The room was clean. Front desk staff were great. Beverages in the hotel shop were high priced, but convenient. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We got a parking spot next to the hotel, but would fill up and overflow parking was a couple of blocks away. We liked it enough to stay on two different occasions.

Wonderful staff. Good location. Plenty of parking. Wonderful transportation through the hotel to the airport and local attractions. Lots of food options in the area. Hotel is ok, but our room was tiny, and needed Some sprucing up. No workout facilities.

Short but very enjoyable stay. Free shuttle to the train station which is pretty close by. Managed to see the Northern Lights from right outside the hotel - very lucky!

Found door locked for security when tried to open door front desk visible thru window but still had to buzz in to tell them were checking in. Noticed surrounding businesses had padlock chains after closing . Did not feel very safe walking in neighborhood

No bottled water available - was told to go to the store about a half mile away (we had no car) and it was 20 degrees. Minor repair work needed on windows (cold air coming in). The free shuttle was not aailable due to mechanical issues but they called a Lyft for us at no charge.

Great value for the price. A shuttle from the airport is available 24/7 which came in very helpful because our flight was delayed and we landed after all the car rental counters were closed. There are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The location is downtown but Fairbanks' downtown is more industrial than I expected. The hotel is clean but they don't clean your room everyday if staying multiple nights. They do have a tiny mini-mart in the lobby for quick breakfast or snacks.

The bathroom in our room was very sticky. I washed the floor and it was disgustingly filthy! We did feel that the sheets were clean. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was friendly and efficient.

Clean room, a little dated but overall clean so no complaints there. They have a small shop for anything that you might’ve forgotten while packing for your trip. I believe the customer service and staff was the best part! Josie gave so many great recommendations and tips! Candace was the sweetest and made sure we were okay. Would def come back and stay here and roam around downtown Fairbanks. Thank you Bridgewater!

I liked that they organized a lyft for us when we arrived at the fairbanks airport. I didn't like that in-between the wall and my bed and in-between the wall and the dresser drawers it was very unclean. There was rubbish there that was not ours.

2 nite stay - the only recognition from the front desk staff was when we checked in. And she was barely civil. In-room amenities are marginal, 2 small thin bath towels, 2 smaller hand towels and wash cloths. Carpet is dirty - I spilled some water and put a towel down to mop it up,pressing down a few times- it came up pretty dirty. Yuck Area around the hotel is urban streets and parkings lots all around

The Good: it was clean and convenient to downtown. The Bad: A non-working exhaust fan in bathroom; no other room ventilation other than opening the window; frig was tiny. No security on the Wi-Fi. They give you a ten-digit number to log in, but I suspect everyone has the same number and then if you do get in, the network drops you every two mins. Rooms are only cleaned every-other-day. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. No local information provided in the rooms. For a property owned by Wyndham it is very disappointing and you pay big bucks to be disappointed. If you can stay somewhere else, DO!

This is a wonderful, clean hotel with great front desk staff. The rooms are small - a little bigger than European sizing. Definitely recommend, regardless. It’s right on the river and lots of places to eat that are a short walk.

While the rooms were small. They were perfect for what we needed on a trip dealing with a family matter. Television was new and bathroom was just fine. Everything was just fine… Not luxurious but well priced.

Great welcoming staff. The shower was really small. Which is only a big deal if you like a roomy shower. Apparently also the rooms upstairs had a normal size shower so just fyi. The rest of the property and room were great.

Not a deal breaker but the walls are thin can hear the TV and conversations in the room next door, floors are squeaky when you walk around the room, you can hear people walking around the floors above and next door, afraid to walk around in the hotel room because floors creek. Front Desk staff was wonderful, housekeeping was amazing

Very expensive for a very basic hotel. Room was far too hot, yet the AC was far too noisy to have on, and right next to one of the beds. At least they have a parking lot and free coffee.

The hotel itself is okay nothing extraordinary. The room was adequate had the normal amenities but the shower was tiny! Cleanliness was fine and the lobby was neat. Location was close proximity to dining places and right by the veterans bridge that takes you downtown where all the shops are.

The staff was amazing, they offered coffee everyday and was very knowledgeable about the area and events. Janet, Ethan and the manager were all very accommodating. Will be back in the summer and book again. Yes, the hotel is old but clean many room renovated and hospitable. Shuttle service was great both upon arrival and leaving. I absolutely had a wonderful stay.

They were overbooked and gave the key of our rooms to someone else. Imagine someone walking in to your room at 2am when you are in deep sleep and you have a confrontation because the hotel staff messed up and overbooked. On top of that the lady at the reception had the audacity to call us in the morning (7.30 am) and asked us why we were still in the room. The checkout time was stated as 11am but since they never registered us in the system she thought we shouldn’t be there. But they were happy to take our money. Out credit card was charged and no apology or refund was provided .

Very nice room. The desk clerk gave us the key to a room that was already occupied,which was embarrassing for us and I’m sure frightening for the people in that room. I believe they should have received a free night and we should have gotten a discount.

The place needs a lot of work, most of which should have been done years ago. Broken windows, stained carpet and packing tape hold the rug together. The staff was great. Helpful, pleasant and available.

On the night of 09/21/25, the female front desk staff on duty was extremely unprofessional. My hotel reservation was cancelled without my knowledge, and when I asked for an explanation, she demanded that I pay an $80 fee and then double the price to rebook. When I said this was unreasonable, she told me to leave and refused to issue any refund. This is completely unacceptable behavior and service. I ended up going to Spring Hill instead, where the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river.They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay

The hotel locals in the downtown area and is walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and conveniently equipped with a fridge and microwave oven. However, the hotel doesn’t have breakfast and the room is small and renovations are outdated.

Great staff, easy check-in. Rooms are simple, but nice. Heating works well which is a big plus when it's sub-zero weather outside! The only real downside is there is no restaurant, even for breakfast. Most hotels in this category usually offer free breakfast bit there are no dining facilities so it's not available. That said, there are great restaurant options within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

Nothing special but a good location for ships, food and museums. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly but not openly helpful. There looked to be complimentary coffee set out in the morning but I had not been made aware of this when I arrived. I asked for suggestions of what to do with my first afternoon, they roundly really help. But in the whole did what it needed to do, be somewhere to sleep whilst I visited Fairbanks.
