I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and have stayed at this location in the past. The front desk service was excellent. I was given a room near the pool and asked to change, I was told there were no more rooms available. I was there for a serious surgery and the morning and needed a good night's rest, there was music from the pool area. I also noticed several stains on the carpet and the room smelled a little like pets, although the front desk assured me no pets have been in the room for several years. It wasn't the worst stay, but it wasn't the best either. Oh, by the way, your wash clothes are too small and thin. It was like bathing with a child's washcloth.

I would have scored this higher but the manager at the front desk is awful! Extremely rude, short, not helpful. The other CSR agents have been very kind and helpful, with friendly service! The room is clean, as well as the main areas / pool.

The ONLY complaint I have is the breakfast was not very good, especially for the money we spent on two nights. Also, the elevator on the right side was not working properly and it was kind of a pain. The staff was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, basic but clean and fun for the kids.

The hotel is convenient for shopping and for restaurants. The free breakfast was not the best. The egg omelet was horrible. If you leave your do not disturb sign on the door in the mornings for anytime they will not clean your room. Had to go get more towels, cups and coffee because there were only 2 towels and 2 cups in the room. Found frozen food in the refrigerator left by someone.

We were so impressed at check-in. The hotel was bright and clean, and the young man at check-in was so friendly and polite. The room was nicely furnished and clean. However, we did not sleep well at all!! The noise was horrible!! We were in room 104 on the first floor, and there was some kind of clicking noise all night long. This was outside of our room, but sounded like some kind of door being opened and shut all night. This woke my husband up at 4am and then he couldn’t go back to sleep. Then at 7:30am, I was woken up by a man talking very loudly right outside our door. It sounded like he was giving some kind of instructions to the staff, and this went on until about 8am. My husband noticed there was a housekeeping office across the hall but near our room. I’m not sure if this is where the noise came from but it was awful. The hotel was nice but I’m not sure if we would stay here again due to the lack of sleep due to the noise level.

Over all a very nice place to stay. The internet was out, but not hotels fault. The hotel was easy to get to from main streets. That said, it was a little noisy; and some loud guest. The room was great, very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and apologetic for not having internet, even though she had the worst part of that, having to check guests in manually. I had no wait time due to having booked through Hotel!

It was so noisy. The ac unit was loud, and there was this constant banging sound. Also, the walls are so thin. You can people in the hallway talking, doors closing, and people in the next room. My girlfriend and I got no sleep. Worst experience we’ve had in a hotel.

It was a nice hotel. The blinking fire alarm over our bed was annoying as was whatever kept knocking in our bathroom all night. I assume it was the shower pipes. Other than those annoyances, the room was fine. The staff was very friendly.

Loved the bed and bedding! So comfy. Although, I was disappointed because I had asked for a wakeup call but did not get one. I was also surprised at check in because I did not realize there would be a $50 deposit added to the stay to cover potential items. I had also indicated at the time of reservation that I intended to pay for the room when I got there with a different form of payment but the hotel tried to run my card early before I got there.

The TV service provider did not work!!! No ballgames or news & weather. Was told I would receive a discount and at check out the desk personnel said SORRY, we booked Thu Hotel.com , a third party so I can’t receive a refund . Lesson learned- don’t book with hotels.com

When I booked my room according to the pics we were supposed to be in a suite that had a separate living room and bedroom, but they put us in a room that combined the two and said since we booked through a third party (Expedia) that they couldn't put us in the room that we actually booked. Not only did we get screwed over upon check-in, the hotel itself had rates directly through them that were $75 cheaper per night. The hotel staff was completely unwilling to change us to the room that I had booked through Expedia. Of course always some loophole BS

We stayed in an Jr Suite. It was an excellent stay after being on the road for 11 hours. Easy to get to yet hidden from major traffic. Gas station very close and What a Burger is an easy distance. Great experience staying here and will absolutely stay again/
