The hotel is near Termini Station it is a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was essential, served on the roof terrace which was disturbed by pigeons ready to pick on guests plates. Probably having a waiter staying on the terrace it would helped to keep them away.

Necesita un upgrade urgente. Debe contratar personal de botones. Hay que cargar las maletas por mas de 10 escalones para poder llegar al ascensor.La presión del agua un poco floja. Debo decir que las toallas del baño son buenas pero las camas son terribles. El desayuno muy bueno en la terraza. Fue un espléndido hotel en otra época.

the hotel is in a very convenient location for the train station and the room size was good, however beyond that the hotel was pretty awful and needs a major revamp. we where on the 7th floor right next to the breakfast room / kitchen and you get woken up from 6am with the preparation and guests. while you do get a private terrace I don't think they should have rooms on that floor unless they can properly sound proof them. the flooring was poorly laid and had air bubbles which meant you always worried the floor was going to drop. the beds where terrible and desperately need to be replaced. the shower only got warm after 10 minutes - that was only lukewarm at best. the water pressure was terrible, you'd be better off going to the terrace in the rain. finally our rooms weren't even in range of the wifi. incredibly disappointed.

Attractive classic style hotel. Beautiful terrace. However facilities are very old and run down. Very poor water pressure ion the 7th floor. Air conditioner was effective but leaked water excessively. Staff not interested in our review of the stay. With many repairs this place would deserve its 4 stars, but not good value in my opinion.

The breakfast was OK and the terrace was pretty good. Now for the bad, we stayed 5 nights and we occupied 2 rooms, there was missing always a towel; we stayed at the 6th floor and the water had no pressure and at night cold. The windows didn't isolate the noise and we could hear continuous humming (maybe the building ac) and cars hooking, they really need to replace those windows. The rooms were not really well clean.

Frukostbuffén var knappast spännande, men fyllde sin funktion! Ett ok alternativ för den som vill bo bekvämt, men utan att göra boendet till en stor del av vistelsen.

Great service and nice accommodations. A little dated, but very clean and close to many restaurants, shops and train station. The only concern was the broken in-room safe that I asked to be repaired twice and unfortunately it was not. They did offer the use of the main safe at the concierge desk as an alternate.

We thought the lobby and halls were great. The rooftop terrace was especially nice- the room however was dusty, and stained and the decor was very outdated- there were some bugs in the bathroom.

Rommet var gammekt og badet var ikke rengjort skikkelig. Det elektriske såg gammelt ut og ikke til dagens standard iallefall. Resepsjonen var betjent og personellet hyggelig. Sengen ble redd opp og håndkled skiftet selv om de hang på kroken. Bra frokost på terrassen.

The hotel area was great as was breakfast and the rooftop. You could hear anytime somebody went into their room though. Also our safe in our room was broken and there was no air conditioning either as it was broken too.

Habitacion muy pequeña, antigua y con un olor un poco desagradable. El ruido de la calle me desperto en varias ocasiones desde las 6:00 am. Cama muy dura e incomoda. Y la ducha no salia agua caliente solo "templada" tirando a fria con lo que me duche los dos dias en cuestion de 3 minutos. El desayuno deja que desear ya que ni tortadora para el pan tenian y te ponen 4 bollos. A destacar las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante, la amabilidad del personal y la cercania andando a los puntos de interes.

Most things were good and genuinely 4 star. However, the tiny bathroom was almost unusable. I am not very tall but found it very difficult to sit on the toilet. The first time I did, I hit my knee badly on the wall at the front, had no choice but to push back hard and broke the toilet seat. The shower doors were so stiff that I could barely open them, the floor was not non-slip and there was no mat to step out onto. This is NOT 4 star standard.

Essa é a 3a. vez que lá me hospedo. Atendimento bom, no geral. Apenas 2 coisas não me agradaram dessa vez: 1. a proteção da banheira é de vidro e protege apenas metade da banheira, o que significa banheiro molhado após cada banho. Um "gênio" que inventou isso; 2. Internet "vai e volta" todo o tempo. Fora isso, tudo bem.

Apenas 2 coisas não me agradaram dessa vez: 1. a proteção da banheira é de vidro e protege apenas metade da banheira, o que significa banheiro molhado após cada banho. Um "gênio" que inventou isso; 2. Internet "vai e volta" todo o tempo. Fora isso, tudo bem.

Después de esperar 1h de más de lo que informaban para hacer el check-in, nos dan una habitación con los colchones más rodados que el coche de Fernando Alonso, el baño sucio, la caja fuerte no se podia abrir en el armario sin moverla del sitio, mal wifi, el aire estropeado y solo salia caliente... tal cual llegamos a la habitación nos bajamos a buscar un hotel e hicimos el chevk out volando.

Close to the train station. At first I though they were helpful, until we complained that the WIFI did not work in our rooms and they said they would send someone up. They did not. Later that night told them again and they said the guy was gone and would come by in the morning. Again, they did not. They need an extender for the wifi to reach the end rooms. Also, my air being pushed out was hot. I switched from AC/ to heat to make sure that anything worked. But no matter what, it was warm air. They said they couldn't move us rooms since they were full, or move us hotels. I didn't stay my second night that I paid for. I informed them I was unhappy and leaving, and they still charged me 2 days of taxes.

Trevligt hotell nära stationen, med gångavstånd (ca en halvtimmes promenad) till den historiska stadskärnan. Rummet och badrummet var helt och rent, utan några överdrifter. Frukostbuffén var knappast spännande, men fyllde sin funktion! Ett ok alternativ för den som vill bo bekvämt, men utan att göra boendet till en stor del av vistelsen.

Mycket fint! Ett hotell med stil med en fläkt från förr. Men man måste kunna gå i trappor. Vänlig korrekt hotellpersonal. Praktiskt gångavstånd till Termini. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka!

Le WC avait une importante fuite à la base. La télé ne marchait pas. Malgré ces signalements au personnel rien n’a été fait. Une seule prise fonctionnait pour toute la chambre.La chambre n’a même pas été faite le deuxième jour! La réception ne s’en est même pas excusée. Des touffes de poussière se trouvaient partout dans les couloirs. Des taches d’humidité ! et le papier peint décollait( voir photos). État de délabrement evident. Le pire jus d orange qui soit au petit déjeuner (c etait juste de l eau du sucre et du colorant orange) aucun choix au niveau du petit déjeuner. On a même trouvé des oeufs non lavés avec de la boue dessus!Maximum 1 etoile (et c est beaucoup dire). Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été fait. A reclasser par expedia et à éviter à tout prix.

Habitacion muy pequeña, antigua y con un olor un poco desagradable. El ruido de la calle me desperto en varias ocasiones desde las 6:00 am. Cama muy dura e incomoda. Y la ducha no salia agua caliente solo "templada" tirando a fria con lo que me duche los dos dias en cuestion de 3 minutos. El desayuno deja que desear ya que ni tortadora para el pan tenian y te ponen 4 bollos. A destacar las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante, la amabilidad del personal y la cercania andando a los puntos de interes.

The breakfast was OK and the terrace was pretty good. Now for the bad, we stayed 5 nights and we occupied 2 rooms, there was missing always a towel; we stayed at the 6th floor and the water had no pressure and at night cold. The windows didn't isolate the noise and we could hear continuous humming (maybe the building ac) and cars hooking, they really need to replace those windows. The rooms were not really well clean.

Most things were good and genuinely 4 star. However, the tiny bathroom was almost unusable. I am not very tall but found it very difficult to sit on the toilet. The first time I did, I hit my knee badly on the wall at the front, had no choice but to push back hard and broke the toilet seat. The shower doors were so stiff that I could barely open them, the floor was not non-slip and there was no mat to step out onto. This is NOT 4 star standard.

The room was mostly clean, minus a large insect on my window and some food mess on the bathroom floor. The water took a long time to become hot, and the heat in the room was a bit archaic. The bath also didn’t drain properly at first. There also wasn’t much sound insulation between the rooms. But I did enjoy the location of where the hotel was, the morning coffee, and the staff was very kind. Overall I’d say it was a decent place to sleep at night, and I’d advise you to let the water get hot before you get in the shower.
