The room was disgustingly. The bathtub was dirty. Looks like maintenance isn’t high on their priority list.

Stayed 1 night

Upon arrival, we immediately impressed with how sparkling clean tire building appeared inside. For the most part that impression held up throughout our stay. We did find a few minor glitches with inconsistent painting and infilled repair holes; indeed, there was a rather large patch of paint peeling hanging from the ceiling of our bedroom. Our king size bed was firm and fairly comfortable. Pillows were soft and “squishy”. Overall, the room itself was a very small and felt a bit crowded. But for the price we paid that as aspect was insignificant. TV worked fine; quite a few channels to choose from. But I personally found the Spectrum (TV provider) menu and controls a bit clunky. Bathroom was clean and fully functional. HVAC was loud as it is in most of these small room areas. As an aside… the room was uncarpeted which lent you an air of harsh loudness to it. The hotel itself was very very quiet. Breakfast was fine. Overall “standard fare” of scrambled eggs (which were actually the best part of the meal and excellent). Sausage patties, lukewarm home fries that were just done but acceptable. Bagels and bread were available for toasting. You could also make your own waffles if you wanted. And there was an assortment of cold, cereals, some fruit and mini muffins. Coffee was mediocre, but perfectly acceptable. Staff members were polite, but rather cool in their reception. (Not a problem.) Just not as welcoming as we might’ve expected. Still a good bargain all around.
