Hotel looked clean and maintained with plenty of parking, however a few hours into our stay we found out our room (321) had a bed bug infestation. We got bitten multiple times and found five or six bugs after we started looking. Had to relocate to another hotel.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Curtains were broken, so they didn't close properly. The beds were old, uncomfortable and smelled bad. The furniture in the room is falling apart. Some of the front desk employees were not friendly. The entire hotel could use a deep clean badly.

We only paid $95 so I keep that in mind in my review. I would describe this a tired property with lots of deferred maintenance. I had stayed there a couple of times in the past and it was a great hotel but no longer. The check in clerk barely acknowledged us and did as little as possible. The hot tub has been removed and filled in with concrete, the ice machine on the second floor has been removed, the stairwell fire door had its closer removed and was propped open. The ac unit in our room rumbled and vibrated all night. The room cleanliness was barely acceptable. After making myself a cup of coffee I observed a lot of “debris” floating in my cup and dumped it. The free breakfast was so lacking that we just decided to get dressed and leave. We won’t stay there again. Lots of other choices nearby, which may explain the hotel’s condition.

Room was not clean… bathroom not well maintained. We reserved room for 4. Only had two washcloths. Swimming pool was nasty and would not use… needed cleaned! When told front desk and her answer was “with shrugged shoulders… sorry”. The overall appearance was nice but the daily maintenance and basic essentials were lacking to say the least!

Well it was quite. But the room was outdated. Bed was terribly hard. Bathroom shower had low water pressure and didn’t get hot and had very poor drainage. The hot tub was missing parts of the handles and leaked horribly. And the breakfast was not good at all.
