The location was great, walking distance to a lot of attractions, food and stores. The hotel was very clean. The tv did not work. They were supposed to fix it but they didn’t. The AC didn’t work either but I didn’t mentioned it. There was a language barrier but the stuff was very nice.

The staff were friendly, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. The location worked for us and it was decent enough to just stay. The toilet was facing a corner wall that stuck out, so had to sit sideways on the toilet, then the toilet would wobble and the seal came off and flooded the floor. The shower was good. It'd be nicer to know what the room looked like beforehand, and not feel like it was misrepresented. Good walking distance to colosseum.

The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .
