Check in person was friendly. Check out lady not so friendly. Ask for a 30 minute late check out and was rudely informed no late check outs. Tub was dirty and water lukewarm late at night. Pool was suppose to be open till 10 pm but went down at 8:30 pm and was told it was closed. Was not informed of it upon checking in. Towels were very rough. Beds are soft if you prefer soft beds. Parking was good. Not noisy.

It was ok, I don’t appreciate the person cleaning the room come knock on my door twice telling me to hurt that she didn’t want to be there all day. Then handing me an envelope saying it’s for tips they don’t get paid enough. They don’t open pool until 10 not sure why because most pools open at 8:00. So on the day we were checking out I went to the pool at 8:00 and it was locked but did not state opens at 10:00. Just wanted to swim before checkout at 11:00. It rained the day before so did not get to swim. I work 14-17 hours a day to be rushed when I was not ready to leave I planned on staying until 10:45 am .

The room it self was in desperate need of a good cleaning. There was blood on the wall and either puke or hair dye on the wall too. The tub had several cigarette burns all over it and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed in a while. The coffee was good.

Although appeared clean at first when we came. I noticed finger nail clipings by the side of the bed, previous peoples hair all over the shower walls and a roach on the bed. Shower curtain looks like it hasnt been washed in quite some time. Staff were good.

We got a late start on a road trip and wanted to stop in Prattville so we'd miss the Montgomery traffic on Monday morning. We've stayed a Baymont before, so I had an expectation. This location did NOT meet that expectation. Two floors, all outside entrances. Old school stairs. While the room was clean and the bed was just fine - the room, like the property, was incredibly dated. The HVAC was loud and strained a bit. The Breakfast was okay. Both TVs in the lobby and breakfast room were on terrible channels - just put it on the weather channel. We saw several other Baymonts during the course of our 7-state trip, and recalled a good one we enjoyed in Texas a few years ago, but we're unlikely to use the brand again.

For an older facility, it was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was in the middle of town. Shopping and good restaurants were within walking distance. The walls were kinda thin. The family with young children upstairs could be heard running around in their room. Other than that, a very pleasant place to get some sleep.

Walls are very thin I actually heard someone snoring in the next room, there was a funky odor in it that I couldn’t quite figure out what it was. It’s not a terrible place as a matter of fact it was very clean, and the girl at the desk,I believe her name was Misha(sp?) was very sweet and courteous, all in all I would probly stay there again if there wasn’t anyone beside us lol.

Hotels.com says what you see is s what you pay but this hotel charges an additional 50.00 fee in case you damage something. They say it is refundable but I have not recieved it yet. For people traveling on a budget this is an issue.

There was insufficient signage for operating the television. Insufficient signage in the breakfast area indicating where to find things, ie, the butter. We were charged a $50 extra unauthorized fee without explanation which is supposed to be refunded but has not been at this time. The manager was responsive to our concerns about the tv, in fairness to her, but otherwise was quite aloof. A very poor value for the money even if we get the refund. This place looks nice on the outside but there was a stain on the bed cover and cigarette burns on the bathtub.

Selected a late check out with the “pre check in” email and online process. When arriving at the desk to get the key, had to go thru the check in all over again. The front desk attendant said “the online check in doesn’t really work for us”, and also “we don’t do late check outs here”. Fortunately we were only there to sleep for 8 hours, then on our way.

Unprofessional and got charged twice. Night shift staff was very unhelpful. Had to pay a second time for a room that was already booked and paid for. It ended up getting canceled by the property but never refunded. Got down at the property at 2am to check in and was told that I had to pay for the room all over again even though I still showed the charge on my account. Got told by the staff that is was above her pay grade to try to help us out. Paid for the other room and talked to the manager in the morning and she had refunded on of the charges for me but that will take a couple days to come back. Terrible experience.

Checked in with no problem. Went back to office 20-30 mins later and let the lady at the desk know: 1) Microwave panel and encasement were out of line, like it's been dropped. Panel was somewhat detached, so I didn’t know if it was safe. She said she could not change microwave out from another room, "And if you don't really feel like cooking, you could order something." 2) Batteries in the TV remote were dead. She said they were out of batteries, but the TV has buttons on the side to change channels. (Bought some AAAs on my own and replaced.) 3) Told her the sink is draining slow. Told her it is fine, but I just wanted someone to be aware. She also said I could not change rooms to alleviate these problems. Honestly, she seemed like a nice lady trying to give suggestions, but based on previous reviews, I thought the hotel would be a little more responsive. On a positive note, EVERYONE including the front desk lady was super nice, and the room was very clean. I think the problem lies squarely with management: not having batteries in stock, not maintaining rooms, not having enough staff to solve simple problems.

I stayed here for 2 nights alone and felt very safe and comfortable walking to stores nearby. There’s a CVS right there which is great since I didn’t have a car. I also walked to Krystal’s restaurant for dinner which was great. My only complaint was the fan in the bathroom was really loud. Also traffic was a little loud but only with large trucks. The women at the front desk upon check in and check out were wonderful. Housekeeping came by in the morning and asked if I needed anything so she was great as well. Great stay and I’d stay here again for sure!

Outstanding accommodations! Easy to find, clean, spacious, quiet, helpful staff, ample parking, and check-in/out could not have been easier. All this and just across the street the area's best seafood restaurant--The Juicy Seafood. What's not to like? This property gets 5 out of 5***** from me. Keep up the outstanding work and you will continue to be the high bar for others to match.

So the staff in the morning seemed like they were doing me a huge favor when i asked for bread to make toast in the morning for their free breakfast. they had bread, they just didnt bother putting it out and I wonder what else they didnt put out. and I have never heard of warm hard boiled eggs but they had them in the warmer next to the sausage?

Refurbished older property, but kind of looked like a slap-dash update. Bed was not comfy. One lamp in our room was rusty and the door wouldn't shut tightly. We wedged the chair since all the rooms open to the outside, not to a hall. Breakfast was very meh - tasteless fake eggs and tasteless sausage.
