Great - loved our stay here - always friendly very helpful staff. Hotel in a great location - many of the famous sites are walkable within 30 minutes - several within less than 15. The breakfast in the morning had a range of options from buns and pastries to eggs / bacon etc. The breakfast is in the Petrucci restaurant (attached to the hotel) but it s a pretty good restaurant for lunch and dinner too! If we return to Rome, I would definitely choose to stay here.

This hotel is located right on a lovely street (no cars) exceot in morning. It us full of shopping and restaurants. The Hiberia has a balcony that overlooks the street. Such a great location. A minute to the piazza. Saff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome before starting your day. Has a washer and dryer. Purchase special coin at office. A great hotel! Woukd definitely stay here again!

The staff here are wonderful! We spent 4 nights here in a quad room with 4 adults. The room was comfortable and had lots of room for us. The beds here were super comfortable and bathroom was great (nice showers - though the Expedia photos showed a bathtub). Location is AMAZING! Easy walk to the major attractions or metro/bus - we took a taxi once for an early morning booking but easily could have walked. Staff where super helpful with any questions we had or giving us directions. We had breakfast daily at the restaurant which was good and we enjoyed a glass of wine here at the end of the day. Expedia lists laundry service available - it's not but there is a laundry mat close by. Would highly reccomend this hotel!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked based on reviews so I owe it to future travelers to leave a review. The location was within walking distance to every major attraction and had both restaurants and small shops close by. The breakfast was not included, but was worth adding to our stay. The staff went out of their way to assist with transportation and other accommodations. They even got a much better price on taxi service (2/3 price of hailing a cab) which allowed my elderly parents to explore the city. They opened the breakfast area early for us to grab food prior to an early trip to the airport. We booked two rooms, both rooms had a queen and two twins. This perfectly fit our group of 8. The only negative aspect of our stay was the elevator. It only held 3 people at a time and was rather slow. The hotel also had a couple tricky steps that could be problematic for elderly. I’d stay there again.

Great value hotel in a fanstic location for seeing the famous sites within walking distance, staff were great especially Marco on reception, very helpful and knowledgable in the area/attractons. Has a good restauarnt attached as well. Would recommend this hotel as a great base for long weekend sight seeing, five stars!

This property was Full of History & Charm. In the perfect location shops Restaurants and Attractions at your fingertips. Restaurant downstairs was Fantastic. All of my thanks and Praise Goes to the Staff Especially the Gentlemen that work the Front Desk. They went Above and Beyond!!!

Well run hotel, not luxurious but clean and well kept with all the amenities needed, and friendly staff. Location near the Piazza Venezia is perfect for walkability to nearly all the major sites and attractions. Decent onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Some rooms like the one I had face onto narrow passage so get very little natural light, but hey, it's Rome, so no one's going to be spending much of the day in the room anyway.

We were out in a room on the first floor that had a filthy carpet, shower drained so slow and the street noise was extremely loud. They were sold out and could not move our room the first night, but did put us in a new room the second night that was clean, drained properly and had minimal road noise due to it being on a higher floor. The location is near Trevi fountain, Spanish steps.

Staff was super efficient, helpful and nice. Area was very safe, right in the middle of tons to do and see. The rooms did not get as cool as we would like, but they got us a fan that worked well. Super cool elevator.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Hiberia. The staf was super friendly and went to all measures to make sure all our needs were met. Shout out to Patrick, Joseph, and Rafaelle for smooth check in and out, and arranging limo service when needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant staff ad food were wonderful. I would highly recommend this Hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Polly ODonnell

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Hiberia, and I must say it was far from a pleasant stay. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner was not working properly. Despite adjusting the settings and waiting patiently, the room remained uncomfortably hot at 80 degrees. We went downstairs that night and requested a fan for the room. The front desk had changed to the night shift worker who said we would need to wait until morning to get a fan for our room. So, we sweat it out that night and waited until morning to make the request again. To our dismay, the air conditioning unit in that room had sprung a leak and made a small pool our water directly under it, inside one of our bags of luggage. Everything was soaked and had a disgusting odor to it ruining some of our belongings. We called the front desk to let them know and they sent a maintenance worker to take a look. He came up and said there was nothing they could do about it now but they could take a look the next day. They had no other rooms to offer at the time and we moved to another hotel that night. Seeking a resolution, we decided to speak with the manager the next day. However, their attitude toward our predicament was utterly apathetic. Instead of offering a sincere apology or finding a solution, the manager seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing our concerns. Their dismissive behavior was disheartening, leaving us feeling unvalued as guests.

Hotellet ligger innenfor ZTL (sone for begrenset kjøring), noe man må være klar over hvis man har leiebil. Spurte om hjelp på telefon, men det var vanskelig. Heldigvis ankom vi på helg, noe som tillot oss å kjøre inn. Dette visste ikke resepsjonisten. God service ved ankomst, og parkering i gata rett utenfor (flaks!). Hotellet ligger rett ved Piazza Venezia (med t-banemuligheter), og få minutter fra både Colosseum og Trevi. Rett ved en fantastisk restaurant: A Casa Tua. Frokosten var helt OK, men det verste var rommet - hele rommet var fuktig, og det hjalp ikke med verken åpne vinduer eller AC.

Hotel Hiberia was such a nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights total and were upgraded to a terrace for the last 2 days which was straight out of a movie scene. The beds were comfy and they had morning breakfast available. Bathrooms all had been newly updated as well. It is walking distance to all the major sites as well. A 5 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Customer service was beyond excellent as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great - loved our stay here - always friendly very helpful staff. Hotel in a great location - many of the famous sites are walkable within 30 minutes - several within less than 15. The breakfast in the morning had a range of options from buns and pastries to eggs / bacon etc. The breakfast is in the Petrucci restaurant (attached to the hotel) but it s a pretty good restaurant for lunch and dinner too! If we return to Rome, I would definitely choose to stay here.

We had a really nice stay at this property. The location is close enough to walk to the roman forum, coliseum and the trevi fountain. Tons of restaurants and gelato in the area. They also offer for you to prepay for breakfast which was really great, but unfortunately we had to leave earlier than we expected on the day we departed and they would not refund me (60 euros for 5 people) for breakfast that day. Better not to prepay breakfast- just pay for it if you use that service while there- it was really good the day that we did get to breakfast so I am not discouraging anyone to choose it- just don't prepay for it. Otherwise an awesome stay and very nice staff, very clean room........

Great value hotel in a fanstic location for seeing the famous sites within walking distance, staff were great especially Marco on reception, very helpful and knowledgable in the area/attractons. Has a good restauarnt attached as well. Would recommend this hotel as a great base for long weekend sight seeing, five stars!

Excellent location to most tourist spots in Rome. Shopping in central Rome or Nazionale Street easy to reach by walking. Mini bar very reasonably priced. Very good breakfast and food excellent at Petrucci’s Restaurant in hotel. Staff were excellent and nothing was an inconvenience to them. Bathroom was extremely clean and renovated. Room was spacious. Wifi was a little slow at times. In summary this hotel is excellent value for money and the staff take pride in their work ensuring clients have a great stay and are made very comfortable. Well done to all staff at Hotel Hiberia!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. Our family of four stayed in the suite with terrace and loved having the rooftop terrace available to take a rest in the afternoon between busy days seeing the sites of Rome. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Dinner at the restaurant was a treat with the singing staff. I highly recommend the meatballs in fondue cheese.

Could not be happier with this hotel. Reached out a few days beforehand to set up the transport from the airport to the hotel. Received a detailed response from Patrick. Was picked up promptly at the airport and walked into the hotel lobby by our driver. Met with Patrick (who is fabulous!) and he walked us through the area and held out bags until our room was available. After a day of sightseeing, we were told our bags had been delivered to our room. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. We again, booked the transport to go to the cruise ship. When we needed anything from the front desk we were greeted by name, and it was clear all the employees spoke with each other and were filled in on guests needs. I would stay here again if my travels bring me back to Rome.

Great experience, the staff were wonderful and their restaurant (connected) was very good (first decent carbonara I’ve had in years) FYI for Americans who enjoy breakfast, they know how to make scrambled eggs and bacon! Recommend without any hesitation, 10 out of 10
