Hotel dans son jus depuis 30 ans... Décor et mobilier des chambres qui méritent une rénovation. Climatisation hors service à notre arrivée. Heureusement la personne de la réception nous a donné une autre chambre.

Helt okej hotel på bra avstånd till stationen. Men väldigt många trappor om man inte vill åka den rangliga hissen.

Booked 2 quad rooms for 5 people for 2 nights and 6 people for one night. AC wasn't working in one room and middle of August and 30 degrees out. I was offered a fan because there was no other quad rooms were available, I was then offered a room with a one queen bed. The bathroom had a issues with plumbing and water was backing up all over the floor when we showered or used the sink. I requested compensation for moving from a quad room to a double and was denied. Let alone the inconvenience of not having AC, and having disgusting water backed up into the bathroom. We couldn't even shower properly or the floor would be flooded. I requested compensation which I think is fair and denied. I reached out to Expedia and they were only able to offer a $50 credit. Also not impressed. Don't book this hotel. It's also on the 5th floor.

The area is ghetto feels very unsafe with people loitering all around. Walking into the room it smells. The ac barely works, the wifi barely works. The whole point of me choosing this place was due to ac and wifi, which I need wifi to complete work online. The ac has been on for hours and the room is still hot. The elevator works on and off when we arrived it wasn’t working so they had us use the back elevator. After a few hours out we couldn’t figure out how to get inside the hotel we kept buzzing the hotel to let us in and for some reason they didn’t let us in we had to wait for a resident to let us in. My kids and I did not feel comfortable here. The shower doesn’t feel clean. The shower still has hairs does not look clean shower looks moldy ac does not cool down at all. I checked out after a night even though I lost money for the remainder 4 days. I would rather feel safe and comfortable than to stay in this hotel. This place was supposed to be central but I missed the unsafe part of it. The safety along with the other issue made us check out of this place. I do not recommend one bit!

Hôtel situé au cinquième et sixième étage d’un immeuble résidentiel. Accueil froid et décevant (aucune information sur les horaires du petit déjeuner et le wi-fi). Chambre défraîchie qui n’a pas eu de travaux depuis plusieurs années. Impossible de fermer les volets à cause du bloc clim. Dans la salle de bain, il faut faire couler l’eau plusieurs minutes pour avoir une température correcte. Chambre extrêmement bruillante (nous avons dû acheter des boules Quies pour les nuits suivantes). Le personnel du petit déjeuner quant à lui était très aimable mais le petit déjeuner en lui-même ne vaut pas grand-chose. Très déçu.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and there’s also a metro station a few feet away. Overall the hotel was clean however, it is more a 2 star hotel; very basic and very much overpriced. We couldn’t get internet in our room and therefore had to sit in the tiny lobby to get online. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the Colosseum and there were lots of restaurants around. If given a choice, I would not stay here again, at least not for the price. Definitely not value for money!

Easy check in and even checked in early. Nice staff, room had cold A/C and good water pressure and great hot water & plenty of towels. Barhroom was super clean. Room had working safe and very well lit room & mirrors. Plugs on both sides of the bed for easy phone charging. Older buiding, elevator access up one floor & tiny european slow elevator. Very old hotel and very old dated hotel room in need of repair and updating. Bed was very odd, felt like i was sleeping on the boxspring. Room was not clean and blankets in the armour had bugs.

Un hotel céntrico a unos pasos de la estación del metro... muy conveniente si tu plan en moverte es ese medio. A una parada de Roma Termini. Habitación pequeña, sencilla, pero con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día de actividad. Relación precio/calidad buena. Limpieza adecuada, cama cómoda, baño completo y limpio. Un detalle es en 5to piso la recepción, pero cuentan con elevador pequeño.

Staff was very friendly. Walkable to key Rome sites, or front desk will call a taxi, or the Metro is right downstairs. There is a nice park across the street as well. Bathroom was clean except for some mold in the shower grout and floor grout, but after a shower the entire bathroom was wet/damp so I can see why. It was not a turn off for me though.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was informative and helpful. Over all our stay was very pleasant.

Bathroom door was broken from inside and you could not open it. It has to be opened from outside Room were not clean One of the room had smoking smell Only good thing was front desk staff was helpful for checkin and calling taxi

A better neighbourhood (not the responsibility of the hotel) and an updated bathroom would have made this stay excellent. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. All was kept constantly clean and the AC worked great all the time, without would have been a disaster. I would recommend it as a good central economic option.

We liked the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet, clean and the AC was really good. The breakfast was good, different kinds of bread, toaster, fresh fruit, yoghurt, egg, juice and coffe. The neighborhood was nice, located by a big park. Supermarket nearby as well as restaurants. About 10-15 minutes walk to Roma Termini.

It was clean but room was very small and out of date probably needs to be renovated

We were a little concerned after reading the reviews but we felt very safe and in a good location within walking distance to lots of attractions. The hotel was noisy over night on some nights. The rooms are abit dated but comfortable.

Fridge didn't work so was just a furniture piece doing nothing. Majority of time no hot water available in evening or late afternoon for the 4 night stay we were at. Walls weren't insulated so noisy neighbours will keep you up all night.

The hotel room was ok; the mattress was not the best, the tv was very small (@ 14-inch). The window shutters were swinging and banging when windy, limited space to put away clothing with only 2 hangers in the “cubby-style” closet. Bathroom ok; shower doors kept going off the track and the opening was tight for bigger people. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking sightseeing events.

The room was clean but a bit small for two people. I could have desired an arm chair, the room only had queen sized bed and a small chair so if a customer wanted to just relax for a bit the only option was to lay on the bed. The bed in question in our room was terrible to sleep. Is was too short if you are a tall person and so hard that our backs were aching after sleep.

The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The rooms were quite outdated and fine for one/two nights, but I probably wouldn’t stay longer. The breakfast was nice, and the hotel was located in an okey area close to the train station and metro

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was informative and helpful. Over all our stay was very pleasant.

The people in the stores were helpful and friendly but unfortunately because of the state of the area, at first glance you do feel unsafe. The staff especially Priscilla was very accommodating and took the time to go through a map of the city, suggesting public transport, restaurants and sites to see. The breakfast staff were also really beautiful.

staff were generally rude and the walls were so think you could hear peoples conversations word for word- particularly bad at night if you are trying to sleep

This hotel is a good price and is well-located very near a metro station and a not-too-far walk from the Termini train station. The breakfast was good and the room was an adequate size. The staffers were always helpful even when we had strange requests about booking taxis and getting food. Vladimir especially was so helpful, he made reservations at fantastic restaurants. Thanks for a nice stay!

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Colosseum/Rome train station which it was. There is homeless that sleep right outside the hotel and on the last night unfortunately they were using drugs. There is Graffiti all over the walls in the area and just didn’t feel safe. We would come back to the hotel before it got dark. As for the hotel it self it’s very outdated. We had requested a new room because the drain in the shower was clogged and the water would over fill. We spoke a lady in the morning and she was very nice and helpful. Honestly she was the only good thing about the hotel. She was able to get us a new room. Unfortunately, the 2nd room had a tub and the drain was also clogged as well as water coming from the pipe, we also had problems with the AC it was hot at night. When we first arrived during check in we paid 55 Euros for city tax. Which we were aware of and it was on our Expedia bill. The day we checked out the hotel was trying to charge us an additional charge stating they have city tax is separate from this charge. The man at the front desk stated I only paid $30. I pulled my bank statement and showed him the $62 USA I already had paid during check-in. I had fully paid the hotel before we arrived. After a long back and forth and me showing my bank statements he let us go. This was so frustrating! I would like a refund for all the problems I had during my stay. Absolutely awful experience!

Excelente opción precio-servicio, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el coliseo romano esta a 10 min caminando, estación del metro a 3 minutos, la atención de Vladimir fue excelente, muy atento y habla varios idiomas. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

So close to public transportation, however it's not in a safe area so just don't get your belongings out of sight. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, beautiful building and very close to the Colosseum.

Very helpful staff. A little sketchy area nearby, but the hotel is very conveniently located by the subway, which provides great and easy transportation all around Rome. The breakfast costs extra 5 euros per person, so instead we had breakfast in the cafes nearby, cost us 7 euro total for 2 people. I would stay in this hotel again for the reasonable cost and easy access all around Rome. 15 mins walk to colosseum.

Location good

Location is good, however it feels very insecure and there’s a lot of people in the surroundings just hanging there with clearly not good intentions. I stay with my wife and 10year old daughter and they were frightened

Our stay at Orazia met our basic needs. However, it’s worth noting that the hot water system couldn't support two consecutive hot showers. The room was authentically dated and sparse, but it was adequate for what we required. The lift, while quaint, was a welcome feature. One downside was that some staff members were observed smoking in the stairwells leading to the lift, which was not ideal. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a great variety of choices and was the highlight of our stay, along with the hotel's convenient proximity to the subway. We would recommend staying here for others.

Hotel Orazio was a nice property. Not a four-star hotel. But very nice great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was pretty nice. Clean. Would stay again.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly . Continental breakfast was very good. Good location, 10 min elk from main terminus, metro 1 min, coliseum 15 min. We did get allocated the smallest room 525 which wasn’t great, but adequate. There is no kettle facility for drinks, however there is a small fridge. The shower pump is noises, so could be right next to my room. Reception kept our bags after check out until we had to leave for the airport, very useful. Overall a pleasant stay😁 on a budget. I would go again.
