Recepção: funcionários ótimos, super atenciosos e prestativos. Encantada com o serviço. Localização: ao lado da estação de trem em bairro nobre de Roma. Todos os dias o hotel oferece gratuitamente transfer até a escadaria espanhola. Quarto: espaçoso, produtos de qualidade. Banheiro: com banheira, é limpo com alguns cantos com mofo. O detalhe é que ao tomar banho no chuveiro a água escapa para o piso (por isso canto mofado). Café ida manhã: ótimo, diversificado e com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices & friendly staff. The garden balcony bar was so relaxing after a long day or travel. I loved the fitness room/gym, too!! It had all of the equipment & was very clean/sanitized. Very close proximity to the Villa Borghese Park where I went to the Art Gallery @ Botero Statues! the Metro.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό. Σχετικά μακρία από το κέντρο της πόλης σε ήσυχη όμως περιοχή. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο μετρό και με πρώτο σταθμό στο flaminio είσαι κοντά στην piazza del popolo και στην αρχή του εμπορικού δρόμου via del corso. Το μετρό λειτουργεί από νωρίς το πρωί μέχρι και τα μεσάνυκτά. Υπάρχουν κοντά και στάσεις λεωφορείων άλλα τα λεωφορεία έρχονται με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση.Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει δωρεάν shuttle bus ανά ώρα από και προς κοντά στην piazza di spagna.

This was my family's first time in Rome and had researched fully all options and we settled on this hotel. Absolutely fabulous in its location, breakfast choices, staff friendliness and additional options including shuttle bus to Spanish steps. Food in the restaurant was of an exceptionally high quality and standard - totally delicious

A very luxurious hotel in a very nice area with parks at walking distance.. if you drive there is a parking garage close by for a 20 euro per day .. very nice breakfast area situated in the lower part of the building.. the restaurant also was very well organized and an outstanding decor that creates a nice atmosphere.. I didn’t see the spa with hot tub because was off limits… but the exercise room was well equipped..

Camera vicina all'ascensore: meno male che dormo tardi, se no mi sarei svegliato spesso. Per il resto la struttura è ben ristrutturata, il personale di reception gentile e rapido. La mia camera era molto piccola, ma comunque pulita e ben dotata. Non ho usufruito della colazione.

Stanza minuscola. Arrivata in camera ho trovato una brandina buttata per terra accanto al letto e dei fazzoletti sporchi buttati per terra. Ho segnalato immediatamente, ma non hanno cambiato stanza e segnalato nulla al check out. Ho soggiornato per due notti pagando 500 euro per avere un servizio pessimo e zero cura del cliente. Viaggio spesso ma non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere soprattutto in un hotel che dovrebbe avere un livello alto di servizi e si fa pagare per tali. Lo sconsiglio e sicuramente non ci soggiornerò mai più.

The check-in was slow and the reception staff were abrupt and slightly rude to us and other visitors. The wi-do was really poor in the rooms, my daughter moved a chair to sit next to the door to receive a signal. There was no concierge on a Sunday despite being part of the Radisson chain. The hotel was noisy both from inside and outside on the street.

Very good location with excellent public transport connections, clean, well maintained and good service. Breakfast was average, air conditioning wasn’t working properly for couple of days and room temperature was around 27C.

hotel was clean -room was on the smaller side - we arrived late after midnight and man working the reception was quite rude and not trying to be very helpful … we were hungry after long flight and his only comment was that we weren’t in America so places aren’t open “at this time”. Gentlemen during checkout process were nice and the place was clean. Room was small but cute and served the purpose of a quick overnight stay before boarding our cruise the next day.

The property was great, our suite was spacious, and we knew we had a terrance but we were pleasantly surprised at how large it was. We normally stay at boutique hotels and from this experience we will continue it to do that. Though the Radisson was very nice and the staff was helpful and attentive, it was too American. It was full of American senior citizens that to us didn’t really want to experience Rome Italy… they wanted to bring America with them. i.e I was ready to try my Italian phrases and could not because the staff was speaking American to accommodate the guests. Which is fine I get that but at least have the greetings in Italian. The Radisson is great if you’re looking to bring America with you not if you really want to experience the country you’re visiting.

Posizione comodissima, per la vicinanza del treno urbano per roma centro. Purtroppo la camera assegnata pur al 4° piano era rumorosa nonostante i doppi vetri. To far out from main attractions. Staff was uppity. We had to merge the Expedia reservation with the Princess Cruise reservation so we could stay in the same room and that took over 15 emails. They kept respondin they needed proof from Princess that it was a "superior" room and I had given them Expedia and Princess PDF's showing that both reservations were booked for superior and the person didn’t like it. I was working with the "white glove" Princess group and they were working in-house with their promotions group and they were not sure of the problem the hotel was having. Finally came to a head on the weekend, before we were scheduled to dock in Rome, when I sent an email and it came back saying no one was working and to send it to a different email if I needed a faster response so I did. Another person got back and said the reservations were combined into a continuous stay for the same room. I guess the 1st person was trying to fleece me for another $20 euros/night which they stated in an early email. Then on the last night there I took off my engagement band and forgot to put it back on. Emailed and they said they checked the room and no luck. I remembered that it might have fallen onto the dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor so I responded if they could check with their laundry service. Heck, I find change in mine if I forget to empty my pockets. Well two attempts and they never responded. Bought a new one. Never stay there again and do not recommend.

The property contacted me and offered to send a car for me at the airport. All I needed to do was provide my flight number and date as well as my phone number. I did so immediately. I requested confirmation on four different locations and was completely ignored and no car was there to pick us up However, several days later, we had hired a car service to take us to the port to our cruise ship, and the car broke down. The hotel was kind enough to make other arrangements for us so that we got there in a timely manner

Hotel is conveniently located. And the staff are very nice and very helpful in terms of helping you find your way around Italy. Additionally, I needed an early check-in and he facilitated that quite well. I was checked in at 10 AM without any problem.

Staff were generally good to very good. Check in/out staff were irritable at best. On checkout staff had no clue what deposit was on my credit card and wouldn’t believe me until I showed them. Restaurant was good but pricey.

This is a upscale hotel at the north with great facility. The breakfast is particularly excellent with so much choices of delicious. Definitely recommend to include it for the reservation. There are restaurants which we enjoyed with better price in walking distance, as well as other stores for convenience shopping. Transportation to the city center is convenient, with the station behind on the other side of the block where we took urban railway to Flaminio and transferred the Metro.

The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive to any request. I found the rooms quite small but were very clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet options were more than satisfying. The only downside was the distance from the major sites and the cost for taxi service got ridiculous after a while.

The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices & friendly staff. The garden balcony bar was so relaxing after a long day or travel. I loved the fitness room/gym, too!! It had all of the equipment & was very clean/sanitized. Very close proximity to the Villa Borghese Park where I went to the Art Gallery @ Botero Statues! the Metro.

The sautéed mushrooms mixed in with the creamy eggs along with the porchetta, fresh tomatoes, fresh sliced toasted bread and capers.. to die for. The 7th floor restaurant we ate a different dish almost every night during our 7 night stay. "ALL "of the staff where so friendly and went that extra mile to assist your every need from transportation, tours and even laundry. With an average taxi ride to center Rome of13-14 euro or just a beautiful 40 minute safe walk which my wife and I preferred. Enjoy Rome and you cannot go wrong staying with The Radisson Blu GHR!

This was our family’s favorite hotel while in Rome! It was very clean, the staff was so helpful with finding us taxis and even sharing a luggage scale! They had an amazing buffet breakfast that both my young children and teenage kids enjoyed!
