Hotel refused to check me in until another guest going to the same building arrived, but on a separate booking arrived. Gave my key to that other guest. Damaged luggage while moving luggage into the room (they insisted on moving it themselves). Room was not of a similar standard or style compared to photographs on website. Strong smell of sewage all along my floor. Decent location , but would stay at another hotel in future.

Close to Trevi fountain, we got put in the second building and one of the other rooms had music on all night super loud, the towels were not changed they would just fold the same towels and hang them back up/ bed sheets were not clean or replaced , had to ask for toilet paper cuz they wouldn’t leave any restroom was dirty wasn’t cleaned good there was ants in the room , maybe look for a another hotel.

Overall the trevi hotel was an excellent stay with kind staff. The coffee maker was broken and only put out coffee grounds. There was a half drank juice in the mini bar which wasn’t great but the location was perfect the room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. We will stay there again!

We arrived early and they were able to hold our bags until we could check in which allowed us to explore worry free. We got our rooms and we had the most amazing view on our balconies. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A couple little mechanical hiccups which were reported and fixed. Location is centrally located by the Trevi fountain which was very advantageous. I will book there again on my next Roman vacation

Rolled his eyes at us and told us there is nothing about included breakfast in our reservation, even though the person who checked us in told us specifically we prepaid for the breakfast. This person then told us to wait for his colleague to start their shift to talk to them and shooed us away.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! Staff was superb. Franco made our stay so enjoyable. He was amazing and helped with our hop on/off bus as well as transportation to our port. He provided us was a map of nearby monuments and restaurants. Xoxoxo

Rooms were tiny and staircases were extremely steep. If you are not in excellent shape and able to climb well or if you are plus size, or if you are claustrophobic do not even consider this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was even better but you need to explain we’re your hotel is It was down an alley with no sign at the beginning of the alley way saying it was up there our room was lovely except there was no phone and we were in another building but I would definitely tell people to stay there

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da Fontana de Trevi, apenas fique atento se o quarto escolhido será no próprio hotel, ou no edifício próximo onde eles também possuem quartos. Neste caso você terá que se deslocar cerca de 2 minutos até o hotel para o café da manhã, não é nada que atrapalhe, mas pode ser uma surpresa. Ficamos neste edifício anexo, mas o quarto era muito confortável de bom tamanho e muito silencioso. Uma boa opção para quem quer ficar próximo a esta região com preço justo e com ótimas opções de restaurantes.
