Rook was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local food, parking lot is well lit. The property was very convenient and easy to move around the area!

Room smelled like Marijuana. No sheets on one bed. Ants everywhere in our room. We were told the pool would be open, it was not. When we got down for breakfast there was none.

When I called to confirm the pool was open, I was told yes, when we got there the pool was closed. We were supposed to have side by side rooms with family we we were traveling with, we were at opposite ends of the hotel. There was mold in one of the showers. One bed didn't have sheets. Our food cooler was full of ants in the morning. There was a tornado siren that went off but no one told us what to do or where to go if a tornado did come. One room smelled like mildew the other reeked of Marijuana. Avoid this hotel if you can!!

Parking lot had alot of cigarette butts and other trash.

We stayed for 1 week ans it was well kept and comfy. Disappointed that the pool was not open for Memorial Day weekend.

This property was more like a motel than a hotel. Doors opened directly to the outside, not to an inner hallway. Room had been recently renovated, but the quality of the work done was not great. At breakfast, the circuit breaker kept tripping, leaving us in darkness. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent Wirth the usual hot items.

Pool was dirty and pool times not enforced. People were drinking and smoking in the pool area. Accessibility bathroom was unsafe. Tub was sli k and not enough grab bars and no seat in tub.

The room was good and clean. No problems there whatsoever. The pool wasn't clean though, which was disappointing. Full of bugs and leaves. The free breakfast was...well...FREE, hey hey.

Beds were comfy.but the room had flies in it, a big spider in the tub and the floors were dirty.

Room was clean-ish, but boxes from previous renter's white claws were still in the corner of the room and other pieces of trash were found as well. Looked as though cleaning had happened quickly, but not thoroughly.

Every single sheet and bedding had gross stains covering them. Hair all over in the tub from previous users.

We recently stayed at Best Western and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and approved our last-minute booking without any issues. The check-in process was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast spread offered by the hotel. It was a great way to start our day. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated right next to multiple restaurants, which made it easy for us to find dining options. The hotel is tucked away in a low-key area, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. However, we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The air unit in our room wasn't fully up to par, and when we walked in, the temperature was set at 75 degrees, which took most of the evening to cool down. We ended up opening the door to cool down the room. Additionally, we noticed a little mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and encountered some mini ants in the bathroom and sink. We notified the front desk about these issues during check-out. Despite these minor inconveniences, we are overall happy with our stay at Best Western. The positive aspects of our experience outweighed the negatives. We appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff in addressing our concerns. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I liked the location of this property. It has been updated. The first floor had laminate flooring and it was so nice. The second floor had carpet and my little ones feet kept turning black.

Mattress was very old, I could move from the edge because at the center you would rolled in, Ac very noisy

We were traveling from northern Missouri to Panama City Beach Florida with a pickup/trailer and a crossover SUV and were very tired after driving more than 10 hours straight. Hotel was friendly and clean, and allowed our dogs. No sketchy people, close to food, and well lit. The only complaint we have is that the bed box spring was broken (room 110) and was noisy on the broken side. We didn't sleep well due to this. It was late and exhaustion took over so we didn't ask for another room.

It was ok. Front desk people were great. Room was older but you could tell they had tried to update it. It was by the office and there was alot of noise from people coming and going.

Very clean tidy room. Host was very nice and helpful. Bathroom wt squeaky clean. Great location. Nice, quiet area. Only issue was bed mattress was worn out and there was y moving around, had bad worn area in mattress. Overall nice except the mattress !

Unless you are a heavy sleeper, the flood light outside your window will keep you up.. No curtains either, just a roll up thin blind

The desk clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. There was a good hot breakfast with plenty of food. Location was close to the US highway.

Toilet didnt work at all and I had to fix it. Then it decided to not flush later in stay. Thoroughly disappointing. Fees were tacked on in middle of night that was NEVER told of. Not even on first nights invoice. Then added another night next morning. There was $90 extra fees added and no explaination. So beware. But hey the coffee machine was okay

Lady at the front desk was excellent. Room was clean.

Check in person was blah, barely said hello. Room was ok except refrigerator did not work so was unable to cool down water before putting in cooler next day. Low pressure in shower. There was also a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom where a light fixture should be.

I would advise all to put the do not disturb sign out. I ran my son to the dr at 8am. At 8:15 housekeeping knocked, we’re told no thank you, and walked in anyway. Hubby was still in bed.

Toilet didn’t work but the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room right away. 1 towel in bathroom so ask for more. Very comfortable beds and a good shower.

Best Western in Cullman was accommodating to all of our needs. The surroundings were a little unsettling. The personnel were helpful. Room was comfy/

Breakfast was mediocre at best

This is an older property with some maintenance issues. The beds were OK but not great, as was the shower. The TV, fridge and microwave were good. The breakfast was limited and not great, and they needed more than one person to keep the breakfast stocked with coffee, etc.

We got in last night to having no power and apparently it was a scheduled outage that nobody had told us about. Also breakfast this morning was rancid. The biscuits were so soggy they were in-edible. Sausage was burnt and eggs were practically water. Really disappointed because we now have to go out and pay for breakfast elsewhere.

The property was fine. We stayed in room 217. There was a very strong cleaning chemical smell, could have been oil based paint/turpentine type smell. It was strong but manageable. The only complaint would be the limited dining area and the small options for breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying at your hotel. Our room was perfect! The grounds were kept impeccable! Breakfast was the best we have seen in Cullman so far!

The room was clean but the breakfast was probably the worst we have ever had for this type of hotel. There was basically no breakfast left and no one replenished the supplies.
