Prachtig hotel met voortreffelijke eigen restaurant. Prima prijs/kwaliteit. Wij hadden een standaard kamer en een familiekamer geboekt (totaal7 personen); bij aankomst hebben wij zonder ernaar te vragen een upgrade gehad van de standaard kamer naar een comfort kamer en van de familiekamer naar de suite!!! Wij hebben tevens gegeten in het restaurant: lekker eten, snelle bediening en interessante prijs. Ook op het onbijt was niets aan te merken. Tevens ruime pakeermogelijkheid aan het hotel zelf. Wij komen hier zeker terug voor een arrangement weekend of iets dergelijks!

Easy to find, just.off the highway. Family room had another room adjacent so that was nice. Breakfast pretty limited some struggles to get decent toast. But overal ok, gym needs a tidy up and restoration. For sauna I was told to let the reception know 30mins in advance which is good.

We were only there for one night but everything was excellent. The restaurant was very good and the little bar area was tiny but perfect for us. The beds we exceptionally comfortable and the parking was right outside and very convenient for getting our bags in. We enjoyed the experience and recommend this place to anyone.

Alles wunderbar, das Personal war nett, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Nicht nur das Zimmer sauber, sondern das ganze Hotel. Großes Frühstück für kleines Geld. Für alle etwas dabei. Perfekt abgerundet wenn es dazu Früchte geben würde. Abschließendes Plus, liegt im Grünen ruhig gelegen.

Beautiful, very clean and neat, affordable (huge suite with 4 beds for an extremely reasonable price), good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of it is the layout. We were in their extended portion of the property, across the street, and our room was at the end of a maze of narrow walkways between buildings and a lot of stairs. We were originally going to bring our stroller, but it would have been impossible with the stairway up to the building with our room, the doors, etc. We also had to haul our luggage through all these stairs and windy walkways. For breakfast, we had to walk down a larger flight of stairs, cross a road, and then enter the main building. We are healthy and it was not a problem. But it would have been impossible for someone in a wheel chair or someone with a lot of unruly toddlers.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. However, the room was smaller than expected. The hotel advertises AC, but only in one of the two bedroom suites. Upon checkout I was charged more than what I was told when I checked in. The room is not worth the cost.

Freundlicher Empfang, schneller check in. Zimmer war eiskalt trotz ausgeschalteter AC. Alter Fließenfußboden, Einrichtung zusammengewürfelt, kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und Vorhang trägt nicht wirklich zur Verdunkelung bei.

When we first went to check in the room wasn't available even after being time for check in. There was 2 girls at the front desk that seemed not interested to do there job and somewhat ignored us. They were more focused on hanging out with each other. We finally said we would leave and come back with the hope our room would be ready and when we arrived a different lady was there and she was very helpful. She walked us to our room and let us in. The room was nice and roomy and clean.

Bei Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, musste 20 Minuten warten bis sich jemand zum Einchecken gefunden hatte. Das gebuchte "Comfort"-Zimmer mit renovierungsbedürtigem Bad ging zur Straße ,obwohl extra ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt wurde. Zimmerwechsel war möglich , mußte aber über den Hof zum Zimmer, da nicht im Hauptgebäude. Zimmer hatte eiskalten ungemütlichen Steinboden, kam mir vor wie in einem Kellerraum. Kann die hohen Bewertungen für diese Haus nicht nachvollziehen. Saunabereich ist ein Witz, Frühstück war gut, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt in diesem Haus nicht. Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneisse der Ramstein Airbase und es ist bis Nachts mit Fluglärm zu rechnen.

Beds were comfortable. There was a separate bedroom for my teenage kids with a bunk bed - not too comfortable. You need to leave the door open though for the A/C to get to that room. The shower was very uncomfortable - doors did not shut properly. Otherwise, the room was good. The place had a nice breakfast, and there is a bar/restaurant on location as well. The hotel is not near any walkable area - but it served my purpose to break the trip on my way further south.

This quiet hotel sits on the far eastern edge of Kaiserslautern. There is nothing really around here but a an Irish pub across the street. The property has rooms on both sides of the room, and has 2 rooms to eat in and an outside dining area as well. Taxis have to be called and you need to allow extra time. The handicapped people will have a rough time navigating the hotel. Lots of steep hills and it would be quite difficult to push a wheelchair up.

I have stayed in this area and pleasantly surprised this is a clean, modern room hotel just outside the main town of Kaiserslautern. It has most reasonably priced on site restaurant and good parking. Also much better priced than the Hilton thats in town always booked.

Leider war das Hotel v.a. Beim Frühstück am ersten Aufenthaltstag völlig überfordert, was an der starken Auslastung des Hotels wegen des Fußballspiels gelegen haben könnte. Sollte aber nicht sein. Restaurant fanden wir auch eher >Durchschnittlich v.a. Was das Preis & Leistungsverhältnis angeht.

Hotel an sich gut. Frühstück war eher unterer Durchschnitt da Buffet bereits 7 Uhr morgens nicht nachgelegt wurde. Es gibt auch keine Ladestation obwohl dies Angegeben und beworben wird. Einzig eine Schuko Steckdose war da….
