I honestly didn’t like anything about my stay here. The room smelled of mildew. The key card quit working every other day. There were spiders in the bathroom. Hairs all over the shower. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom and it was like that the entire stay.

This is an ok place to stay if you are passing through but not for any length of stay. There were several long term tenants there. Long enough that they had set up chairs outside the room and had a number of plants in the window. The ice machine was broken and the breakfast was disgusting looking. We didn't stay. There was a Starbucks across the street. The room was clean. Nothing fancy but then the price wasn't high either. We knew we were just passing through so it worked as some place clean to lay your head for 8 hours.

Stay was overall good. Some things could be updated or brought up to times like a capable smart tv in the room. Tub prob should be updated had visible wear and tear in the bottom that made it look dirty even if it wasn’t. Pool was not open and they were not sure when it would be.

We have stayed there a few times and it was fine . But this time it was very sketchy .. Pool wasn’t open yet many people were around the pool cooking smoking drinking. It seems as if most of the people were living there. They were sitting outside in there underwear smoking.. Just wasn’t a family friendly experience..

Dirty rooms floor was dirty bottom of white socks was black on bottom glitter on floor in room and bathroom around bathtub and toilet. Glitter in trash was stuck to it. Toilet was dirty had poop on inside of it. Tv remote had no back to hold batteries in. Chair had dirty spots on seat. It needs to be cleaned!! Doorway was not made for handicapped accessible. Had to push my husband over the tile at doorway to get him in bathroom. Really the whole room’s that we stayed in NOT CLEAN or even HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. Health department needs to check out this motel!!!!!! Handicapped parking is not enough. Had to stop in front of office to get my husband in wheelchair to get to room that was not a handicapped room.

The first room we were in, we showered and got in bed and then a giant ROACH crawled across my bed! Then we were put in a different room that had multiple bugs in the bathroom, pillows were covered in hair and stains. Office staff did not want to answer my calls or doorbell so we left and went to another hotel. Zero stars.

This place was horrible! I've had to stay at worse hotels for game day and yet this one is even worst. The microwave howled, the mirror had layers of dust, the tv was more static than sound and the toilet was unforgivable...not to mention the constant smoking and loitering outside the hotel. The manager agreed to a refund of the remaining night and then refused to do it after we checked out, so not only is this hotel deplorable, management is not trustworthy or honest. You'd be better off sleeping in your car....

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Not only did I come home with bed-bug bites all over my body, but the hotel management also seems to be okay with nightly parties and unsavory "quests" yelling and screaming all night long. This place is absolutely filthy - and it was a mistake to stay here. During my two-night stay, my room was never cleaned - meaning no clean sheets or towels. I will never step foot in a "Baymont by Windham" hotel again. It was truly one of the worst hotel-stay experiences I've ever encountered - and I'm 64 years old and have traveled in the U.S. and abroad extensively in my lifetime. The

The room had not been cleaned. Linen on the bed had not been changed. (there was blood on the sheets) Lucky I brought my own sheets. Food left in the refrigerator, microwave not cleaned, Killed several cockroaches. All in all it was a horrible room......Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

First room the bathroom sink didn’t work, the second room the A/C didn’t work and the third room had no soap, shower rod was broken and the A/C quit in the middle of the night. No HD tv, half the channels didn’t work, there was a cigarette butt on the floor by the bed…..they need to completely remodel the whole place…..for almost $300.00 a night on game day I expected better than that….

Look, I was traveling down I20 and just needed a place to crash for the night. Wasn’t looking for anything fancy, and at $110 a night, this was about the cheapest option…but I thought safe since it’s part of a reputable hotel chain. The room was clean. Smelled and looked like they used a bleach based cleaner with the discoloration on things. Note the pillows were paper thin, see attached picture, and didn’t have pillow cases. I had to go back down to the front desk after checking for those. The clerk handed me a wad of pillow cases…not folded or anything. Just a wad. I prayed they were clean. For $25 more, I should’ve splurged for the Hilton garden inn. Also slightly disturbing they were accepting cash and Venmo payments…seemed sketchy. I did appreciate the clerk was serious about getting my license plate number on my truck for security reasons.

My room smelt like marijuana, the smoke detector had been pulled from the wall, the bathtub had two cracks in the bottom and was extremely spongey, the shower head, the shower hand valve and tub spout was not properly secured. There was a sofa in our room that looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. We would not even use it to put a suitcase on. A hole had been cut in the bottom of the bathtub and only an adhesive patch was over it. It was bouncy and felt like you were going to fall through.

The pictures are old and building not in same condition as pictured. Shower appears to be spray painted and peeling. Multiple areas of patched drywall not finished and unpainted. Could tell this was not a recent repairs. Property and room did have a clean appearance. Smoke detector battery removed and coming the wall none working. While no rain while staying multiple areas of ceiling have evidence of active leaks.

Due to the front desk staff being on break I did not ever even get to check in. Posted phone number to call for help if needed just rang. Arrived at 11:45pm. Note said be at 12:30. Contacted hotel for reimbursement and Expedia…still no credit posted. Had to go somewhere else that night and am still trying to sort it out.

Property closed and was unable to be contacted therefore did not allow us to check in and then refused a refund when contacted the next day even though they admitted they shut down making check in impossible. I understand they may have had an issue but we could have been notified or they could have issued a refund being they denied us check in and we had to find and pay to stay somewhere else. They essentially kept our money but denied our paid service. Very unprofessional and very unethical. Highly disappointing and would stonegly recommend you run from this property. They will take your money and deny you services with no remorse.

It is what it is. Not at all fancy but there was availability and thats what we needed. sheets were clean and the area was fine. The front dest guy was very nice. We stayed and slept and that was the plan. Bama won so it was a great weekend.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and we had to pay $300 a night because it was graduation weekend!!!!! I took pictures of how run down and dirty our room was. The desk was barely standing because it wobbled so much. The breakfast was a joke. They were out of plates, forks, and most of the food when they knew the property was full. They were out of coffee and the staff wouldn’t make more. Terrible place and would NOT recommend staying here.
