Wij zijn drie dagen naar Rome geweest, wij verbleven in dit fijne hotel. Ondanks dat het helemaal vol geboekt was, hebben wij geen last gehad van anderen. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Verse sapjes waren echt heel goed. Koelkast op de kamer was zeer welkom. Met name omdat het buiten 38 graden was. Zwembad was heerlijk. Handdoeken huren voor 2,5 had met 4 sterren wel onderdeel kunnen zijn van service van het hotel. Dit hotel is op 5 minuten lopen van de bussen 31 en 33 die je kan nemen richting de metro (halte Cipro) daarvandaan kan je alle kanten op. (Termini is het midden) wij hadden een Rome48 uur kaart gekocht bij de tabakswinkel om de hoek. Heel fijn. Van en naar het vliegveld het beste met een taxi. (€ 55,-). Lokale pizza en paste restaurants zijn top. (Risky point en rimpizzamose) supermarkt naast risky point is fijn en heel goedkoop. € 0,20 voor een flesje water 😁

Free flet parking in the hotel site very rear to find in rome. Walk half hour to rome center or 5 min by taxi. Hotel service is good and clean. Breakfast, dinner and bar. Recommend if you need parking in rome

Ein sehr tolles, modernes und vor allem sauberes Hotel. Wir waren für 3 Tage, Gäste im NH Roma Villa Carpegna. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, man ist aber mit dem Bus sehr schnell im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und hat das Zimmer super gekühlt (auch bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur). Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hatte sehr viel zur Auswahl (Rühreier, Speck, Kuchen, Aufschnitt, Croissants mit Creme, Marmelade und Schokolade uvm.). Hervorzuheben ist auch der inkludierte (gratis) Tiefgaragenparkplatz, bei dem wir auch Mitte Juli, sehr leicht einen Parkplatz ergattern konnten. Der einzige Negativpunkt war die Rezeption, die beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr langsam war und sich eine Schlange an Gästen gebildet hat.

Bel hôtel, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner parfait, il y a de tout ! Le personnel est sympa. Le centre ville est accessible en 10-15 minutes de trottinettes, le bus est assez long. Point négatif : le serviettes à la piscine sont payantes, 2,5€ par jour tout de même malgré que vous résidez à l’hôtel.

Wonderful end to our little tour of Italy. Such a beautiful hotel. Little out of the way, but we found the Uber taxi's quite reasonable (€18-23). The bed was so comfortable, the room was fragranced like a spa. Staff were so helpful. The pool was amazing and much needed in the heat. Breakfast choice excellent. Nice resaurants and cafes within 5-10 min walk.

It is convenient, close to the airport, has a free parking. Staff was friendly and it was good value for money but nothing special about the area or hotel.

From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, their staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well stocked. Loved how quiet the hotel was. Their restaurant was delicious and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night to catch our flight out. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and welcome kept. The only issue we had was with the ac. Room was hot and humid. Also the location is way out from the city center and not much around.

Room was clean but there was mould in the bathtub grout and overall maintenance was poor - stains on the wall, a part of the shower wall fell off as I got out of the shower.

Det var maur over alt på begge rommene vi bestilte. Dusjen var ødelagt, det var lekkasje under toalettet hvor det samlet seg masse vann hver natt og det var utrivelig personale ved sjekk inn. Greit hotel med grei lokasjon, men ville ikke bodd her igjen.

Poor condition and need new carpet on hallway

The shower had mouldy grout lines and corners The bed was comfortable, but did not have a top sheet, which I found strange.

Shower was leaking and made the floors all wet despite putting towels. Shower had traces of mold

There was no A/C in the room and no one at the front desk to help, as they leave at 11PM. I got back to the hotel at 11:15. I called the number on the door and no one answered. It was unbarablely hot in the room as this is early August in Italy. I had to leave and drive an hour to florence and pay for another hotel. I texted them through whatsapp the next day, explained this and asked for a refund. They ignored the messages. I also askd Expedia fir a refund and they told me the hotel refused.

Frühstück gute Auswahl für jedermann Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Schade das in dem hotel keine begehbare Dusch vorhanden war.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, da es nicht unmittelbar im Trubel der Innenstadt liegt, diese jedoch innerhalb von knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10 Minuten mit der nahegelegenen Buslinie 916 auf direktem Weg problemlos zu erreichen ist. Besonders nah liegt mit knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß der Vatikan. Es sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Lediglich die Zimmerisolierung könnte verbessert werden, da der Geräuschpegel durch die ebenfalls nahegelegene Hauptstraße auch nachts noch relativ hoch ist. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch, was die Verständigung sehr einfach machte.

El hotel está bien. Un poco anticuados cuartos oscuros. Los que dan hacia la alberca tienen más luz pero son muy ruidosos. Me dieron cuarto en piso bajo. No sé si dan preferencia a grupos o a otras compañías que no son hoteles.com. Me pasó lo mismo en Napoles

So this is Just informational. The Gym and Pool are in the same room and you need to reserve a time and only get 50 minutes. Not much of a gym. Also they Have breakfast untill 1030 but dont wait once things run out they dont replenish after 945 and pretty much totally cleaned up by 1015. Very strange. If you sleep hot Air conditioner is not powerful but its been common in Europe I notice. There is a great mall and superstore right next door.

Rooms really spacious, pool amazing altho had to pay for towels. Staff gave us excellent dinner recommendations. But the location isn’t great had to taxi everywhere.

Staff was very helpful considering that it was first time in Italy.

A beautiful hotel with the worst customer service in the lobby we have received in all our stay in Europe. But I have to mention Manuela and Carlo in the pool were lovely.

Very professional and kind staff. Concierge Giuseppe was exceptional. Room was super clean, nice deep tub for bathing and shower. Nice patio area for relaxing. Great breakfast buffet for 13 euros/day. Would stay again!

Upon arrival not friendly at the front desk at all. Said internet was unavailable due to a tower being down, found out that was not true. No internet connection for our 4 days. The breakfast staff was great, and the breakfast had a good selection of choices. Truly the breakfast manager and staff made up some room from a flat out 1 out of 10. Thanks to them I would rate at 3, All 3 to the breakfast staff.

Loved the hotel itself and the staff was wonderful and amazing. However, It wasn’t as close to attractions as expected. Had to take a cab (expensive) or a bus and transfer to another bus. My phone was stolen by a cab driver so be careful with your personal possessions.

This is the 6th time we’ve stayed at NH Villa Carpegna over the past year or so. Great location, great service and walking distance 20 min or so to the Vatican. Amazing neighborhood with so many local restaurants walking distance. Also good value.

Un ottimo hotel. Struttura circondata da tanto verde...sulla valle Aurelia, ben collegata con autobus anche nei festivi. Non si può arrivare al centro a piedi ......ma il soggiorno è stato favorevolmente tranquillo. Ottima e varia la colazione, con prodotti freschi di prima qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo vincente. Complimenti

The hotel is a bit dated but not bad. Breakfast was very nice with good selections and fresh food. The location is a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use public transportation so it is 2-3 miles to walk into the Center of the City. The front staff are very nice and helpful in getting hotels and answer questions. It is worth mentioning a great neighborhood restaurant, Risky Point Pub! We really enjoyed our dinner there.

This hotel is a good deal if you are looking for a quiet place away from the noise of the center of Rome but still want to be in reasonable proximity to the sites and action.

This hotel is near Vatican but not very near the other attractions. We used electric scooters and taxies to go back and forth to the hotel. Great place to stay if you have your own car.

L’hôtel est très impressionnant de prime abord, mais le diable se trouve dans les détails. Le parquet de notre chambré était abimé, les joints de la salle de bain étaient clairement à refaire, ca donnait une impression presque vétuste. De plus, la chambre manquait d’équipements que l’on peut retrouver d’habitude dans ce type d’établissement, à savoir : des chaussons et un peignoir. Pour un établissement qui possède une magnifique piscine, la chambre manque également de moyen de faire secher ses vêtements : crochets, fils, balcon… En parlant de la piscine, celle-ci était très agréable. Il y avait toujours des transats disponibles, grace a la vigilance de la personne qui s’occupe de la piscine et qui ne laisse personne reserver des transats (merci!!! C’est très appréciable). Merci d’ailleurs à lui, qui était particulièrement sympathique avec tout le monde. D’ailleurs, tout le personnel etait tres sympa, bien que nous ayons du un peu insister pour avoir notre 2e set de serviettes, qui avait été oublié. On l’a attendu environ 2h. Le restaurant est extrêmement cher pour les quantités servies, et n’affiche pas ses prix a l’entrée ce qui fait que nous nous sommes senties prises en otage une fois attablée devant un menu peu diversifié et si cher. Encore une fois je remercie le personnel, car finalement les critiques n’ont rien a voir avec eux. Ils étaient tous agréables et à l’écoute.
