Das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geduldig, mit Kindern. Das Hotel ist sauber und am Pool ist immer ein/e Bademeister/in anwesend. Schade war, dass der Pool um 20 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Vor allem, da das Hotel weit vom City Center entfernt ist und man abends nicht viel zu tun hat. Es gibt zwar eine Bahn in der Nähe, aber die fährt nicht wirklich öfter die Stunde und abends möchte man sich dort auch nicht aufhalten. Zu Fuß kann man dort nirgendwo hingehen, da es keine sicheren Gehwege gibt. Es bleibt also nur Taxi fahren. Bei längeren Aufenthalten geht das ziemlich aufs Geld.

I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground.

The amenities at this hotel were great! Excellent pool, A/C, parking availability, and room quality/size. Breakfast quality/variety was well priced and great. Lunch/dinner menu was limited and not great. Location was difficult - too far from city, poor road conditions (many pot holes), unsafe area, not close to stores or mass transit, etc. I would stay here again for the amenities alone. The staff was very nice.

Os quartos do Novotel na Europa costumam ficar pequenos quando o sofá -cama é aberto. No caso deste hotel a limpeza deixou a desejar, havia sujeira no frigobar e na área de banho, o teto do banheiro tinha sujeira e era um teto plástico então ficava evidente, o tamanho da área de banho também era bem reduzido. Grazie al cielo abbiamo prenotato per due notti. A saperlo ne avrei prenotata solamente una per poi correre via senza perdere soldi. Arriviamo il venerdì camera bella ma assolutamente Sporca! Capelli nella doccia e nel bidè. Polvere ovunque. Mio marito è allergico alla polvere e starnutiva continuamente. Quando aprivi la tenda usciva fuori un altro kg di polvere! Ho messo delle magliette pulite come fodere dei cuscini -.- Nonostante questo ci siamo svegliati col prurito. Mai più!

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza che per quattro persone era troppo piccola. Secondo me la camera era da due, poi hanno aperto il divano ed è diventata da quattro, ma a quel punto non riuscivamo più a muoverci. Tra l'altro il materasso del divano letto era molto scomodo. Sinceramente da un hotel quattro stelle prenotato otto mesi prima e non pagato poco, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, considerando che si trova ad una ventina di chilometri dal centro di Roma.La tenda oscurante era rotta in alto per cui non si chiudeva bene e di conseguenza al mattino alle 6.00 entrava la luce impedendomi di dormire.

We loved staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety to choose from. The area where it is located doesn’t look that great and even though it is close to the metro station I wouldn’t walk over there (specially at night). We didn’t have a problem with that because we rented a vehicle for which they offer free parking. The room was good and clean, but the bathroom (especially the tub) needs an urgent facelift. We had dinner at the hotel which was good but a little expensive. Would definitely come back there.

It was very nice and affordable. The staff were very friendly and nice especially Marco. There’s also metro station like 10mins walk from the hotel and there’s unguarded public parking st your own risk and there’s the hotel underground parking for a token. All in all, I highly recommend Novotel hotel Roma. The breakfast was very good and kids eat free

Over het algemeen hotel met goede faciliteiten. Maar wel gedateerd. Aanbod en bediening bij ontbijtbuffet prima. Beperkte menu kaart voor het diner. Tijdens Engels gezelschap tijdens diner veel te weinig aandacht voor andere gasten. Wij hebben onnodig lang op bediening en eten moeten wachten. Verbinding openbaar vervoer naar Rome Centrum en v.v. waardeloos. Trein verbindingen sloten niet op elkaar aan. Moesten op terug weg steeds 50 minuten wachten op trein overstap naar station bij Hotel.

the hotel is good and the staff is great. Breakfast is good and the bar and restaurant are good also. If you want to stay close to the center of Rome this is not the hotel unless you have a Car rental and plant on Uber. there is a train station close but it will take you a couple of transfers and over 1h to get to the center

What can I say? Bitterly disappointed and very upset about choosing this hotel for creating lifetime memories for my daughter and myself. The location of the Novotel is extremely inconvenient to the point where I actually ordered an Uber taxi to pick us up from the airport because we could not find, the way to the hotel it was that poorly managed. The signage from the train station was non-existent and in the searing heat with my teenage daughter I was forced to walk on a road with an inappropriate pathway with suitcases. I want a refund if you want to see the sites of Rome without spending copious amounts of money, on taxis then do not stay at this hotel. I made the move and stayed in the heart of Rome and I’ve never looked back. What a waste of money on this hotel.

D'une manière générale j'ai bien aimé la piscine son plus gros point surtout avec la température sous 42 degré situation géographique pas trop glamour un peu hors de centre de Rome mais le métro situé près de l'hôtel mais j'étais en voiture la nuit le route vers l'hôtel pas de lumière sa craint un peu cela n'engage en rien l'hôtel mais je dirai c'était convenable pour moi avec un marge de progression

There’s nothing around. So you don’t have a choice to eat but the inside restaurant The staff of this restaurant is so baddd and the food as well. The shower in the camera is only for kids, no adults can take a shower “decently” there.

Great property if hard to find. Buffet breakfast is worth the money. Good American and European fare. Lovely room with easy lighting, good shower and bathroom plumbing. Felt like a luxury stateroom on a great cruise.
