Ice machine upstairs was broken. Mattresses slid around on the foundations. Stairs were dangerous as the steps are not of uniform heights. There were no tissues in our room and no shampoo in the dispenser. Bathroom light automatic exhaust fan was very noisy.

The bedding was dirty it even had foot prints on it. The bath tub drained slowly. We booked a room for 4 people but only had towels and wash clothes for 3. The pool was the best part of our stay. You walk out the door and you could get a contact high.

check in was ok except there are no elevators for this property was told because it was prepaid that we could not get a ground floor room. We had to carry our luggage and things up a large flight of stairs. We forgot something and had to climb them 3 times. The room looked run down, holes in the walls, and a very large soft spot in the floor under the carpet by the heater/air conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there were shampoo and conditioner in the shower/bathtub.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches watching there eggs hatch.(no joke) Only reason I didn't walk out is because I was so tired and I was by myself just to sleep. It's talking there.Thank god for the ac that worked to cut down on the smell. Disgusting stains on the vanity. Walls and ceilings were marred. i can't imagine why they would think this was a presentable room to rent. Or even close to presentable. I know $,100 is not a lot to spend on a hotel room.But you would think you would get a clean safe environment that doesn't stink and doesn't have bugs.

My wife and son checked into this hotel. They had to immediately leave and check into another hotel because the Quality Inn in Cullman, AL was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the toilet. The shower had in it. The sheets were dirty. The walls had hand prints on them. There was food on the wall next to the garbage can. The wall next to one of the beds had poop stains on it. Bottom line: Don't stay here.

The room needed repairs, paint was all chipped up, furniture was all scratched, lamp shades were all stained. Cleanliness of the room could use some deep cleaning, cob webs, dirt in all the baseboard corners, dirt in the dresser drawers. Has went downhill since our stay a few years ago. Not sure we will stay again.

Our stay at the Quality Inn in CULLMAN, AL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. We had a reservation and then when got there they couldn't find it. We got charged twice then I had to call them when we got home. We were there BCUZ our son was getting married, and I was so sick for those 2 days BCUZ I have cancer and the chemo I had taken the day before made me sicker than usual. The bathroom had hair in the tub which is disgusting. We would have left on Saturday after the wedding but I had gotten sicker and weaker than before we left for the wedding. I couldn't make it home w/o lying down. It just wasn't a good two days and nights in that motel. Just wasn't satisfactory at all.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

My family and I were staying here for the night to break up the drive on vacation. We were not expecting anything luxurious, but a place to sleep. However, there was very little quality at the Quality Inn. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the walls were very thin so you heard any noise around you, the bathroom was dirty.

Safety lock was gone, wifi was inoperable , room stank, cigarette burns on flimsy bed cover, fitted sheets didn’t cover mattress, carpet had bare spots, felt grimy, run away!! Do not come here! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I picked this one thinking I could count on Quality Inn being a bit nicer and more “quality”. It was okay. The rooms seem dated but it was comfortable enough. The linens were more than acceptable. Convenient location off of 65.

The shower was excellent, the room was so clean and just remodeled. We had no complaints regarding any of that. However, the bed was so hard we literally could not sleep. It was like sleeping on the floor just raised. It was actually unbelievable. Neither my husband or I could get comfortable. 2 days later and we are still talking about it.

We checked in late because we were traveling and I couldn’t even go inside the lobby to get the keys for our rooms, I was given our keys through what appeared to be bulletproof glass. I was never asked for my ID. The bed was awful and very loud with the slightest move. In one of the rooms we got, there was a bug that appeared to be a roach. About 4am I guess it was the garbage getting picked up and it was so incredibly loud and happened multiple times. People were walking by our window and overall it just not seem safe. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and never had a bad experience, but this was the only hotel that had rooms, I can see why. We were very ready to check out!

Night clerk was very nice as she checked us in…I didn’t even have to ask what time breakfast was, she just freely gave the information…I don’t normally pick a quality inn, but it had good reviews, and the management was very responsive to those reviews…the surrounding area was pretty quiet…the room was extremely clean…the beds seemed to be on metal platforms that made a little noise as you moved around, but beds and pillows were super comfortable. Overall I was pretty impressed.

Clean sheets and towels, nice staff. We only planned on staying one night but ended up staying two. Staff was very nice at check in and when we added the additiinal night. Housekeeping came and cleaned room and changed out the towels after the first night. We would stay again.

Property badly needs updating. The carpet was dirty and peeled off in some places, the bedside lamp is not working, the lamp shades are decorated with dust balls all around, the door to the room looked like it was badly beaten by a basebal bat or pried open, the privacy latch was gone. In the morning the breakfast looked so stale, the tiny biscuits were so hard, the premade eggs were like plastic hard, the gravy was runny and bland. No meat whatsoever. Everything else looked like it was served leftovers from previous days. Definitely not how we remembered it staying here a few year's ago. The only thing going was the location where it was thankfully close to other dining options. Otherwise, the property itself just needs a total overhaul.

The property was very quiet and clean with many dining options within walking distance.it felt very safe with no suspicious people lurking around. The staff were all friendly. The room looked like it was freshly updated although the bed was not so good. The mattress sits on a metal frame and it was very hard. My back is killing me. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. If they feel confident serving that shame on them. There were cold hard small biscuits that appeared to be microwaved. The eggs were little round frozen things. The gravy was out of a can heated up in a crockpot. Honestly it looked days old. The apple juice out of the machine tasted sour almost like the inside of the machine was molded. Theres a dennys and a wafflehouse near by..m go there!

The only comment I have is the breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast which we look for when we book. All there was was biscuits (no gravy) and small round things that were I guess eggs. There were muffins and cereal . That’s it. And juice and coffee. We would not book there again because of this.
