We booked this for a pool. The pool was similar to a backyard pool. Small and dirty. The rooms were HOT. we complained to the desk but they said it was fine. No one even came to see if the temp was wrong or not working

Pros: Walking distance from the Vatican, good transport connections, lovely staff (and specially Elena, the lovely lady who cleaned our room). Cons: Really small pool, gym lacked good ventilation and there was no way to clean equipment before or after use, and our kids got bored with the breakfast pretty quickly. Overall pros outweighed the cons for me, so not too bad at all.

We stayed 2 nights with the family. The hotel is walking distance from vatikan which is good. The bad part is , in the second night a bug, most probably bedbug bit my whole back. İt was terrible itching in the next 2-3 days.

Grounds were nice and staff was helpful. WiFi was strong. Quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 minutes from airport with no traffic. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect better toiletries (e.g., at least conditioner) and a coffee maker rather than instant coffee.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed in July temperatures soaring, the A/C was next to nothing, unbearable in the room. Hotel doesn’t allow unit to go below 21c but it was never 21c when A/C was on. The website advertises a business center and computer station they do not have this. This was detrimental as I had work to do and picked his hotel because of that feature. Dinner was excellent in the restaurant. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel’s recommended car service made transportation to and from the airport seamless and stress-free. While not located in the heart of Rome, the hotel's proximity to Vatican City is walkable and its serenely quiet nights, even with patio doors open, created a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. My only minor criticism is the lack of early morning coffee, as it wasn’t available before 7 AM. Though there was a vending machine in the lobby, it was unfortunately out of order during our stay, and the nighttime staff wasn't as helpful as their daytime counterparts. Reception very indifferent and rude no hello nothing Room by elevator and noise didn’t let us sleep At dinner one person working at restaurant and bar, took so long to get acknowledged and food not good very frustrating Nothing grand about this hotel, very small and understaffed , they all looked like not pleased to work. Some Front end staff were pretty rude. Stayed 3 nights - Asked how come the complimentary water in room was not replaced. Rude reply was it is only complimentary 1 time and you can buy from the vending machine in the lobby. Obviously money grabbing MO. Will not recommend.

The hotel rooms were clean but very basic and in need of updating/maintenance. Our shower and sink did not drain properly and the shower leaked into the bathroom. The room was very hot and stuffy but we could not keep the window open due to excessive noise. Breakfast was decent with a good selection however, we would recommmend avoiding dinner there like the plague. Won't bore you with the details but after waiting over 50 minutes for our main course, we cancelled our order as it was late and our friends had finished their meals. The "manager" was rude, argumentative and extremely immature, totally lacking customer service skills. The hotel reception handled the situation well but I would recommend walking five minutes down the road to Ristorante Caselli Rosticceria where we had a nice authentic meal without being abused by some arrogant young man pretending to be a manager. The location of this hotel was not the best for convenience to the main attractions, its a good 40 min walknor 15 minute Uber ride, and the closest train station is 15mins away.

The hotel is very clean and the dining staff is wonderful. The property is about a mile and a half north of Vatican City so if you don’t mind a brisk walk, it isn’t too bad. The trip back though is all up hill. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinners were well prepared.

Alquilamos auto y el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento dentro de sus instalaciones sin costo adicional. Para movilizarnos hacia el centro de Roma ulilizamos la estacion de metro Cipro que se encuentra aprox 10 minutos caminando del hotel. The Hotel was very nice and clean. One of the staff was a little grumpy one day (I don't recall the name) but other staff members were very helpful. It has a Restaurant and the Lasagna was excellent. That was the only thing I ate for my stay. T problem with the Restaurant is you have to make a reservation to eat there and you have to make it early. My wife and I got back to the hotel at 7:45 pm and requested a reservation to eat. No, it is full said the staff member. There was a party or around 20 to 25 people (and it can seat over 50) There were only 2 of us and he would not let us in. That was disgusting and I let him know it. The hotel does offer a good breakfast and there is no charge. The only other problem is the location in proximity to The Vatican, or Coliseum for example. A taxi will cost between 10 and 19 euros depending on the time of the day. Count on 15 and up. The hotel also arranged transportation for us from the ship to the hotel for 154 euros. The driver was there on time and very courteous. The hotel can also arrange transportation to the airport.

Opening time for dinning was from 7pm and not many choice of food in the dinning menu. The Spaghetti Carbonora was salty and very peppery. There was only one waiting staff serving the whole dinners.No callback on our meals and waited awhile and decided not to have the meal and went to my room hungry.

Staff was great but it’s a HIKE to the nearest Metro. Restaurant is fantastic! The pool is SMALL and the chairs around it leave like 6 inches to walk and the pool, while super refreshing the ladder to get out is a death trap and you will break your shins by slipping. Still hurts two weeks later! It really seemed on the map like this was close to the action. Nope! But still, nice room, great staff and breakfast is really good. Probably best if you have a car!

La seule chose que j’aurais à dire de très négatif est la garçon qui travaille au restaurant le soir WoW plus bête que ça….il n’es vraiment pas à ça place bête, aucun sourire, n’est pas poli du tout N’a vraiment pas l’air à aimer son travail Grâce à lui nous n’avons pas eu une bonne expérience au resto mais la bouffe était très bonne et le reste du personnel était très bien Il devrait avoir toute une formation au service à la clientèle ou tout simplement changer de job

Great hotel. Terrible restaurant. Bruchetta- on burnt wheat toast. Chicken Marcella no mushrooms , looked like it came from the microwave. When 2 tables were taken, they would not let us have dinner. Ordered pizza, decided we would eat in lobby. Got chased out- but no table or chairs in our room.
