Elevator was broke, our door was in poor shape as was the interior of the room. We will never stay here again. Breakfast was not impressed with. Also they had a tape on one entrance to dining which said warning. looked like floor needed repair. I guess you get what you pay for.

No towels or toilet paper in the room. Weird chemical cleaning smell like chlorine. Looked like someone had blew their nose in the tub, dead bugs on the bed. In the morning absolutely horrible breakfast all they had was yogurt, room temp milk and oatmeal packets. This was at 7am. The pool was green.

The pool was in terrible condition with green water.

The outside yard was dirty trash, grass needed cutting. Staff rude and slow. Talking on personal cell phone not waiting on customers! Pool was closed and green...looked like a swamp!!! No internet as advertised.

As a disabled person they put me on 3rd floor. The elevator didnt work. Was 1 ice machine it didnt work. In my room there was no light bulbs in the big lamps. There was 2 microwaves but neither worked. There was no door knob on the inside of the bathroom door. The the tv also didnt work. No towels in the room and the phone in the room didnt work..

No towels in room, no remote, tv cable was out, phone did not work. Had to ask for more toliet paper. Continental breakfast was out of everything but cereal, no juice either. Ice machine looked bad, with no ice dont think it worked at all.

This place needs some major improvements. Smell in the room was awful, people partying in the pool late at night, room was clean, but facilities were very dirty. Ice machine was broken. I didn't feel secure at all.

It has been a disaster since arriving. There is no iron or ironing board, that's the beginning. The second thing is, the towels are all stained, there is no decent towel without a stain on em. The internet keeps kicking you out, and I know it's just wifi, but their server is terrible. They can't even upgrade. No joke I went to continental breakfast 4 times while I stayed here, and there is only coffee and cereal, nothing else.

When I arrived and checked in which took forever. Then the elevator didn’t work so had to lug all the bags up the stairs. I went to get ice and the ice machine didn’t work and both coke machines were empty of everything. I advised the young lady at the desk and she didn’t say anything about having it checked out. I contacted hotels.com and asked for a credit toward my stay. They called the hotel and they lied saying everything worked and they refused a credit. The only good thing about the stay was the bed was comfortable.

Place was disgusting. Smells, stained sheets, holes in the walls. I did not stay there and they made it difficult to get a refund.

This particular establishment had overflowing trash cans on every level, junk piled in walkways, and homeless people wandering on every level of the property. Empty beverage cans, paper plates, and cigarette butts were everywhere around the pool area. No attempt was made to keep anything clean at all. This place is disgusting.

Spider webs with about 6 spiders only. My door had a hole by the lock like someone had broken in the door before. Bathtub was filthy. Stains all over with poor drainage. Saw a baby roach crawling by the tv in the middle of the night. I left all belongings in the car for fear that something would crawl In it. There wholes in the sheets. I slept on my own blankets with the lights on. The remote to the tv was filthy as well. I didn't even use the tv. I checked in at 1 am that morning. It was the only reason I didn't demand my money back I would have been better off sleeping in my car. This hotel needs to burnt down and start over!

Check in was okay. Reception had very strong chlorine fumes. Clerk was friendly. The rooms and the people hanging around the property was questionable. The room was dirty. Trash on floor, sheets missing from bed, no linen to shower, no toilet tissue, toilet had feces in it and wouldnt flush. When we asked for new rooms, they werent much better. The room next to that one had its front window busted out and had plastic crammed into the hole. We left and found another hotel

Hotel need to be updated and clean thoroughly. The hotel is worst than a third world countries and is dirty as hell! My family would never ever set foot on this property again. The only positive is the front desk personnel, Heather, she was kind enough to try and get us a clean room with new bed sheets. This property should be closed off permanently for sanitation purposes!!!!

Come here if it is your last choice!! The room was dirty, the bed had stains, and there were cockroaches. Although the property is advertised as “breakfast included” there was only muffins and water and front desk said they were out of food supply. Not recommended.

Roach, broken door handle. Dirty sheets, carpet and tub. The tub was peeling.

Room wasn't all that clean, had to kill a few roaches within my room, removed the fitted sheet from my bed which appeared to be dried fecal(diarrhea )matter, was woken up by homeless people arguing outside by the pool which was also dirty and cloudy. Constant drug usage(marijuana) within the area of my room and the aroma was being drawn in by my air condition unit. Will not utilize this facility if I'm ever in Mobile, Alabama again

So dirty couldn’t even sleep on the bed. There were no blankets on the bed and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The outside out the room smelled like pee. There were women’s underwear all over the steps to get to the 3rd floor. Couldn’t be accommodated appropriately )in my 80’s with a walker), was sent to the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Horrible front desk customer service. Horrible experience overall.

Smoke detector was missing. Wire sticking out. No hangers No iron No plastic cups, No ice bucket sticky floor. Homeless people on steps or rent to homeless. It was horrible

This place was old. Homeless people in the breezeway. Had to ask for towels and a trash can. No phone or clock or hairdryer in room. Fridge iced up with no shelves. Tv was messing up. On the other hand the bed was comfortable and smelled like downy which was refreshing

Television not working properly, couldn't get a comfortable temperature just wasn't satisfied.

Room was not ready when we arrived. TV/remote did not work. Sparse room for a 'suite'. Not worth the price.

Need updating. Key card didn’t work. Then no heat. I had to carry all my bags back down 3 stories with me to front office to checkout that room before I could get another room. Just to get to carry all my luggage back up to the 3 floor again to room that was only 2 doors over from the original room.

The beds only had two small pillows on each bed. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the door also didn't lock so I felt unsafe the whole time. There were roaches everywhere, the floor was dirty and the phone also didn't work, and the fridge was dirty

Rooms were nasty. Desk clerk gave me 3 keys and told me to go check room and see if heater was working and if room was clean. I will not stay here again.

We got in the room and turned on the heater, we allowed it to run a while but realized it didn’t work so we went down stairs to the lobby to let them know. The woman got an attitude with us and said she told us to check the room and that we waited to long to tell her the heater didn’t work. Was very rude and we sleeping in a cold room!!!!! We can’t go to another one because it takes to long for the money to go back on our card! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

The first room, on the third floor, had aTV that didn’t work. The second room, also on the third floor, didn’t have any heat. The third room, on the second floor, at least had heat and a working TV. However, the room didn’t have any towels. I had to move my things 3 times to different sides of the facility. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Waited 30 min upon arrival for staff to help us. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. TV was not plugged in. Fridge was on a tray (I think probably because it leaks?), but you couldn't open the door without lifting it out of the tray. phone did not work, outlet did not work. Price was very cheap, so I guess that's to be expected that it won't be perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating after the first night and even opened the pool for our kids when it was the off season. Overall the stay was okay, but definitely could do better and felt like there was a staff shortage or something going on, as it was always hard to find/get a hold of anyone.

Took three tries to get me a room. First room was occupied. Second room was dirty. Hotel wanted $50 deposit. They returned $50 deposit but they also charged me a separate $49.85 that was not reimbursed I just saw this $49.85 on my credit card bill. Can you help Thanks Charles

They gave us a non-smoking room, but there was a strong order of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk to tell them that we were leaving because we didn’t like the room. They told us they would give us a refund, but they refused a refund when Expedia contacted them.

The wonderful lady who checked us in put my mind at ease. The property is falling apart a little, but it's worth the price to me.

Let me start by saying the staff here were SAINTS. They were so nice to disgruntled customers. A to Renee and Tierra and the housekeeping lady. Otherwise, the hotel is a wreck. We picked this motel because it had a refrigerator and microwave in each room. The door to the first room we were assigned wouldn't open fully because the refrigerator was behind it. The fridge was not plugged in and the cord didn't reach to the outlet. The microwave was plugged in but was rusty and didn't work. So we asked for a different room. This one had a working fridge and microwave. Then we noticed there were no soap, shampoo, and towels. So down I went to the uncomplaining clerk Renee, who gave me lots of soap and shampoo. She called the excellent housekeeper, who rushed over with lots of towels. Then we found we had no cups, so down I went again. Renee kindly got cups. She was terrific. We later found that the toilet in the new room didn't fill properly, coming in at a trickle so that we had to pour water into the tank to get it to fill. The shower wouldn't drain -- water was well over my ankles. We figured out the pipe under the sink was leaking, so the carpet was wet (and got my husband's socks wet). The "smart mirror" came on at 5:15 am and woke us up. The outside steps upstairs seemed absolutely dangerous and are filthy. We finally had to leave after one night and move to another motel. Days Inn front desk clerk Tierra was so kind and sympathized. She's a gem. The room itself was clean.

The clerk was exceptionally nice, quick, and helpful.

Great staff and place

They have charged me a Separate holding deposit after I checked out and left and I paid for the room through Expedia. This is a slum property with slum ownership. Conveniently they can’t find my reservation either! They can continue to charge my card after leaving. The front desk lady said it’s just a holding deposit if there isn’t a problem it won’t be charged. They charged it, then issued a refund then charged it again. Then I commented about the number of toners the front desk woman was throwing away and told her there is a special way to recycle them and asked if I could. She said she had to throw them away. That’s irresponsible environmental waste producers, which is a fineable expense.. stay away!!

Exterior in poor condition, dirty and unsafe, surrounded by bad people, not recommended for families with children.

Days Inn at Tillmans corner needs to be renovated. The place is run down. The neighborhood is ratchety. The room stank and service was only provided on request. I checked into my room and had to go to the lobby to get my bath towels. Do not stay here unless ur desperate for a place to stay or you want folks asking you for spare change.

Everything is so close

Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, broken wall, homeless in the property. Horribly scary night.

Terrible experience in an awful location. Lobby was locked when I got there. Trash laying everywhere around pool. Seen a hypodermic needle laying on the sidewalk. No towels in my room. The place is just full of people that appear to be up to no good.

The toilet was clogged, shower only worked on extremely hot or extremely cold. No towels, very dim light at vanity, refrigerator didn’t work saw it was unplugged when we plugged in the electrity in room went out. It had homeless people all around motel very unsafe area. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Close to I-10 and eatery (s) in area.

Cheap and good AC. Room smelt a little musty and weird. Stopped by front on our way out in the morning and there was no breakfast available as advertised. If you just need a place to stop for the night its fine.

The property was dirty, and the managemnt extremely slow on check-in. The breakfast had only cereal and bread, and there were no plates or bowls.

There was a $50 "security deposit" that is not on website. Breakfast consisted of bread, blueberry muffins, cereal without milk, instant oatmeal without milk or water, yogurt, an empty juice machine, and coffee with no sugar. The same bread and muffins were there for three days. The pool was green. The bathtub had 3 different dirt rings on it. The whole place was just trashy.

It looks like you went with the lowest bidder on maintaining the facility. The room needed to be vacuumed. The shower had hair in the tub and shower head wasn't working. Continental breakfast was ceral and toast. Why even advertise that as Continental breakfast?

My reservation was for a pet friendly king room. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have a king room and they didn't take pets. In the end they accepted my pets. But the room smelled like dogs had been there before and they tried to cover the smell with bleach. There were barely enough towels and the hairdryer was broken. The tv had very few watchable channels. The continental breakfast was a joke unless you like stale dried out muffins and cereal. What they called pillows were small and lumpy. The safety latch on the door was broken. The only positive thing I have to say is the girl at the front desk was very friendly.

Expected some kind of breakfast, nothing.no tea and limited bad coffee. Heat in room didn't work. Room was clean, comfortable bed, staff did what they could. Remote missing batteries and staff fixed. Very small TV.
