The room was ok the bathrooms needs updating.I was moved to two rooms both had toilet issues.

They had one working ice machine for all 15 floors. There was super limited parking, and the parking they did have there were hypodermic needle caps in the parking lot all over.

The common areas (lobby, hallways, etc) were so hot, humid and smelled awful. While the AC worked well in our room, we didn’t have hot water, found hair on towels that were not ours, hair on the shower and several other unsightly things in the room - like this disgusting outlet.

Seemed understaffed. Food service was slow. Rooms were clean and pool was perfect for the kids
