This property is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! From stained mattresses, mold and peeling paint on the walls & ceilings. Cigarette burn holes as well as more staining on the bedding comforter & sheets. Complete peeling of the tub that at one time must have been resurfaced incorrectly! Doorway was able to be secured but the weather seal was missing so you could actually see in and out through those door areas. The juice machine in the free breakfast area was also out of order and the staff made no attempt to purchase or provide any drinks for its customers saying the owner of the hotel doesn’t want to hear complaints from them! In essence they’re complaints seem to fall on deaf ears…….. By the way these are only some of the problems I encountered on my 4 night stay but there were many other issues like the torn up and stained carpet in the main lobby and the pool that was locked shut and not open even though the staff said it was supposed to be open! Overall the most horrible flea bag of a hotel that I’ve ever been too!!!!!

The place is undergoing renovations- apparently, but our room appeared to have been poorly renovated. Peeling pain in tub, towels dirty, hot tub or kiddie pool filled with concrete, peeling ceiling. Our tv didn’t work so they moved us to another room. That door was broken/rusted almost in two, had an adjoining room with a missing deadbolt lock on the joining door. Poor breakfast option - not with the low rate.

Horrible! The place is under construction. The front desk sent me to THREE rooms which were not cleaned or were under construction. I had just driven 12 hours and needed to relax. I NEED A REFUND! Front desk said it was initiated

Hotel has opportunity to be nice. Pool area and courtyard is nice. Room had bugs. Not the cleanest. Read where they were making some folks pay a $100 deposit. Didn’t mention anything to us about a deposit.

I have never seen a room so nasty. I got there at 139 AM and that’s the only reason I stayed …plus the fact that it was non refundable through Expedia. There was literally something that looked like puke on the nightstand (once I had already made myself get into the bed). The floors were disgusting. The bed skirts were absolutely disgustingly filthy. I really cannot say how nasty this room truly was. I have the pics to prove it!

Attempted to stay after a family held birthday party in one of the banquet rooms. The first room’s door did not lock and there was the smell of mold. The second room (173) had layers of rust on the lamp. An entire science experiment was taking place on the ceiling where there was black and green mold growing. There was mold growing in a corner of the room. The room wreaked of mildew. I was afraid to sit down and terrified to stay. I left and ran next door to LaQuinta like Tina Turner did that night she beat Ike up in the back seat of the car and needed a room.

Roaches, in the room.. when we got there, there was no lights balls.No remote control for the tv and alot of people hanging outside and barbecue outside in the front like in a park.. no good.. i will never stay there any more.. i even left one day before my check out.. never again

This was the worst experience of my life. This place was so dirty and rachet I could not stay. I canceled my reservation after seeing the room. There was a lady in line complaining that bedbugs were in her room. There was a man that had just checked in complaining there were no linens on the bed and wet towels on the floor of the room he just walked into. There were 3 people complaining that there were no towels in their room. Another lady complaining there were dead bugs in her tub. There were people hanging out of their rooms with the doors open. And the smell of Marijuana almost gave me a contact high. I left because I did not feel safe, the room conditons were deplorable and there was too many complaints by other customers while I was standing there.

The towels in the room were stained with black and red splotches and there were no clean towels available from the front desk. Mold on the ceiling and the lampshade. A hand towel from a previous guest was hanging over the the shower curtain.

It was ok. I needed to stay for a family reunion. The first night someone walked by with a barking dog. The next morning the free breakfast consisted of half a bagel, mini muffins, and a waffles no thanks. The bathroom floor is caked with dirt that you can see and needs a deep cleaning, The second night the person next door histed a gathering of outside their room and loudly entertained a group of people disrupting my sleep. The third night, the same neighbor bit was posted outside smoking and drinking beer but a pleasant sight. Definitely won't stay here again.

When I initially tried to check in early, the male clerk wasn't accommodating at all. I waited until the 3:00PM check-in time to attempt to check in. The female clerk who checked me in was much better. She instructed me to inform her if the television wasn't working so that she could come to the room to program it. Sure enough, the television didn't operate with the remote. I looked for a phone to call her to inform her; however, the room didn't have a telephone. I had to walk back to the front desk to inform her. She came to the room shortly thereafter and programmed the television. I could change the channel using the remote; however, I could not increase or decrease the volume using the remote. To do so, I had to get up and walk to the television to adjust the volume. This is antiquated behavior! The sink held water. It took quite a time for water to drain from the sink. The towels were very thin and rough. The tub needs to be replaced or refurbished at the least. To say that this hotel is basic is a gross understatement. It served its purpose of a safe place to lay my head for a night. The saving grace is that the bed was quite comfortable, and the bed linens were clean.

First there were no rooms on the first room or elevators for the elderly then we got a room on the second floor that didn’t have light in the bathroom and the phone didn’t work then we switched rooms and the door didn’t open then we got switched to a third and final room that the phone also doesn’t work either but is generally fine.

The window was broken. Everything was sticky including the remote that didnt work. When i went to front desk to get a different remote that one also was sticky and did not work. The lock on the door was extremely hard to engage. Didn’t feel safe at all being there with my daughters.

The door to my room did not fully close and opened directly onto the parking lot. I had to slam it to get the latch to engage. On day 4 of my stay there was a cockroach in my room (just 1) and the staff came and took care of it for me, but I imagine it came in through the uncovered electrical outlet hole in the wall and who knows how many more there might be. On the plus side: waffles for breakfast and coffee every day. The room has been updated and the design is very cute. Great water pressure in the shower. And the parking lot is well lit without those lights shining into the rooms.

The bed was the only good thing about my stay, nice and comfortable. The floor was slippery, like they put oil on it. Almost fell a few times. The room looked like it had been recently semi-updated but not completely put back together. No outlets for a USB port. There was very little to offer at breakfasts. The coffee was either instant with too much water or had been sitting in the pot for too long. Office people were nice.

Check in was normal, nice staff. The room was disappointing. Long black hair was found in the tub/shower. The outlet for the microwave and fridge, would only allow 1 item at a time due to the plug style, had to unplug fridge to use microwave. Chair but no desk in room. 1 post lamp did not work, neither did tv remote, had to use buttons on side of tv. Bed was comfortable, blankets were very light.

The bathroom smelled STRONGLY of urine (I skip a shower because it smelled too bad to stay in there with the door close and I questioned how clean it was with the way the bathroom smelled). The internet was horrible and barely connected or not stay connected without dropping the signal (multiple devices).

Evening receptionist staff was awesome, along with the young lady that cleaned the room because it was nasty. The maintenance man was very nice. Night staff was very rude and unprofessional. Some of the cleaning crew need training in hospitality along with night receptionist.

We were scheduled to spend 2 days to relax before starting our trip home! Instead, I believe that room was infested with bed bugs or mites! There was also an overpowering chemical smell. The bathroom was clean but the tub really need to be replaced and the toilet seat! All the furniture should be replaced! I pulled the bedding off but still was unable to sleep. We made the decision to leave the next day. The staff was excellent and the condition of the lobby area was excellent! Had I known this hotel was a Super 8 affiliate I would not have booked it! Guests should be made aware of the affiliation instead of them saying the hotel is a Days Inn By Wyndham because this hotel was not they just have a license to use the name!

The room did not fully lock from the inside. When I told the front desk, they just said the hotel was fully booked and hung up on me. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, the room phone did not work. I asked for extra towels and they could not or would not give me any.

Service at check in was great! Very friendly! We booked 3 rooms, one was occupied already! Went to the desk, got another room, we were supposed to have handicap rooms, none were. Strange stains on the ceiling, bathroom nasty dirty! “Maintenance” knocked on the door about 11 pm, didn’t wait for us to answer, he walked in! Then told us this room, wasn’t listed as occupied, then walked out. No other explanation, I called the front desk but didn’t get an answer! If I wasn’t afraid to walk to the front desk, I would have went and talked to them! I will in the morning! Terrible experience!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. The main problem i encountered was getting to the hotel. The sddress was not correct. First Google took us to a busy intersection and then an empty lot. But after we finally got there by calling the hotel and asking them, everything was great. The hotel itself is old, but its being remodelled.

I liked the decor of the beds but the furniture was ragedy and poorly cared for. There were dings and dents and tons of scuffs on the wooden furniture and the tub of the bathroom. The walls were dirty and I felt unsafe cause there was a low class couple arguing and screaming downstairs early in the morning seeming as if they would escalate into a shoot out based on the commentary, so I just left earlier than checkout time before 11am.

The breakfast was not impressive, bread to toast, muffins & cereal. Juice was fake and coffee was bad. Our room was comfortable except for we in an adjoining room with a door between us and a very loud talker next door. The hotel wasn’t full so there was no need for us to be side by side with the other guest.

Everything went well, the only complain would be that breakfast time was advertised from 7:00-10:00 am and the last day we ate around 9 and went to get our stuff from the room, we came back to the breakfast area for juice and it was closed. It was not 10:00 am yet.
