El staff no es amigable y están con una cara de escopeta, me hubiera gustado saber sus taxes por usar el parking, cuando preguntamos nos dijieron €25.00 pero no nos mencionaron que nos cobrarían un impuesto de 70€ me siento robada, pregunten siempre me queda como experiencia, en ninguna parte se su página web o de expedía habla de un impuesto extra. La comida del desayuno es simple nada especial.

Location brilliant just north of the Tiber near Ponte Milio. Hour's walk to Rome central near Forum and Coliseum. Hearty breakfast clean rooms with minibar. Aircon rooms were spacious, toiletries were ample, no tea/coffee making in room is the only downside. Onstreet parking opposite if no space in small carpark to rear. Local pubs and clubs offer ample food choices if not eating in.Ideal location as Rome is not car friendly for non residents.

Really nice hotel with a balcony and very nice breakfast. Hotel has a bar as well and a little garden area. It is in a really cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Not super close to all the touristy stuff, but it can be a bit refreshing to be off the beaten path and to be in a neighborhood with a more local feel. Would be happy to stay here again and would recommend

Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The location and name is misleading as it doesn't face the river tiber. The room itself came with limited amenities, no kettle and breakfast had a severe lack of options. Worst of all, upon untucking the bed, I was confronted with spiled sheets. Luckily there was a blanket which I assumed was clean in the cupboard. Would not stay here again

I can’t figure out if reminds me more of a nursing home or a funeral home. It’s a really depressing busted, old suburban hotel that has seen better days. Also, when I got there, I decided to stay two nights instead of three and told him immediately. They are still charging me for the third night as I write this. We’ll see how it works out. But besides that, do not book a room on the ground floor. The window is a foot wide and abuts the ceiling at ground level so it honestly feels like you’re in a grave.

Hotel was good, clean, good condition, ok for a couple of nights. Two points to make 1) No Air-conditioning in the room. Apparently they turn it off for guests in October irrespective of hot it is in Roma (it was 24 degrees on our visit). They put the heating on for your comfort which they can turn off for you but this doesn’t include turning the Air-con on. 2) Distance wise it’s about 30 Euro and 30 minutes into the city with Rome traffic…. So when booking just factor this into your cost. Other than that hotel was ok but unable to sleep with no Air-con at night and the family in one room …

The property shuts off there central ac for the season so there was no ac in our unit but they did provide a fan. You could open the window but there was no screen so insects could get in the room. The property is clean and the staff helpful.

Kudos for all the staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast and room attendants. Giovanni, Daniel, Georgia, Aliseo, Boyet, Christopher, Christian, Jun, Jackie, Jen, Adriana. They were helplful and friendly right off the bat. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained. TV programs should have English translations. Bus trans, shopping and plaza are within walking distances. Lively @ night. Everybody walks.

Fantastic location. The hotel is located on a side street 200 meters (5 min. walk) from Piazzale de Ponte Milvio (Milvio Bridge Square) with more than 20 nice restaurants and cafes. If you want a quiet room ask for a room on the back side, toward the river.

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Rom City. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich mit Bus und Metro ungefähr eine Stunde entfernt. Hotel ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich groß und mehr als ausreichend. Es gab verschiedene Brotsorten, Käse, Wurst, Honig, Marmelade, verschiedene Sorten Cornflakes, Joghurt, Obst und sehr viel italienisches Gebäck wie Kuchen und Teilchen. Kaffee, Tee und verschiedene Fruchtsäfte selbstverständlich auch. Alles sehr lecker und ausreichend vorhanden. Es wurde auch immer alles wieder aufgefüllt. Auch die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte jeden Tag und es war alles sehr ordentlich. Der ganz große Minuspunkt ist aber das die angepriesene Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert bzw nicht angeschaltet wird, trotz warmer Temperaturen. Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel bei Temperaturen von 24 bis 26 Grad draußen bei schönstem Sonnenschein und hatten uns auf Abkühlung nachts zum schlafen gefreut. Leider wurde die Klimaanlage nicht angeschaltet und es war nachts so warm, dass wir morgens durchgeschwitzt waren. Man konnte nachts kaum schlafen, außer mit geöffneter Balkontüre, aber dann kamen die Mosquitos auch rein. Auch der Lärm von der Straße war dann sehr laut und ließ uns leider kaum schlafen. Die ganze Hoteletage war tags und nachts sehr warm, weil die Belüftung nur warme Luft abgegeben hat. Wird einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gerecht. Leider!
