Nota molto importante la descrizione della camera 20 mq e Bagno con Bidet. Mi dispiace ma la camera sarà stata di 16 ed il Bidet non c’era . Per sentirmi dire dalla Reception che devo prenotare la suite per avere il bidet! Assurdo. Se non avete i servizi cosa li scrivete a fare nella descrizione della camera? Per il resto hotel è arredato molto bene!La colazione è buona! Il parcheggio comodo per 20 euro a notte su prenotazione.

With Hotels hard to decide on in Rome this one suited perfectly. Located in the suburbs was just a short 5 min walk to station connections & had lots of cafe & Restaurant's nearby. Clean & comfortable , a large lounge indoor & outdoor, bar & great to retreat to after a long day doing touristy things.

Nice hotel if one wants to be a little distance away from the main tourist areas of Rome. Power went out in room in early morning, but fixed quickly by staff member.

The hotel was a little hard to find but our suite was nice. The only thing it could use was coffee in the room but other than that we had no issue's.

Bellissimo Hotel con un fascino vintage. Buonissima la colazione. Personale di sala gentile e simpatico. La mia stanzetta era singola e piccola ma molto confortevole. Buon profumo del sapone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato l’aperol Spritz. Forse non avevano disponibile il prosecco e lo hanno allungato con l’acqua. Sicuramente questo è migliorabile. Lo consiglio. Inoltre, per chi deve recarsi al Gemelli valutare il traffico. Vorrei dire alla proprietaria di sorridere di più. 😘

We stayed at the Club House Hotel for 3 nights and don’t have a single complaint. Check in was easy. Lobby is beautiful. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Bar service was exceptional. The concierge even inquired further on their own about our missing luggage while we were out for the day! About a 7 minute walk to the Cornelia metro station. Overall, a great experience! I would love to come back!

Place is easy to get to from the airport, metro station just a few blocks away and area is safe. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Breakfast was just ok. Best thing of this hotel is that rooms were SPOTLESS and spacious enough. Only downside was that although the AC was nice and cool it dripped all night, two nights in a row. They came in and repaired it after the first night but we had same issue on the 2nd. We had to use every single towel to make it through the night. With that said, we were compensated in the end with an adjustment to our bill. So the facilities might need some TLC to avoid hiccups like these from happening but overall would stay here again. Staff was polite too.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schon in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die immer an einer Lösung orientiert sind. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und waren per se sauber. Ich musste einmal das Zimmer aufgrund von Ameisen auf dem Boden wechseln. Diese kamen wahrscheinlich aus einer Fugr zwischen der Wand und dem Fenster. Generell war der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer aus echt unschön (siehe Bild). Nach 15min durfte ich das Zimmer auch wechseln. An einigen Stellen hat das Hotel definitiv Renovierungsbedarf.

When I entered two things immediately alarmed me . 1. there was a heavy kind of hotel perfume smell which I suspected was there to cover even worse smell .. 2. I asked and paid for double bed room . Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in Rom. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, fußläufig erreicht man sowohl die Metro, einen Conad Supermarkt aber auch tolle kleine Cafés mit leckerem Frühstücksangebot. In der Umgebung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Hotel selbst macht auf den erste Blick einen guten Eindruck und auch das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit und Zustand des Badezimmers ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten leider viel Schimmel im Badezimmer und ein sehr verstaubtes Zimmer. Dies sollte für weitere Gäste unbedingt behoben werden da dies für einen längeren Aufenthalt gesundheitsschädigend ist.

I thought it was easy to find the hotel but was disappointed that my room wasn't ready when the check-in opened. The room was small, however had all the things you need. The floor wasn't well swept and was quite dirty however the rest of the room was adequate

We had a pre pack breakfast due to leaving before 7am. Yellow apple, crossaint, Melba toast. Very unappealing! Hotel was lovely…but we did have cockroaches. Staff did deal with it but made our stay very uncomfortable. No other rooms to move to. Such a shame as hotel was lovely. Had four hours sleep and running half marathon the next day. Had the cocktail special offer - all snacks meat based. Both vegetarian! Drinks given free as an apology for the cockroaches but feel there should have been a bigger refund.

The room and the bathroom were clean which is what i was looking for. The hotel and the area nice and quiet so ... we used a publuc transport and were feeling safe walking from the bus in the area when was already dark.

The property was not in the best of areas. The problems with Metro service also did not make staying here any more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and professional. The room was very small with no storage offerings other than a cubby.

è la seconda volta che alloggio in questo Hotel, la prima volta sono rimasto soddisfatto per aver dormito in una camera pulita confortevole. Questa volta le cose sono andate in maniera diversa, a parità di prezzo ho dovuto soggiornare in una stanza di dimensioni inadeguate, ( sembrava di essere in uno sgabuzziono ) per non parlare del bagno, praticamente inagibile da quanto era piccolo.

Pontos positivos: Funcionários educados e gentis Cama grande, confortável, bons travesseiros. Toalhas ok, Wi-Fi com boa conexão, decoração do quarto bonita Bom café da manhã Limpeza ok Pontos negativos: não tem espelho de corpo todo no quarto, somente o espelho do banheiro (rosto). sem isolamento acústico (da pra escutar tudo do corredor/quartos vizinhos). box do banheiro muitooooo pequeno, uma pessoa gorda terá dificuldade em se mexer pra tomar banho. Meninas que não querem lavar o cabelo, esqueça, impossível. Tem metrô perto, mas é longe da parte turística. Metrô fecha 23h durante a semana, aí tem que depender de ônibus, é uma função voltar mais tarde. Não são todos os lugares que o metrô da acesso. Pra mim foi o principal inconveniente da viagem

I was behind the doors knocking and ringing doorbell and no one let till 3:43 am by another resident. I was horrified. The lady was very rude and treated to call the police because I was very tired and asked for late checkout.

The hotel was well placed to reach all of the landmarks in Rome via the Metro - The room was great and the staff were amazing and were always on hand to help. Breakfast was amazing and all min all this was a great choice for the 2 of us. I would recommend this to couples.

Hotel alejado del centro , el personal del lobby no es lo mejor , si tienes un problema ( varias habitaciones nos quedamos sin electricidad) ellos no te van a solucionar, simplemente espere !! El único destacable es el administrador, es una persona educada y amable , la habitación es pequeña, el baño no es apto para personas de más de 1.70 de altura , sería imposible usarlo , el desayuno es limitado para los standares de Italia , en resumen no creo volver a este hotel .

The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They helped us with how to get places and provided us with maps. Our room was excellent. Air conditioning worked flawlessly and we had a nice balcony. The daily breakfast (although not included), was good with plenty of options for non vegans. If you were vegan, you were severely limited to only a couple of things. The staff where we had breakfast were also very friendly.

I ended up in Rome because of a missed flight connection and had nowhere to stay. This was the only decently priced hotel I found minutes before midnight. And it was a little gem. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The receptionist was really nice and even tried to find me something to eat even if they didn't have anything available. He also booked my taxi for the morning. The lady in the breakfast room, Mary I think was an angel. Overall it was a great experience considering I was having a really bad day. Thank you for everything

Absolutely disgraceful service. In the middle of a war, when all airlines cancelled and airports shut down, this hotel chose to hide behind a “non-refundable” policy instead of showing basic human decency. They even told me on the phone they *would have refunded* if I hadn’t booked through Expedia — unbelievable! Heartless and greedy. I will never forget how I was treated in a time of crisis. Travelers beware.

We stayed at the Club House Hotel for 3 nights and don’t have a single complaint. Check in was easy. Lobby is beautiful. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Bar service was exceptional. The concierge even inquired further on their own about our missing luggage while we were out for the day! About a 7 minute walk to the Cornelia metro station. Overall, a great experience! I would love to come back!

With Hotels hard to decide on in Rome this one suited perfectly. Located in the suburbs was just a short 5 min walk to station connections & had lots of cafe & Restaurant's nearby. We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was updated and comfortable, and my husband especially enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is in a great location—close to the Cornelia metro station and just a 10-minute walk from a self-service laundromat that accepts Apple Pay. There’s also a fantastic fresh pasta restaurant, Tagliatella, just a short walk away. My husband appreciated staying outside the city center and taking the metro into the heart of Rome each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Unterkunft ist Sauber, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gute Anbindung vom Flughafenbus, Bus oder Metro zur Stadt. Umgebung ist schmutzig und nach der Metro Station hat es einige Obdachlose, was nicht unüblich für Rom ist.

Place is easy to get to from the airport, metro station just a few blocks away and area is safe. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Breakfast was just ok. Best thing of this hotel is that rooms were SPOTLESS and spacious enough. Only downside was that although the AC was nice and cool it dripped all night, two nights in a row. They came in and repaired it after the first night but we had same issue on the 2nd. We had to use every single towel to make it through the night. With that said, we were compensated in the end with an adjustment to our bill. So the facilities might need some TLC to avoid hiccups like these from happening but overall would stay here again. Staff was polite too.

We had a pre pack breakfast due to leaving before 7am. Yellow apple, crossaint, Melba toast. Very unappealing! Hotel was lovely…but we did have cockroaches. Staff did deal with it but made our stay very uncomfortable. No other rooms to move to. Such a shame as hotel was lovely. Had four hours sleep and running half marathon the next day. Had the cocktail special offer - all snacks meat based. Both vegetarian! Drinks given free as an apology for the cockroaches but feel there should have been a bigger refund.

Proximity of the Hotel to the nearest metro was really convinient (😌Cornelia - metro line A) The room was cleaned daily and the AC during the hottest days was a really nice bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The buffet style suited us and we tried almost everything they had to offer. Nutella croissant and cappuccino - wonderful. It is not exactly a place to stay your whole day over as our room was quite small and we couldn't find any closets. But we always left in the morning and came back in the late evening. Overall, a really great place to stay for a holiday (we stayed there for a week). The staff members were really kind and friendly.

Bellissimo Hotel con un fascino vintage. Buonissima la colazione. Personale di sala gentile e simpatico. La mia stanzetta era singola e piccola ma molto confortevole. Buon profumo del sapone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato l’aperol Spritz. Forse non avevano disponibile il prosecco e lo hanno allungato con l’acqua. Sicuramente questo è migliorabile. Lo consiglio. Inoltre, per chi deve recarsi al Gemelli valutare il traffico. Vorrei dire alla proprietaria di sorridere di più. 😘
