they were telling us to leave — but suddenly “didn’t understand” anything when we tried to ask questions. It felt like they were using language as a weapon to avoid accountability. The final insult? The staff who walked us to the replacement hotel casually told the receptionist there that the original hotel was “fully booked.” So the water issue was just a lie to cover up overbooking — and they thought we wouldn’t notice. No apology. No ownership. Just lies, arrogance, and an unwillingness to treat guests like human beings. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were the last room in the city. They don’t deserve your money — or your trust.

The hotel is very close to Roma Trimini and the hop on and hop off busses were also close by. Many good places to eat near by. The area outside the hotel is dirty and questionable people hung near the hotel, but we were left alone. The breakfast selection was delicious, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The staff that tended to breakfast was exceptional. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The room has air condition and it worked great until the last night when it stopped working, but we opened window and it was cool enough. Our shower leaked through the shower door and got water all over the floor, but it was tolerable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was conveniently located, literally across the street from the train station, however the area itself was somewhat rundown and at night felt mildly unsafe. There were some nearby dining options when you looked however nothing that was immediately convenient. We did a lot of walking to the Vatican City as well as the shopping district, which was an hour walk.

Ett bra hotell i närheten av tågstationen. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam men det är ganska lyhört så du kan höra gatulivet en stund in på kvällen (men det är nog vanligt i Rom). We enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was cozy and clean and even had a few english language news channels on TV. Our stay included a full breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

For a four day visit, this place did the trick. I had a clean and spacious room that was quiet and well air conditioned. Located right next to Roma Termini and a short walk to the Colosseum and the Vitorrio Emanuel monument. Gioberti was the perfect place to stay as our excursions required for us to take the train to various locations. Julia was amazing Front Desk representative.
