Best Western Conway

Room was hot when we entered, and it took a long time to cool down. Beds and sheets clean but average quality. Sheets a bit rough and had that mass laundry smell. Not bad but musty. Mattress was fair. My husband was not comfortable. Should be "Good" not very good.

I would not recommend staying on the bottom level of the hotel if possible. Noises from the rooms above is very noticeable.

Room looked clean, but when we walked on the carpet with socks.... not so much. There were the of us staying in the room and only one small bottle each of shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were not dry up with USB adapters and luckily we brought our own. Staff is excellent.

Great lobby, great staff, clean rooms. Lots of dining irons in the area. Fairly quiet. Great customer service.

Tub was full of black mold along the rim. Fixtures not clean. Minimal breakfast. Old hotel.
