The room was very clean, but when we walked it, it had a slight smell that was similar to mildew smell, after running the AC it helped it not be so strong. TV remote did not work very well. Other than those two things the stay was great, pool is nice, breakfast was good, staff is very friendly, would definitely stay again.

Toilet, barely worked, sink didn’t drain, there was bugs. Staff came in while we were out and took the dirty towels, did nothing else, and didn’t even leave fresh towels. The toilet would barely flush, so whenever we call the front desk they asked if we could come get the plunger ourselves. The first time I called the front desk about the issue nobody answered, so whenever I went down to the front desk, the fellow working was laid up on the couches on his cell phone, eating watermelon. Also, the side door to the building, the keypad did not work for your key card Dash it was busted, so it stayed open the entire time for everybody and anybody to come in and out of there. Which is super unsafe, considering it was on the side of the building. Also, the fridge in the room did not stay cold and leaked on the carpet.

The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable but small. I do like that the sink and hairdryer was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good enough to fulfill you. There is a washing machine, but the dryer was out-of-order. Overall, there weren’t any big issues and I would stay again.

You get what you pay for. Black mold on shower caulking, small square pillows, ripped carpet, musky smell in hallway and room. Rooms are not quiet, we could hear people walking in the hallways and next door to us.

We left a day early and filed a complaint with corporate office about their behavior. Definitely would not recommend this dump!

The room looked clean at first glance but I ended up killing three roaches and finding a dead one in the fridge. The microwave was filthy and I got the previous tenants fake eyelash stuck to my foot. For nearly 100 bucks I'd expect a bug free room.

The person at the front desk never got off her personal cell phone to check me into my room. They did not have the room details correct and asked me what type of room I wanted. The room was not clean. There was wax on the carpet. There were Cheerios in the carpet. The sheets on one of the beds had makeup stains and clearly had not been changed. When we asked for clean sheets and a blanket she just handed them to us to handle ourselves. The shower had hair in it and had not been cleaned either. This place is disgusting!

It was very small! The "queen" size beds are definitely not queen size. They are doubles! The shower is tiny as well. We are not big people. I am 5'10 and weigh 130 lbs. My husband is 6ft and 190 lbs. There was also (what looked like) blood on the comforter. I didn't notice it until the morning.

Coffee pot in dining area was broken, which was unfortunate. The beds are full not Queen, so be aware of that. Plenty of services around hotel, good location. Rooms are smaller than what you would expect, 4 people in one room would be crowded. We had 2 and a teenager and it was fine.

I booked the hotel using Hotels.com. I checked in with no issues. I am disabled and use a wheelchair so I went back outside and brought my cats inside. The cats were in carriers. No one mentioned anything about a pet deposit and the cats were visible on my lap. The next day as I was leaving, a woman followed me to my car. She said I needed to pay a deposit of $20.00 per cat. I told her I booked and paid through Hotels.com and it was not mentioned. She said she was going to call the police and that I needed to leave the cats with her. I explained that I would check my receipt and send her the deposit if necessary. She called the manager outside and he told me I was a cheat! I explained that the night clerk saw me and the cat carriers and didn’t say anything about a deposit. He said I was a liar and must have snuck in. I stated that I was in a wheelchair and could not possibly sneak in. He said that I was dishonest and God was watching me. He then said that my dishonesty is why I was in the wheelchair! Basically that I deserved my affliction. They then went inside. I was stunned when he made that statement. What a horrible thing to say over $40.00. It was a very upsetting experience and I was visibly shaken by it.

Not friendliest front desk upon arrival. Room was not in best shape. Coffee maker gross. Almost empty lotion. Went down for breakfast at 8:45… Most hot items gone. Bed comfortable. Quiet hotel. Wish I’d paid the $10 more to be at different hotel close by.

I called front desk to let her know that the tv is not working, She said she will show up and she didn’t come at all. Around 6am I called five times she didn’t answer the phone and I went to front desk, she was watching movies on her phone. I told her that the Tv didn’t work. Bad service

It was great. Beds were very comfortable. Everything very clean. Josh at desk was so helpful and nice. Don't know the ladies name that worked at night and until 9 a.m. at both the desk and getting the breakfast ready and making sure all was kept clean and replenished, but she was great also. Will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this property before. I decided to return because I knew I would find a clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price. The location is near the interstate so we were able to get back on the road easily the next morning. There are also several fast food and sit down restaurants close by. There is also a gas station in the same area. Everything a traveler needs. The breakfast items needed to be refilled. Pretty slim pickings when I arrived 45 minutes before closing.

The check in was great , the room was clean, shower was awesome, beds were so so on comfort and only 2 pillows, room was 48 when we walked in a litte chilly, breakfast was horrible, they put cold frozen sausages out and crunchy scrambled eggs, the begal was good, would i stay again maybe, not sure

It was a really good value for what we paid. Wouud probably not stay there for a pleasure trip but it was awesome for a cheap, safe, clean place to sleep. Staff was great. Breakfast was a bust. Think they definitely need in the mornings to have a desk clerk and a breakfast attendant not a Host who is trying to do it all. Other than that and a slight odor of cigarettes when we first got in the room, it was ok.

Staff was lovely, everything else was mediocre. I understand we stayed on a festival weekend, but it was wildly overpriced. “Breakfast” also consisted of burnt, yet cold eggs. For a one night stay, it’s probably not bad.

We stayed here Dec 21, 2024. Check in was fine and the man on staff was friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable and the heat adjusted nicely. We were disappointed in a several things. It seems that the hotel is trying to be skimpy on things you need. Examples: there was no Kleenex, not enough soap to have one bar on the sink and one in the shower, no place to put suitcases except on the desk, no place to hang a hand towel by the sink and the TV controller didn't work well. It wouldn't scroll the channels. I had to push repeatedly to make the channels change. It was very annoying. I finally gave up and just watched what came up. Also the people above us made noisy foot stomping for quite a while at night. Breakfast was not ready when it was scheduled to start. It was about 20 minutes late. There was no fruit and no tea. I had to ask for tea bags. Over all, it was not as good as I expected.
