Grounds were run down and unkempt. Facilities were well used and grubby. Restraunt waitress was rude and food was ok at best. Took a while for food with the limited menue and it was luke warm. No kettle in our room or available, advised to purchase drinks at the bar. Hotel is not in an area with easy access to shops, restaurants etc - therefore if you cant eat in the hotel at night your stuck. Shower facilities were ok, although shower head didnt stay at the height set and the hairdyer was very old and barely worked.

It’s old and in need of a big renovation. Furniture in room were all sticky. The bathroom small and water stains everywhere. Bed and pillows were hard and towels stained. The walls are so thin that I could hear everything. You have to pay for the pool as it is not part of the Hotel. You also had to pay 10 Euro to use the gym. The breakfast was good but with 3 coffee machines only 1 was working. The surrounding area was pretty and you can walk to shops and restaurant. Lots of stairs you have to get your luggage up and down and there is nobody to help. I certainly will never use this hotel again.

Pros: Hotel was nice, very clean, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast. Cons: Hotel staff not very welcoming or overly friendly. All activities (swimming, exercise facilities) are an extra charge! I have never stayed at a hotel where I've had to pay extra for these amenities. There is a restaurant but it is not open for lunch and doesn't open for dinner until 7:30 pm. The outside grounds are in need of care. It could be beautiful, but the plants and shrubs are neglected, in need of trimming and watering. There is absolutely nothing nearby to do, not even a nice neighborhood to take a walk. It is very remote from all the tourist areas in Rome. It is a half-hour cab ride to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you are just looking for a relaxing place to rest it would suit your needs. It is very quiet. I personally would not stay here again.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência durante a estadia. O atendimento péssimo, estrutura e fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade. O acesso a piscina era cobrado (10 euros) por pessoa. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Chambre pas assez propre, baignoire et lavabo bouchés, toilettes pas de pression d’eau, le technicien n’a pu rien faire, donc difficile à utiliser, il à fallu transformer la poubelle en seau pour verser dans les toilettes! The dining manager was rude and unable to accommodate us for a dinner. The door card key was not working we had to go Back and forth to the reception desk. Ended up giving us the actual manual key. The toilet wont flush and broken.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC in our room was broken, which made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, we had arranged for a car service to pick us up from the airport, but there was a problem with the service. I had to call to find out what was going on, and in the end, we had to find our own taxi to get to the hotel.

The hotel was okay, but the steps to get into the reception are a problem. At no time did the staff offer to help with bags. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The entrance of the property has 2 sets of stairs one from out to the main door and another from inside to the check in lobby. Approximately 10 steps on each level . If you are bringing a larger bag or suite case only way for a person with limited ability to carry is getting help from someone . There is no one to help in the hotel you can find or expect . Hotel comodo solo per la sua posizione strategica vicino al Gemelli, per il resto esperienza terribile. Inoltre pago una camera doppia (200€ a notte€) e mi ritrovo una stanza con bagno e doccia disabile, scomodissimi. Poca serietà e trasparenza con il cliente. Colazione misera. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Pros: Hotel was nice, very clean, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast. Cons: Hotel staff not very welcoming or overly friendly. All activities (swimming, exercise facilities) are an extra charge! I have never stayed at a hotel where I've had to pay extra for these amenities. There is a restaurant but it is not open for lunch and doesn't open for dinner until 7:30 pm. The outside grounds are in need of care. It could be beautiful, but the plants and shrubs are neglected, in need of trimming and watering. There is absolutely nothing nearby to do, not even a nice neighborhood to take a walk. It is very remote from all the tourist areas in Rome. It is a half-hour cab ride to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you are just looking for a relaxing place to rest it would suit your needs. It is very quiet. I personally would not stay here again.

To go anywhere you need to go by bus. A McDonalds and one restaurant were about a 5 minute walk. Never had hot water, warm at best. Mattress hasn’t been replaced in awhile, or just the cheapest they could purchase. Breakfast is nothing special. Expected more than th hotel was able to deliver. Would stay somewhere else next time for the price.
