Fantastiskt läge på hotellet men många trappor och hissen var bara för en person. Hade dessutom trappor på rummet för att komma till toaletten. En till två nätter hade varit ok men 5 nätter var lite länge.

This is a hidden Roman gem! It is hard to find from the outside, but once you get behind the large wooden doors, the hotel is spectacular. We stayed as a family of four in one spacious and comfortable room. The staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but it was very nice and worth the amount, although it was a bit difficult to find as you weaved your way through floor one. The elevator is tiny- if you are claustrophobic, be sure to take the stairs.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! The only downside is that if you’re driving, parking can be a bit tricky since it’s quite limited in Rome. The nearest parking area is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. It would be great if valet service were available, especially for guests who are new to the area — but overall, it’s still a wonderful place to stay!

Hotel was good overall. Reception desk was nice and helpful and efficient. Room was clean, good size, fairly updated. Elevator very tiny (as mentioned in other reviews), and easier to take the stairs unless with luggage. Room faced an interior courtyard where garbage receptacles were stored - which was a bit unsightly and unpleasant to have to walk by in/out of hotel each day. Additionally, each night at about 11pm, rolling carts with laundry were hauled out, and were loud as they rolled on the cobble stones, disturbing if you're sleeping. Similarly, early mornings, as workers handle garbage disposal in the courtyard, guests can be awakened by loud talking, etc. Location was very easy and central walking distance to many things. A taxi stand was easily accessible across the street, and several cafe/restaurants are immediately outside the hotel, making it easy for breakfast - so no need to purchase hotel breakfast. And there is a mini-market across the hotel as well. All in all, a good stay minus the minor noise inconveniences.

The air condition barely worked, so they gave us a box fan to use. The shower had mildew all around and they were suppose to clean, but didn’t. The courtyard by the entrance was a trash pickup with piles of garbage bags and garbage cans all around! The staff was very nice! Sadly, I would not stay here again.

I didn’t like being a a separate building from the main building. Where not able to get breakfast. Had to walk outside 2 blocks to go to the main building for breakfast and snacks and drink at the bar, was not very convenient.

Unbeknownst to us our room was located in an 'annex' building approximately a quarter block from the main hotel. The breakfast room, bar and staff were located in the main hotel so to access services one had to exit (by way of stairs, two separate codes and an elevator) and walk the block on a very busy street. Not what I would call a pleasant/ convenient experience especially at this price point. The staff did their best to accommodate this set up. However, my biggest disappointment was the privacy and lighting situation in the room. The bathroom door is lightly frosted glass so anyone sitting on the commode can be clearly seen by anyone in the main room. Awkward if traveling with a friend but even a couple might find this unnerving. To make matters worse the light in the bathroom doesn't have a switch so to turn it off you have to take the key card out of the docking station. If you do that the docking station generates a very bright light (presumably so you can find it in the dark?) filling the room. So you either deal with a lit up bathroom with the see through door, or a dark bathroom but a bright light at the bedside while you are trying to sleep. We attempted to cover the docking station, and even asked the staff if something could be done but to no avail. I should have brought/bought an eye mask but honestly we had to compensate for a far away annex, lack of privacy in the bathroom and lighting concerns to even think of recommending this hotel.

The location was great. There were only 2 things that weren’t good, the check in and the elevator. It was a little hard to find snd then we had to walk to a different location for our room. The elevators kept getting stuck on the floors where people didn’t close the door all the way. We were on the 4th floor do we asked to change to a lower level so we wouldn’t have to use the elevator.

Impecável para nossa lua de mel com uma cartinha de boas vindas! Quarto impecável, silencioso mesmo o hotel estando no meio do centro. Amamos. Só fiquei chateada porque minha reserva tinha café da manhã e quando cheguei falaram que não tinha, então não sei sobre o café da manhã, mas meu marido esqueceu o terno no armário após o check out e prontamente nos avisaram e guardaram. Ficamos no edifício anexo,quarto com jacuzzi, valeu muito a pena.

The location is excellent, right in the historic center, very convenient, everything is within walking distance – all the main attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafés. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was also good, although sometimes the staff forgot to provide towels and toilet paper. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

We were upgraded from the Annexe to the main building on arrival. This made a huge difference as our room was quiter than the Annexe room would have been (further from the road). The room was spotlessly clean and of good size - not massive, but with plenty of space to move around and unpack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On our first night, we asked at the desk for a restaurant recommendation, the staff member told us her favourite nearby restaurant. It was great. We then discovered that the hotel had pdf (obtiainable from scanning a QR code in the room) of their recommended restaurants in the area but also further afield. We went to many of them and thought all of them were amazing - especially one that was in the same building as the hotel! As for location, the hotel is perfect. None of the main sights in Rome were more than 35 minutes walk away. We walked everywhere - which actually mean loads of walking as the Vatican Museums and Coluseum/Forum entailed lots and lots of walking around just to see everything in those locations....

The location and decor was top notch. Best spot to walk to all attractions and was away from the street vendors “pick pocket” areas. The room was great and the staff were exceedingly helpful and attentive. Only con was the noise from the room above which was an apartment not associated with the hotel.

I’m not one for writing many reviews but I have to on this one. Excellent location, you can walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, and many other hot spots. Rooms are small, but very well kept and clean (but you don’t want to stay in the room anyway). Excellent staff and the breakfast was top notch!! Everything 100%!! Staff communicates really well vai WhatsApp. Try the restaurant just outside the hotel (Come Na Vorta).

We stayed in the Executive room - which was very large and the kids enjoyed the swinging chair. However, the noise from above (Work) and outside street, plus below from the cafe in the mornings significantly reduced our enjoyment of the hotel. Staff were helpful enough but didn't seem to take our complaints seriously. A nice hotel - but would not recommend the executive room.

The room was very clean well appointed and had an interesting layout since the building was an old monastery. The layers of lights were impressive for setting different types of moods, crazy amount of switches, we liked that The roof of the room was post and beams, and that resulted in a lot of noise from upstairs apartment. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rome, set in a little courtyard off a busy street, they incorporate access into existing building of apartments through multiple secure doors. There was noise from alleyways next-door especially when restaurant throws away bottles so recommend using earplugs for sleeping. Staff were mostly great but on day leaving we had 36 euro breakfast charge on our bill that we did not incur and when I challenged that, staff member Matilda was very rude though eventually did resolve the issue. But it left a bitter taste and we are unsure if we would return to this property. Then we asked for a printout of our final bill and she said no because we bought on an app. We often book through apps and this is the first time we’ve been denied a final printout. There are a lot of choices for accommodation in Rome, not sure we would return to this one just based on the awkward check out.

This is not a hotel but AirBnB. It doesn't have a street facing reception. There is an office behind a shared gate that is closed in evening without answers. The actual rooms are located in an apartment on a separate street which has many other residents or owners. It took us more than 40 min to get checked in and settled in the room. Staff is not friendly for assistance including taxi request. If you are looking for a true 4 star hotel to say in Rome. This is not the place though it's in a good location of the city.

Clean room. Housekeeping was immaculate the entire 10 day store. Breakfast on sight was incredible. Front desk crew was extremely responsive to any and all requests. 10/10. Would stay again anytime.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was professional and attentive before and during our stay. The location is perfect and our room was comfortable, extremely clean and beautiful. Couldn’t have been happier for our family of 3. Would stay here again next time in Rome.

The air condition barely worked, so they gave us a box fan to use. The shower had mildew all around and they were suppose to clean, but didn’t. The courtyard by the entrance was a trash pickup with piles of garbage bags and garbage cans all around! The staff was very nice! Sadly, I would not stay here again.

There are many reasons I liked this hotel. Number one has to be the staff. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. From storing part our luggage while we traveled to other cities, to calling a cab at 4am. Rooms were nice and clean. Location was good. We walked everywhere. Will stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean well appointed and had an interesting layout since the building was an old monastery. The layers of lights were impressive for setting different types of moods, crazy amount of switches, we liked that The roof of the room was post and beams, and that resulted in a lot of noise from upstairs apartment. Excellent breakfast in both choice and quality. The staff were helpful and always on hand. It was quiet whilst we slept and the bed was extremely comfortable. Couldn’t fault it at all. Note: the hotel is hard to find upon first arrival. We walked around the block several times before asking a helpful waiter at a restaurant on the street. More detailed instructions would have been beneficial.

Établissement très bien placé dans le centre de Rome. Accès rapide à pieds de plusieurs monuments. Excellents restaurants à proximité. Bus, taxi, tramway aussi. Nous avons pris 2 nuitées. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Un bémol malgré tout. Certaines chambres dont la nôtre, chambre 304, suite junior, prévoir boule quies, le freinage du tramway est très dérangeant jusqu'à tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Des chambres donnent sur cour intérieur, privilégié ces dernières ci possible, comme la 110, 107... Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit déj est copieux.

Hotel was good overall. Reception desk was nice and helpful and efficient. Room was clean, good size, fairly updated. Elevator very tiny (as mentioned in other reviews), and easier to take the stairs unless with luggage. Room faced an interior courtyard where garbage receptacles were stored - which was a bit unsightly and unpleasant to have to walk by in/out of hotel each day. Additionally, each night at about 11pm, rolling carts with laundry were hauled out, and were loud as they rolled on the cobble stones, disturbing if you're sleeping. Similarly, early mornings, as workers handle garbage disposal in the courtyard, guests can be awakened by loud talking, etc. Location was very easy and central walking distance to many things. A taxi stand was easily accessible across the street, and several cafe/restaurants are immediately outside the hotel, making it easy for breakfast - so no need to purchase hotel breakfast. And there is a mini-market across the hotel as well. All in all, a good stay minus the minor noise inconveniences.

Traveling for fun. Was walking distance to Jewish Ghetto, Parthenon, and Fountain. Was about 20 min walk to Coliseum and to Spanish steps. Enjoyed easy walk to Plaza Navona. Great restaurant one minute, to ten minutes walk. Shopping nearby. Great location.

I’m not one for writing many reviews but I have to on this one. Excellent location, you can walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, and many other hot spots. Rooms are small, but very well kept and clean (but you don’t want to stay in the room anyway). Excellent staff and the breakfast was top notch!! Everything 100%!! Staff communicates really well vai WhatsApp. Try the restaurant just outside the hotel (Come Na Vorta).

The location is great and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Access to the hotel is not great but it is workable. Be careful when booking to be clear which part of the hotel you are staying in, particularly if booking more than 1 room.
