The Hotel is a bit run down. Light fixtures were rusty. Overwhelming air freshner in the main areas, not pleasant. The check-in clerk was disheveled and had food stains on his shirt. Slow slow process and didnt seem to know what he was doing. Supposed to be pay at arrival and my card was charged prior to check in. They could not switch it to another card, and ive never had that happen at any other location.

That was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. But it smelled very strongly of marijuana through the hallways and elevator. The room was clean but had a distinct smell. The elevator going to the second floor wouldn’t open, the metal middle piece in the door wouldn’t unlatch for the door to open.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast enjoyable. However, the phone did not work in the room, so you had to walk down to reception if you wanted something. There was no hook on the bathroom door (you could see where one had been), and the elevator stopped working the morning we checked out.

The elevator was broken. We had to carry our suitcases up the stairway to the second floor which is very difficult at our age. The breakfast room was filled with new chairs and mattresses (not sure if they were old or new). Our room smelled so bad but they wouldn't change my room because I booked with Hotels.com. I bought febreez and it didn't get rid of the smell. It was so bad. The hotel should closed its so bad. The man at the desk was no help. Staff should be available to carry suitcases for guests when elevator is broken. Guests should be able to change rooms for free when rooms are smelly and dirty.

Upon arrival, the gentleman who was behind the desk began checking us in but stopped to answer the phone. Instead of asking that person to hold so he could continue helping the person standing in front of him, he proceeding with whatever that person needed. Once we finally got checked in, he announced the room numbers, which you shouldn't do. I got to my room which smelled like smoke and the safety latch was very loose, so I went back downstairs and was assigned a new room. That one didn't smell but the carpet felt sticky and the shower was so grimy that you could see the streaks from where something was sprayed but never cleaned. The coffee maker in the room was missing The tray to put the coffee pod in but even if it had been there, the grime in the compartment where the water goes was so gross that I wouldn't have used it. The bed was comfortable so I guess that's good. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular.

It took a few mintues to check in at 9:30 p.m. upon entering the room I found dried boogers on 1 bed and hairs on the other bed. I turned around and left the hotel to go elsewhere.

Upon first glance property appeared to be clean, however after getting to my room and inspecting the sheets and pillows, it was full of bed bugs. They switched me to another room and since it was so late at night I did not leave but I was unable to sleep because I was worried “what if this room has them too” I www eager to check out the next morning

We were in room 106. The commode seat is broken and slides to the side when you sit down and it pinches your thigh. The first lamp on the wall when coming into the room does not work, not the bulb, the wall lamp. Reported, nothing done. Thank you.

Had a one night stay here and it was nothing special. I wouldn’t call it bad but there could be some improvements made. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work, the curtains were broken and the hair dryer wouldn’t work. When my wife went down to the desk with her wet hair to see about a new hair dryer, nope. And wouldn’t let her use one in an empty room. Room was basic and clean enough. Beds were fairly comfortable. Probably done with comfort inn after the last two we’ve stayed in.

We stayed for a baseball tournament for the weekend. The only complaint I had was that when the front desk clerk was checking the couple in front of me in, he made them wait mid check in for him to answer a call and reserve a room for another customer. They seemed annoyed and rightfully so as there were several of us in line waiting.

Carpet needs a deep cleaning. When walking on it barefoot left feet black. Had to put a towel down to wipe off our feet before getting into bed or putting on shoes. Staff was terrible in assisting with check in. All staff could use some training in customer service and being attentive to customers.

Check in took forever, the lady kept blaming it on the computers. the 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. they told me at check out that my receipt would be emailed to me, it wasn\'t. I called and asked about it and they said its "policy" not to give a receipt.

It had a nice hot breakfast with a waffle station, mini omelettes, and sausage. It was located beside a Cracker Barrel that we walked to for dinner. We had a clean room where we used the fridge, microwave, and lots of good TV choices, and it had a friendly staff. It had everything we wanted!

The person in charge of breakfast was sitting in the dining area with either a video or music playing loud enough for all to hear. They didn't have anything on identifying themselves as part of the staff. We had no idea they worked there until they got up to stock the food. Coffee was absolutely disgusting. So dark even 3 creamers wouldn't change the color. We had to wait until we were back on the road for a decent cup of coffee. Breakfast provided was not good. The staff at front desk was friendly but did not present themselves very professionally.

Our 1 night stay was fine. Bed was comfortable and clean, which is the main thing. They did have a remote control that was easy to clean with a disinfecting wipe, but they didn't provide the wipe, I happened to have one. The breakfast was pretty basic. Frozen pre-made omlets, instant oatmeal packets and a waffle maker. No toppings available. It was rught off the interstate that we needed though, so overall ok.
